I can't believe that the shipping is the same price as one of my tops! Other sites are much cheaper so I'll be using them next time. My tops came in two different shipments. The first shipment had two tops EXTREMELY large even though I ordered medium. The way they were packaged looked like someone else had returned them. The second shipment had one top (a Medium) which fit just right. I still haven't received my refund for the two that I sent back and no notice of receiving them even though the USPS says they were delivered and left with the individual. Also, one of the shirts looked nothing as the picture. It looked old. Not happy at all with JustFashion this time.

Ok but I think the s/h was WAY too much. It's half of my order!
The fit is great and the color is just like the picture but without the "sparkle!"

REALLY NICE CLOTHING. GREAT PRICES but items are shipped at different times and I have one item I still have not received.
Dress way too big. Return directions looped around without allowing return information. Finally, was offered 50% cash refund if I didn't return dress. Very frustrating experiencce! Will not do business with them again.
The stock is very cute, but the quality of photoshopping of different colors on items is sketchy. I wonder about the printing quality of the items. Many items not available, and I'm skeptical of the "notify of arrival" thing is legit--just another way to grab an email.

I ordered a dress that size was too small, I tried to returned it, they said it will be easy to send me another one with the right size which was M, never got anything. I sent another email they said to check with in the mail but nothing it had been more then a month since that happen not a good website to order things!

I went on the sizes they offer and ordered my clothes in XL they are all too big. One top is not even as described. One pair of trousers I never even received. Wrote to then and nothing. Also was led to believe everything was in New Zealand dollars then they charged me in American. Fell I wasted $195 NZ dollars. Very disappointed and will never get anything from them again.

Fast and easy and so many pretty things to choose from!
Compared to ordering in the past, it was more difficult to find the items when I returned to finalize order.
Plus this time some products took way too long to receive, probably coming from China. This may affect my future orders.

My mother purchased over $200 on a series of items last fall (shirts, shoes, accessories, etc.), none of which matched the descriptions due to the poor quality. My mom has tried to return the items, but the shipping label was incorrect. Fortunately, she paid for shipping insurance, and the parcel was returned to her. JustFashion refuses to refund, but they also provide the incorrect shipping label, likely so customers can lose their parcel and money altogether. She's now incurred over $250 in shipping fees. Absolutely shady business practices, and as for these 5-star reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if their paid or if their employees are required to write them.
Now almost $500 later, my mom is still trying to sort this return, but JustFashion seems to be trying to play games, cover up and keep the cash. Avoid at all costs.

Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
