I'm sorry that the clothes didn't fit and had to return them for a refund and paying for shipping cost

The fabrics were not what I expected. I will not be ordering again.

HORRIBLE. Nont of the clothes fit they were all huge an me. I ordered all smalls and they were huge!

Beautiful clothes. Wish there was one size larger as many of the 3X are too small in the bust.
The tops I did receive are too big in the neck. I had to take tucks in them in order to keep them up on my shoulders. Also one of the tops the sleeves were not finished. There was a piece of the same fabric added on to the sleeve, but all the edges were left raw, no hemming.

My order included two pairs of shoes, and due to the EU measurements both pairs were way too big for me. When I asked to exchange for the correct size I was surprised to find out that there is a 'no exchange' policy for this company; however, more disturbing was finding out that all returns must go to China at the buyer's cost. Instead, the company offered a 15% refund on my shoe purchase ($7.98 out of $53). Given the cost of shipping to China I really had no choice but to take the 15%.

The fabric is a cheap polester and not the quality the models show. The sizing is not uniform. I guess you get what you pay for! Won't order again as I feel scammed.

Took a month to get here and doesn't remotely look like the dress I ordered.

After receipt of my complete order, I found while trying on each of the tops I ordered, that the short sleeve tops fit me well in shoulders etc, but length was about 4-5 inches longer that I would have thought a t-shirt would be. I am keeping these t-shirts and will have to tuck most of the extra length into jeans, etc.
The few long sleeved tops I tried on fit in shoulders well, but the length of the sleeves were again about 4-5 inches longer than where my wrist ended. I w ill be returning those. Be aware of lengths actually being different than the expected lengths of USA sizes.

Check out only 3 stars: I had to re enter my credit card info the third time before it processed. I've shopped with you a number of times before and always loved my purchases when received as much as I loved them when I ordered them.

Easy, not a lot of product detail, but ok. Everything was as pictured. Size extra small would be helpful as some v necks were very deep.

Beautiful material, but the cut of the blouse is not good. It is not in proportion and the bottom half would fit an anorexic girl.

I was not pleased with the quality of the black tights I ordered. They are very thin material and stitched with white thread which shows because of the thinness of the fabric. Also the white pants are too tight and exchanges need to be paid to exchange. Really isn't returning them. Too many places have free exchanges so I will be using them instead.

Your shipping charges are extremely high. Shein beats you on shipping. Quality of clothing also different than the photos depict. I will probably stick with Shein.

It was fairly easy. But it is large, the reviews said to order 2 sizes larger and 1 size would have been ok now we have to do alterations, I was afraid to send it back,.

No one told me or I missed that it would be so difficult to return anything in the order and at a great cost... kind of negates any low cost of merchandise. No response regarding the "$refund" for NOT returning items either... as my title indicates, I will not be ordering again

I'm on a budget and want to try new clothes but very little I buy from this app is at it seems. Like grandmas clothes when you get them.

Items did not fit and return process is a complete nightmare.

It took almost 3 weeks for me to receive the dress I had ordered. I ordered my normal size, but when the dress arrived, it was at least 2 sizes too small. First problem. I then contacted the company to return the dress and the return was approved. However, this is the text of the letter I received:

"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).

In other words, I would receive $5.85 if I returned the dress. They must be kidding.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that consumers AVOID this company.
