We bought four dresses. Out of four only one fit properly. We were going to return the other three. We received a return authorization from you. We packed up the three dresses and took them to our shipping agent. Whereupon he tells us that we don't have the correct paperwork. Another form is required. But in any case even if we had the correct form, the shipping charge would have been $250.00. After hearing that we decided to donate the dresses to charity. We are sorry for ever doing business with you. You knew we couldn't afford to return the dresses. Customers should be informed of your horrible terms.

Sizes are very small. Better order 2 sizes bigger than usual.

Good marketing, dresses I chose looked great, but receiving, they are ill fitting, dumpy, sloppy sewing, not same material shown. Two are damaged, spots several areas, one tear in back close to seam, wanted to take on a vacation, but. Disappointed, need to return after vacation, around July 27-28-30!

I loved the blouse and the quality of it, however it was too small. I looked into returning it, and was astonished at what I would have to go through to return it for the next size bigger. Take a picture of it, re-wrap in original wrappings, send it to China... I'll eat the cost instead of going through all that. I'll never order from JustFashionNow again!

Charged more than agreed to, hassle when saw duplicates put in and I told immediatly. Unrealistic replacement option - has tp be same exact price- really? Charge more if more! Will never order from here again and its to bad because some cute stuff!

Clothes are not true to size. Always get one size up from what size you usually wear.

THANK YOU After I received the order, I was extremely disappointed, 3 of the items were not made well at all, there was a substitution which was unsatisfactory and the medium dresses which I usually wear did not fit at all. I will not be placing another order again. The return process was very lengthy and inefficient.

Easy to order but some of the clothing are not completely finished. Hemming needs to be done on sleeves and hems. A dress I ordered did not even look like the picture

I ordered my shirt back in June, and just now received it on July 15th. I ordered this for the 4th of July, but looks like I will wear it next year!

Order took way to long, had to go get it at the post office and my second shirt is just now getting shipped.
Once I got my first shirt I like it a lot! Too bad I had all these other issues.

Too long to receive the cloths, but not a real big deal... And the sizes were wrong but that is my fault.

So when we were disiding on returning the wrong size items, it would cost more money to ship back and forth than what they are worth. However, we are considering reordering the right sizes if the lady I bought them for agrees.
