Horrible. Promised but missed delivery & chargered xtra for guaranteed delivery. Flowers delivered 12 hrs late not to wife office but residence 10 pm night w half dead flowers. Arrangement was barely worth $30 let alone $110 JustFlowers.com charged. PayPal & WFC going after.

Can't deliver

Ordered flowers for my wife and daughters for Valentines day and was told they would be delievered today by 8 PM. They weren't and the best customer service could do is promise to deliver them tomorrow.

You didn't come through on your first promise, how am I supposed to believe they would on the second one?

Poor company, poor customer service, just poor at everything.

My order number was ******* so that Sally or whoever at customer service can get a jumpstart on providing terrible service.
My story: I call from overseas and order "A Windfall of Orchids" for my mother's 85th bday. I then contacted the company via chat to ensure that (1) this particular bouquet can be delivered, and (2) it would be delivered that day - - her birthday. I was assured by Esther that there was no problem but I must place my order immediately, which I did. Mind you, I called in the morning so they had all day to work on this. Several days later, when I arrived in the U.S., I was informed by my sister that the company called to say they did not deliver the flowers as they did not have that type, and would I please contact them. I called and was told that they could not complete the order, would I accept a different bouquet. I said no, the occasion has passed, I would just like a refund. I was then told that I would need to speak with a manager for a refund, but a manager was not available. Would I call back. In summary, I must have had 5 back and forth conversations with various customer service people who for one reason or another could not patch me through to a manager. I now have a credit dispute in the works with my bank so as to secure a credit since the company never provided one. In short, they are criminals, having taken money and not provided a service. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

I can't give these folks a bad enough review! Almost 2 weeks after my friend's event I get what is probably the 5th or 6th contact from this company saying they can't deliver her flowers. Excuses over this period ranged from, "we couldn't get there today," "the local florist doesn't have any of the flowers in your chosen bouquet" (then offering some really ugly ones because they reached the florist so late, evidently, that all the fresh flowers were gone) "We can't find a florist to deliver the bouquet." etc. etc. First they had a florist, then they didn't. First it was gong to be a beautiful bouquet, then it was going to look like something you dragged in from the supermarket. The upshot is that my friend never got flowers at all. These people kept teasing me along but in the end left me hanging. I would never, ever contact them again. I only wish I'd realized how bad they were at the beginning so I wouldn't have wasted about 3 hours of my time trying to get my friend her flowers.

I ordered a table centerpiece for Christmas Eve for my daughter. When it didn't arrive on the date requested I called them and they said it would arrive the next day. This happened 3 days in a row. The day after Christmas I called them and told them that since the flowers never arrived I was cancelling the order. They told me that I couldn't cancel the order because it had been sent to the florist. Ironically I got an email that night that said the order had been delayed. I cancelled the order through them again!

ConfirmationI wish I had taken the time to read the previous reviews. If the system would allow a zero star rating that is how I would rate them. I had forgotten to place an order for Christmas arrangement. On 12/23 I remember and started searching for florist. Each florist site I clicked on said they would not be able to deliver until 12/26. However, when I opened the site for JustFlowers it said same day delivery was available. The type of arrangement I wanted to send was too expensive at this time but I chalked it up to my own fault and picked something else within my price range and proceeded to place the order happy that at least my recipient would receive their flowers by Christmas. On 12/24 instead of receiving confirmation that the delivery was made I received a message stating that the delivery would not be sent until the next available business date... which was 12/26. At my first available opportunity, 12/26, I called to cancel the order. I spoke to a customer service rep who after much wrangling back and forth said the order will be canceled and a manager would call to confirm. The manager called 20 minutes later to tell me the order could not be canceled and sited their delivery policy (which did not appear until AFTER the order was placed). After a rather heated argument with the manager she did offer a $15 refund (which did not even cover the delivery fee) but absolutely refused to cancel the order or give me my money back. I sited false advertisement... bait and switch... and said I would never use the company again and would write a negative review. Apparently this order is worth the reputational damage... so here it is. I would caution anyone against using this company.

#*******, I left message with your customer service and was called before I posted on Facebook, with no interest in solving the problem. Received a call today from Teresa. She kept saying the same thing that somehow I knew they had the right to charge me more money the next day? I asked VISA to look at the Just Flowers web site and the Visa lady could not find any disclosure about local florists either. I never gave JustFlowers my email address and one of their employees after they would not cancel my order said this disclosure is found on my email billing information. They charged me additional $13.00 (16.55 CAN) on my card without my approval. I only agreed to $6.50, then, I called back right away and asked to cancel order. (still waiting for the refund credit they promised). Quite frankly, to say there is a minimum with local florists contravenes the competition act. I have contacted to the Better Business Bureau. Visa is also interested and will look into the matter.
With the Canadian exchange these Get Well flowers were costly for a simple bouquet. I have learned a lesson... go directly to the local florist!

