Mostly positive. As with all items from China, quality control is an issue. I find with this site and others that following the sizing chart is a must. There is NO consistency in sizing. A 4X can be too small. A lg or XL can be HUGE. This varies from item to item.

I have ordered way too many item of clothing from JustFashionNow,...I think I have an addiction to them. Their clothing is quality workmanship,...lovely clothes,. I have many items the same but in many colours,.now THAT is an addiction.
I ordered 4 lovely tops,.fancy with lovely spring colours and flowers. I had ordered one before and know the exact size so ordered 4 more different ones. I am extremely pleased with them. I did order a fancy dress for a wedding later this summer and waiting for it to arrive yet. I had ordered another fancy wedding dress and it was refunded to me (waiting for that yet) as it was not in stock. I had ordered a beautiful white sweater a couple months ago and it came damaged and unrepairable,.too bad really. I was told I was refunded for it and waiting for the refund on that one too.

Returning clothing items because they are too big. Returning shoes because they are poor quality. Hope there are no return issues.

I didn't like the extreme shipping charge! I was disappointed in the products as they looked so much nicer than in person.
The shipping was explained to me but I still feel that the limit is too high for free shipping!

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
