Satisfied. Ordering was fairly easy and it was delivered in a timely manner.
I was looking for stylish clothes, and found them. To my surprise, they were good quality at reasonable prices! I am short in stature. I only had to hem two of the dresses.
No issues with delivery. While items were cute, the quality wasn't the best. While I expected the white leggings to be somewhat sheer, the black ones were also surprisingly sheer, and I could envision that becoming an issue the more they were worn/washed. Also, the fabric felt a bit scratchy, so I had to wash them with lots of fabric softener to get a more comfortable feel. My hunch to upsize to extra large (even though I'm a large) was a wise choice too as the large would have been too snug.

I asked several times I want an express shipment and you don't give me this option at all.
1 blouse looks like a drop of the ink from the design dropped on the front of the blouse right under your chin. One pretty spring colored blouse had lots of buttons down the front but was missing one button two from the top, and no extra buttons to fix myself. One I bought was smaller than anticipated in the arms. But all were pretty and as shown except for these issues, and it really took quite awhile to get them.
So far good, might not do it again,would have to be a Canadian product
My experience was great, however having to pay for shipping and return items will discourage m from shopping again here.
You are very late on your delivery and also for this item I paid with my card 3 weeks ago and I didn't receive email for my order.Right now you charged me second time for the same order. I wait for your confirmation and also to solve the problem with double charge for same item

It's not so easy to find second time things that you search before
I ordered the incorrect sizes for the clothing I had selected. Mailing all of these items back to you cost over $50.00. I will order less next time and will try to be accurate with my sizes.

Terrible service. I placed and order and paid the full cost for shipping and only got part of it, it said the rest was processing. I waited and waited then eventually contacted them and they told me to wait a bit longer. Again I waited then they told me that the order was cancelled and they would refund me only the cost of the item or I could order something else and they would credit the cost of the item. I re-ordered and they charged me again for shipping and now weeks later I am still waiting and when I approached them they said it was in processing and to give it more time. Is this going to be another cancelled product and I will only be credited for the item not for shipping and handling when I did not receive it? If things are not available why do they advertise them and not tell you when they no longer have it available?

I am very dissatisfied with the company's lack of communication and caring. They are very happy to take your order but not happy to communicate when your order doesn't arrive.
The tracking information when you finally negotiate the not user friendly system is disgusting. It says my order has been returned, but it never arrived in Australia.
The sizing and quality was good however some of the descriptions did not really match the items received. For example the loose Linen pants are in fact made from Satin material. Not what I was expecting at all. Also suggest that the price should be available in all currencies before the sale is finalised.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
