Like the way page saves some items. Checkout address entry was cludgey. Advised I would get notice when shipped. That never happened, after 10 days I was ready to cancel order and just 2 days before needed, it showed up in mailbox.

I'm very happy with quality & price but I ordered & got a small but it's huge, but I'm sure I will find someone to wear it. Shipping takes a while. But It's worth it

Took for ever to receive merchandise, then nothing fit and was of poor quality.tried to send back, I never received a response on how to do that. So I gave all to Salvation Army. Will never purchase from you again

First time buyer. Not easiest navigation. Want to return several pieces of clothing. Followed instructions to return items but have received no reply for the past week. Contacted the help line which was suppose to reply in 24 hours but have received no reply from them either. Extremely dissatisfied at the lack of customer service.

Love the styles and prices but the quality is lacking. Fabric is flimsy and patterns are printed on. I did like some of my order though and the pieces I kept equal the amount of money I would pay for them here in Canada…so I'm happy with that. I would send back the items I did not like but I'm sure the shipping costs to China are more than the return money I would get. Therefore I'm donating them to charity.

Your shipping cost is as much as the sweatshirt! With everyone offering free shipping I was surprised to learn that for one sweatshirt, it would cost $ 15.00 to ship! Customer service sent me an email apologizing for the cost and offered me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase. If you order over $ 109 then the shipping is free. They did reach out and try to make the purchase more acceptable which I find is refreshing in today's marketplace.

All your adds show these great prices and you say free shipping over a certain amount but when the payment is finalized, I was charged the full shipping amount. I really like the styles and I was planning on ordering more things after I received my first order but now I'm hesitant.
I received my first order and I am very disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. I will never order another product from JustFashionNow.
