Shopping experience was great the quality of the clothing is cheap
It's difficult to follow the receipt and return procedure. The shipment comes piece meal and then if you want to return something the return information that is sent through email isn't the completee purchase order. It's really difficult to understand what I'm returning and if there is an alternate size of an item.
It was going great until i got to checkout. I had to try to enter my information 4 or 5 times because the system wouldn't allow me to enter ant information
Product returned on 4- 5 by FedEx with tracking number but have not rcvd a refund or confirmation of receipt
No indication what currency I am being billed with. I suspect it is US$ but I want to see the price & be billed in AUS$. With the current exchange rate this could be a trap for the unwary!

I ordered 3 tops/blouses. All 3 were too big. I ordered the size I've been wearing for the past two years that always fit. Your sizes are not in line with my purchases in the USA. Way too big.
Only one dress from the four ordered was fitting, material wasn't the quality expected. Also, dresses looked different from the pictures provided. Sent four emails to obtain the address for the returns with no answers. Finally, was able to obtain the address via the chat option. Spent over $20 to ship back the three dresses. Still haven't received the return back on my credit card.

Need more filters to make search easier
They were great to work with! I had issues and they addressed them.
LOVED one pair of shoes the multicolor oone. The purple and the other pair where way to big. I need to return them. Would like a smaller size.
I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. The dresses were both delivered, but the wedding was canceled. Since I have no need for a dress I returned both dresses. I was given a 55% discount if i would keep one of the dresses, which I accepted. I am still waiting for a refund for the second dress. I would order again from Justfashionnow.

Shipping is too expensive! But I wanted to give you a try and see what quality your fabrics are! One of the tops I ordered is way too large and communicating with Justnowfasion is very difficult. It is not easy to figure out how to do an exchange or return.
This shopping experience has been pleasant but one of my items has three small holes in the fabric. The holes were concealed by what seemed to be a decorative stitch on one blouse sleeve but not the other sleeve. After removing the stitch it revealed holes that were deliberately hidden from visual inspection. I purchased 4 blouses in different colors and have received 3 but the 4th blouse is missing. The web site does not recognize my email address and order # so I can't check on shipping. I don't expect perfection but I would like to be able to check on my purchase thru the web site without having this as an issue. I am a little disappointed with this particular service.

Shipping is too high. Your prices are high and the sales prices/discounts are a lot to be desired. The quality is not that great either - can't get rid of wrinkles due to higher percentage of cheap material compared to % cotton and linen blend.