Agree to a promotion then they call next day to jack up the price $13.00 ( agreed to $6.50) because the local florist had a minimum. Poor customer service.

I contacted them by phone as I needed to order several funeral sprays for my sister-in-laws funeral. Their website guarantees that they price match. The sprays I wanted to order were $119 each on the fromyouflowers.com site. When I told the agent where she could find the link, all she kept saying was that their price of $169 each was the very best price she could give me. I was going to order from them because they had a different spray that I wanted to add in addition to the others. All she kept asking me was, how much I wanted to spend and that she could find me something just as nice. I kept telling her I wanted the one that was exactly as the one on the other site for the same price. She must have asked me a dozen questions leading me to believe she was going to price match, then said she could not but would find me something else. SERIOUSLY? If you are not going to price match take it goof of your site!

This company is dishonest. I purchased a bouquet named "Rainbow of Vibrance" with six large yellow roses, a few green blossoms and some purple flowers whose names are unknown to me, which came in a glass vase, according to the photo on their website. It was for my daughter's wedding anniversary, for which I paid $78.23, including shipping and handling. When I saw what was sent a few days later from my daughters email, I could not recognize it. It was missing three roses, out of six, and was dominated by purple flowers. I complained through email. The customer service responded: "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced at Just Flowers. We deeply value your relationship and are committed to providing you w/ the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best... We understand that you are not completely satisfied with what our florist delivered and we would like to discuss this further with you. Please call us back at *******911."
I called. After waiting five minutes, during which a recorded message repeated, I hung up the phone and emailed, saying that I was cheated of three yellow roses and that I want them to refund the money I paid for but they didn't use in the bouquet that was "poorly arranged also." Their response was: "Some of our arrangements has no specific stem counts for the flowers but it (the order) will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement... We deeply value your relationship with Just Flowers and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service, blah, blah, blah... Please use the code, 'comeback' on your next order with us to receive a discount of $7.50 off your order. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience or distress we may have caused... blah, blah, blah..."
This is a joke. JustFlowers.com cheats.
Disappointed.

5 days in and no Flowers yet, only thing i have been told is "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day."
I was trying to surprise my wife, and if I ordered within the next hour, I could have them delivered the same day. Should have called local florist, as it was, I had to stop on the way home from work to buy some. I called the service number to cancel the order only to be told there was a delay in delivery.

I ordered these flowers on the morning of my daughter's birthday. She recently moved to CO under sad circumstances. I was assured multiple times that the bouquet would be delivered that day. They called me around noon and asked if they could substitute different flowers than the ones i ordered. I asked for a picture, they said they could not send one. Then at 4 o'clock, they called to say they could not deliver today! They tried to high pressure me into allowing them to deliver the next day, but I said no. At that time it was too late to order from a local florist as they were all closed. And they wouldn't immediately refund my account. They had already processed the payment. What a SCAM! This is what happens with out sourcing. Pay more and buy local, that's my motto from now on!

Justflowers.com sent my friend the most PATHETIC, DISGUSTING, and UGLY excuse for a flower arrangement. That's what $82.00 gets you at Justflowers.com (allegedly $82 less a $10 coupon, with a charge showing on my credit card of $72.00). Really? I would have been much better off sending a $10 arrangement from Trader Joe's or Ralphs. Adding insult to injury, it was not delivered when promised (on my friend's Birthday). My friend was almost in tears when she received this PATHETIC arrangement.

Confirmed order online. Called back an hour later to tell me since they third party all deliveries out, that the closest florist to me charged $15 more for the same bouquet, so if they were going to meet delivery time they needed approval to charge the additional $15. I approved out of desperation in order to have delivery by 5pm when the recipient was there to receive. They missed delivery by 30 minutes - company was closed when they tried to deliver. When I called customer service to ask for refund since they missed delivery, they said sorry that they already paid the third party and could not refund my order. However, it took 15 minutes on hold to even speak with the incompetent "supervisor". HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take your business elsewhere. Have disputed charge with credit card company.

Price Gouging

I received a birthday order for my husband. My sister-n-law paid for express delivery. Arrived late. She sent me over what she paid so that I could check on it and they more than doubled the price that is shown on Wine Country Gift Baskets. Do not order through them go directly to the company.

Ordered flowers for a memorial and spent $270 total. What was delivered was an embarrasment as there was a gap in the corner and floral foam could be seen. They offered a $20 refund only and are very combative, saying there was not gap although I had pictures. Just order from a local florist... never from places like this scam shop. They are fraudulent.

I ordered flowers to be delivered before 1pm, paid the express delivery, they were delivered at 3:14 pm, totally not the flowers I ordered, something entirely different, called them and they said they would look into the situation and refund the express delivery, guess what, it's been over a week and still haven't been refunded the delivery cost.
