I loved the dress but did not like the jacket. The material was fine for the dress but, somehow, it didn't seem as great for the jacket;.

I didn't expect the 29.49 for shipping, I thought shipping was free

I was pleasantly surprised about my order and the amazing (not thin) quality of the the products I purchased. I like the pantsuits, especially the pants and how comfortable they are. The material is nice, too! The 2-piece "mother of the bride" dresses were gorgeous! I feel I could wear these anywhere more formal, and the price was just right!
The suede shoes I got, however, are in a class all by themselves. The material was unique (to say the least), the colors seemed different from the pictures posted (I was expecting a more muted blue and not one so bold), how they fit was iffy.

It was very quick and easy to fill out order and pay for it. It was packaged well, and I love the item.

The cost of shipping is way too expensive. It cost almost as to ship as the cost of the merchandise.

The white lace top is OK, but at Shien it is $6.99 and I paid $12.99. The dress is way to big even for a size small that I ordered. I am still waiting for a return label to send it back, it is still in the original bag.

Everything I ordered was trashy, cheap material, didn't look like the pictures, and didn't didn't fit--except for one top. The ring I ordered was a piece of junk and the stone was totally offset from the setting. Whoever boxed and sent it must have seen that it was not right, but sent it to me anyway. Now I know why your products are so cheaply priced. As my mother used to say, "You buy cheap, you get cheap."

Hope this order comes as quickly as i ordered them that would be Fabulous!

Tops don't fit to size. Watch V-necks especially. Most to large. Contatcted return policy twice. A promise from them the first time to get back within 48 hrs. NOTHING
I responded by email again and was told I'd get a response within 24 hr. NOTHING
I'm going to try a phone number. I tried 'live chat' but it wouldn't work. The clothes are very pretty tho and pretty true to pattern and colors.

I have not received any information to return some products. I'm waiting for the address where I should send it to. Thanks for your attention.

I placed my order on April 28. Today is May 31. I have still not received my order. I get emails saying it's going to be shipped. I get email saying it hasn't been shipped. I'm beginning to wonder if this company even actually exists. I will be contacting PayPal to cancel if this order is not received by June 2,2023. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Good, great selection. However back in March I tried to exchange a dress for a different size and was not able to to do so.
