These are bait and switch scammer! Nothing more. Dont make the mistake I made. Stay far away from JustFlowers.com! Promised same day delivery based on the address I entered on the JustFlowers.com website. I assumed the flowers were delivered. No calls regarding a problem were recieved until two days later when a representative from JustFlowers.com called to explain that they could not find a florist in the area who would deliver to the address without me paying an addition $45. I was already dissaponted to find out the flowers were not delvered on-time and even more so to be asked for more money. I asked the representative to cancel my order but she was rude and persisted to push me to listen to her offers. I asked to speak to a manager, she refused and claimed she was the manager. Only after several requests to cancel did she rudely agree to do so, and also explained that my refund would take up to 24 business days to recieve. Isnt funny how they are paid instantly, but it takes 24 days to get the money the scammed back? These are bait and switch scammer! Nothing more. Dont make the mistake I made. Stay far away from JustFlowers.com!
Flowers, even when ordered several days in advance, are not delivered on time. They will tell you they have to substitute Flowers and when you bouquet arrives... days late... they will not refund all of your money.,, just a small amount. The bouquet that arrived was much smaller, not the same color, nor had any of the same flowers. When they talked with my husband today, they told him that it was because they could t find anyone to deliver for the cost of they would pay. I take that to mean, "Sorry, we will take the money out of your flowers then." This company uses false advertising and has no customer service that is worthy of your money. DO NOT USE THEM!

Just flowers is a joke. You will order and they will then tell you that they don't have what you want and tell you your order Has been substituted! They will tell you a refund wont be possible. When this happened to me I asked what the substitutions were and they told me. I said no way to what they offered but they went on to say that the order was already dispatched! A lie as I then recieved an email from them telling me that my order wont arrrive on time. Their usual story. So I asked can they then get what I previously ordered. This resulted in them ringing me and rudely hanging up after I wud not agree to their offer of putting pink and peach roses together. In the end I had to agree on lemon and white even though i originally purchased pink flowers. They also insist on telling you on how many flowers are in the purchase and send you this information in a email (after you pay of course), even though the quantity is not mentioned on the purchase

1. I asked twice before ordering would the flowers arrive. I was told yes.
2. They claim they were substituting but could not provide pictures of the new arrangement.
3. I was told by the company the flowers were delivered.
4. The next day received an email stating the flowers were not delivered.
5. Would not refund. I had to call and curse them to get a refund.
MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS WAS FOR MY SISTER'S FUNERAL I DON'T GET A DO OVER.

Could not have had a worse experience. Everything they did was wrong. The arrangement wasn't what I ordered, delivery was 2 days late, flowers were not fresh and dropping blooms everywhere, the water in the vase was brown, they charged a handling/delivery fee of $20 which they failed to mention. When I complained, they offered me $7.50 off my $80 order and a coupon for my next order. I guarantee my next order will never happen.

Extremely disappointed. But now looking at the other reviews on this website I guess I shouldnt be surprised. Your company failed at meeting the guarantee of express delivery by 1 PM PST. The fact that the funeral was supposed to start at 5 PM is irrelevant in this situation. The unprofessional delivery people showed up at 4:50 PM and interrupted the arriving guests in the lobby to deliver an arrangement that is clearly not what I ordered - or expected. Completely unacceptable behavior for an established flower delivery company. I expect a full refund to my credit card. Anything less is unacceptable.

I ordered flowers for Valentie day for my lady and never received them. I put this post Feb 15th and they decide to send me a BS response saying they are here to help. But I was able to recoup all my money. Always use the option to pay with PayPal when purchasing from here if you take a chance. PayPal dont play that BS about not receiving the product or service that is paid by them and PayPal will protect you and your purchase. By chance I happened to purchase it through PayPal and when I contacted them PayPal froze Just Flowers transactions and accounts. Within 24 hours they refunded my money. Prior to me calling PayPal, Just Flowers told me they could only give me a $10 dollar credit.

My husband paid around $130, I got something completely different to what he ordered, it was 100% better idea go to Stop and shop and get flowers for $20. OMG we complained and tried to get a refund, they just said it was a mistake from the Florist the customer rep just offered me $25off for our next purchased. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday by justflowers. I payed extra for the delivery to be made on time before she left for work at 10am. Its 7pm now and no word on the flowers, I called the customer service and they said the store they hired was not picking up. So the Customer service rep asked me if it would be ok if she called my wife and apologized and delivered the flowers tomorrow. It had already ruined my day so I said if my wife agrees then yes else no I don't want it anymore. She called my wife and told her that they didn't have anyone to deliver the flowers today and they could send them tomorrow, my wife did not want the flowers anymore. So I called them back to see what had happened and they said sorry we already placed the order because you agreed to send them tomorrow and you accepted the 5 dollars gift we talked about, to which I said that I had payed more in early delivery charges and that 5 dollars was suppose to make up for the screw up on their end. Anyways they didn't do a refund and will deliever it tomorrow. RUINED MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ONE TO DELIVER IT!

Flowers finally arrived two day late and not even close to what I ordered. Luckily, the state I live in has stringent laws against bait and switch schemes such as this - I will pursue this. I paid almost $200 for something nowhere close to what I ordered. I even chose the premium upgrade where they promise "We'll add lots more!". What a joke! What I received is something I could have purchased at a grocery store for 30 bucks. Actually, the grocery store would have included the greenery and not just wilted flowers in a cheap vase.
The card did not have a florist name on the front or back which tells me that an actual florist did not put this thing together. The delivery was made by a woman and her young daughter in an unmarked car. Beware of justflowers.com. See the attached pictures of what I ordered vs. what I actually got.

Placed an order for Valentines Day flowers at 9:30am on Feb 14 2018. I get home at 6:30pm and flowers were not delivered. I called their customer service and was told the flowers will delivered shortly. At 9:30pm still no flowers. I called the customer service number over 10 times and got no answer. Now I am angry. At 10:30pm I'm in bed and I hear my door bell ringing. Its a flower deliver. At 10:30pm! I refused the order. The next day I call the customer service number at least 10 times with no answer. I email them. No response. The following day (today) I have called the customer service number 10 more times. No answer. I call the place NEW order number and SOMEONE picks up. To my surprise. But they can't help me. Said to call customer service back in a week... A WEEK! I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOR MONEY AND DON'T RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS

This is not a real company! They are just taking orders and taking money. The only human you can talk to is to pretend like you are ordering and when you say you have a problem and no one will call you back, they hang up on you!

I ordered flowers/balloon for Valentines Day for my daughter and they were never delivered. The delivery was guarantee for delivered on 2/14/18 since I paid for same day delivery. I've called several times to the customer support numbers *******919, *******911, *******215 and each call goes straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service! I usually order flowers via 1-800 flowers or FTD with excellent service but a friend of mine refer me to this JustFlowers and I must say worse decision I've made for Valentines Day. I called my card company and made a complaint. They will investigate after the charges go thru of why the flowers were not delivered timely when promised and get a credit of the amount I paid for same day delivery. I will NEVER again go out of my comfort zone with 800-flowers or FTD..

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
