Hi there,
I was very excited from the start, as I liked a lot of dresses you offer. They all look so good on pictures.
However, when I got them delivered, it was very different story. Mainly fit and quality of fabric, or actual style which didn't suit to me.
So I send the email according to pamphlet enclosed in the parcel, regarding returns. To this day I didn't get the reply with instructions, how and where to send unwonted items and get refund. This must be 14 days now at least. Please help. Eva Noll

The clothes on line in the pictures looked fabulous but the sizings were very different, that's why I had to send a couple of things back and boy was that an ordeal, never again! I've never known any returns could be so very difficult, you made it so hard to return right from the word go. All I know now is that I'd jollywell better get my refund!
It was just so easy to choose the clothes and complete my order, the clothes really do look lovely and I certainly hope they are as good as the pictures say when they arrive!

Even after reading dozens and dozens of reviews, and every size chart attempting to make sure things would fit, not one of the nine or 10 items I ordered fit me, nor did anything look quite like the photos I had ordered from. I was extremely disappointed, and apparently returns are almost impossible, because even after requesting return authorizations, I never received a return authorization number, or any confirmation of my requests at all. So $130 worth of clothing went to the Salvation Army. Hopefully something I will fit someone.

Usually great. Sometimes cloths don't fit I love receiving the packages in the mail and have found some favorite clothing.
Sometimes things I order don't fit and it seems hard to return them. Mostly great clothes!
Clunky website. Product disappointing relative to ad pictures
I ordered 4 items, 2 of which did not fit and one of which was NOT what was advertised. I kept only one item with which I am pleased. Though I knew I was responsible for return shipping, I was not aware that shipping was overseas and includes custom charges. It would cost more to return than the items were worth. I donated to a local women's shelter.

I thought I had an account but had to make a new one. So that caused a little confusion for me. Also, I had a hard time getting to add a second item to my shopping acct. Could use a button to add another item to my shipping list.
You reject a perfect Debit card which is backed by several thousand $
Just so you know, the quality of the material is not great, and the color is not accurate. The models have clothing tailored for them to fit perfectly. I order the wrong size, the only way I could return it is to send it somewhere in china. Probably would cost more than all the clothes I bought. They did offer me 10 -15 % discount. I wont buy there anymore and I'm going to donate the clothing.
