This is incredibly fast and convenient. However both my husband and I have had similar experiences with orders we've placed and paid for where we've been asked to submit more money after finalizing the transaction due to unforeseen delivery expenses. When we are being told we are paying the price which includes delivery, that is the price we expect to have to pay. It would likely make a difference in what we were ordering if we knew that the price shown on the web screen is not really the correct price after all. Very disappointing although thankfully, it was made right in the end. Given this, we may continue to use your services in the future.
I ordered flowers for my 86 mother-in-law almost a week ago to be delivered on her birthday. A week later, still no flowers and none of the promises made by the agent when they contacted me have been met. I paid a lot of money for these flowers and teddy bear to be delivered on her birthday and I am tired of the inane excuses given with no mention of a refund or free upgrade. Very disappointed, most especially by my mother-in-law.
UPDATE... A customer service "Manager" called me a couple of hours after my review (as I was getting ready for work) and advised me that they were able to locate a florist who would do the "special order" and deliver for an extra $20.00! They said the problem was that there weren't any florists in the area, which was the cause of the delay. I pointed out that I could very easily find at least six florists in the area! She then said the other issue was that I had selected the tulips, which may be difficult to locate. I reminded her that if that was the case, they shouldn't have been advertised. Then it was would a dozen red roses be acceptable to "some" red roses...
All in all I told her I was demanding a full refund of they money paid to them and I would take my business elsewhere, not even a 15% discount on my NEXT order would change my mind, as suggested by her.
After a ten minute wait on hold, she said I would get a refund credited to my credit card within 1-5 business days. We shall see... most definitely disgusted with this whole debacle and my poor mother-in-law's birthday was a week ago

Easy navigation of site, wide variety of available arrangements
The only issue we had was that the card was not complete. It left out who the arrangement was from so it left the receiver wondering for almost 1 month.
The flowers were very nice, and lasted a long time.

I ordered my mother a beautiful arrangement for her birthday... so I thought. Not only did the florist call and ask my mother if she was home to get flowers delivered to her, which I specified on the notes to leave them on her porch if she did not answer the door, they looked nothing like the photograph. The photograph showed a beautiful, full and colorful arrangement, what I received was everything but. Most of the flowers were white with the occasional yellow or purple thrown in, and 1, only 1, pink carnation. The flowers were also no where close to the count the pictured showed. THe picture showed the flowers almost overflowing out of the basket, they did not even reach the sides on mine. Also my basket was painted terribly and broken. I called and complained. They wanted pictures as proof, which I provided within 10 minutes of the phone call. Today I received an email stating that they fulfilled their promise on the order and offered me $7.50 off my next order. Why would I ever buy from them again when they messed up my very first order and refuse to fix it. I am not asking for a refund per say, even though I feel one is in order, but they could at least send me a correct one.

The flowers were not delivered on the day they were requested and booked for (April 16). I called and a polite receptionist noted her apologies and said they would be delivered the next day (April 17). The next day they were not delivered. I called again, and a different polite receptionist apologized and advised they would be delivered the following day (April 18). She offered a $5 discount on an $85 order (including delivery but not taxes). For a $60+ dollar arrangement that was shown beautifully on the website, what showed up at my Mother's home for her birthday was no more than a minimal $25 arrangement I could have purchased cheaply at a Safeway. It was really disappointing. Considering the lengthy delay in the delivery, it would have been nice if an especially nice arrangement arrived... or even something worth $60. Not happy at all.
Flowers advertised as Easter delivery with an advertised delivery day of Saturday (day before Easter) were not delivered until Monday (day after Easter).

These flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday before Easter. They were not delivered. When I found out, I called and you delivered them the next week after Easter. However, that spoiled my Easter wishes to the people I sent them to.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
