Attempted to return item marked Med.- but is wrong sized very small company would not allow return

It was easy to order, everything arrived quickly. Fun Fashions and quality fabrics.

I could not try dress & jacket for three weeks after they arrived because I had been ill in hospital. I was devastated to find they were both much too big. Knowing I was not able to return them within the required Return Time I contacted JustFashionNow to ask if an extension could be possible. Without hesitation they offered to replace both items. I was totally overwhelmed. I found JustFashionNow by accident several months ago, I loved their clothes, it took a while for me to order because they just seemed too good to be legitimate. Having bought from "similar online fashion stores" I always ordered at least three sizes bigger & even then they could still be too small. I am a Small but ordered Medium with JFN however, without taking into consideration the seven kilos I lost while in hospital the Medium would have still been too big. JustFashionNow is true to size, so you can order with complete confidence knowing what you buy will fit. Now I have shopped with them, found the whole order process so simple, very reasonable delivery time & seen the quality of the beautifully packaged items they will be the ONLY store I will be buying online from again. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Shipping costs are too high and the sizes do not correspond to normal sizes. Now that I must return my purchases I find I must pay for the return as well. This was not indicated when placing the order. I was disappointed in the quality of the garments. They look so lovely in the pictures. Now I'm waiting for them to tell me how to return my order. A total frustration.

It said orders over 100.00 would have free shipping. Then it added it anyway.
I love the clothes.
But the website is not easy to navigate.

Easy to buy, difficult to return.And sizes iff, medium huge!

Sizes difficult and some clothing runs small. This requirement for words is annoying.

The shopping experience was OK. The goods delivered are trash. And assuming that they came from Guangxiou or wherever, I figure there's no use asking for a refund. I'll put the jacket into my Salvation Army bag and forget about it. And I won't order anything more from Just Fashion Now.

The delivery of my coat took a little more time than I expected, but I was willing to be patient because everything is slower being shipped these days. The coar was not as nice as I had hoped. I tried it on and was covered with fuzzies. I can`t wear it util it is cleaned. I don`t drive so I have no access to a dry cleaner very easily, so my other alternitive is to wash it in cold water and hope for the best.

Every piece of clothing I bought was So bad. ALL wierd cheap polyester. Sized waaaayyyy too small. Honestly a paper bag would look better on.

I always have a good experience when I shop here. I would recommend this site to family and friends.
I look forward to the seasonal attire and the summer dresses are wonderful.

Customer Service is very accessible and cooperative to fulfill the complete order.

The last order I placed just came recently and is very nice. I of course had to order a larger size. Your jewelry looks good but unfortunately is not of good quality. I would rather pay a little more and receive something that will last. Due to these problems, I will not be ordering from your company. I feel badly about that since I really like the designs of your clothing, and jewelry.

Got the wrong size but too hard and too expensive to return goods. Price when advertising wS not clear so product when arrived with wrong size was price way above advertised.

The dress didnt fit. Didnt look like the one online. Had to mail back to China which cost $28.00. Never had such a problem with an order & had to send picture of the dress on me!

The sizes were fine. I ordered a size larger than usual and the fit was good.

First of all, the delivery date kept changing and days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Every time I sent an email about the delivery date, I got the same bull**** answer. There was never an update about the delivery date unless I initiated it. I asked where the jacket was coming from and they never answered me. When I got the jacket I was horrified at the quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIS SITE. MOST OTHER SITES ARE SO MUCH BETTER.
