I printed the label, delivered it at the post office, and off it went. However, I have yet to receive my credit back for my return, of which I used 3 credits on. I'm not impressed.
I have bought JustFab shoes 3 times. They all look very nice, I'm satisfied about my purchases. However, a couple of them didn't fit me well because of the size and they're a little bit uncomfortable
I returned 3 pairs of shoes that I ordered using my VIP credit and cash and only received $19 of the credit amount back. It's unacceptable that they only give partial refunds when the shoes didn't fit. I will be canceling my account when I spend store credit.

I waited for these to go on sale and I purchased a pair for me and my daughter. We both are so happy with this purchase. True to size. These gladiator sandals are perfect for my 60th birthday. Living my best life with these sandals.

I've been a member for many years and the excitement is gone. The styles aren't anything I can't get at a local store. Nothing to catch the eye and nothing to use my credits to buy. It was helpful when you merged shoe dazzle in with the vip points but I'm just seeing the same shoe over and over … what happened to the sexy party shoes with flare and sparkle? The closet selections that are sent to me …. Just aren't me perhaps you need to update your algorithms because you just aren't selling to me and I feel like I'm just wasting my time.

Good price for a good products, beautiful colours and quality
The dress that I bought was perfect for the day of my daughter's high school graduation! Being sleeveless, light colored and light weighted had me comfortable on the warm day. All I needed was a shawl for the AC in the building. Unfortunately, I couldn't wear the shoes that day due to foot pain otherwise, but my eye is on them for the next event.
My experience with JustFab had been very good until my order of April 17,2024 which has still not been received to date (June 3,2024). A subsequent order has been received. I have decided that I am not ordering anything else from JustFab until I receive this order which I was told was on the way.

The review should say it all... Im not all that young any more but your clothes and footwear have always been current and worn by me...
I loved the shoes although my account was overcharged 3 times at 35 dollars each time for a total of $105.00 plus the 11.61 so yes for a 10 dollar pair of shoes costing me over 100 dollars is ridiculous, totally unsatisfactory

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
