JustFab is THE BEST shoe store in the world. They have the VIP program that has no permanence and the design of their shoes is amazing, stylish and comfortable
I was informed via email that I had previous unused credits. I tried logging in with my email but it was not recognized. Had to call customer service to explain the situation and then they had to escalate my case. I was told they will not inform me if thebcase is resolved I would just have to call them and follow up. I decided to just try my luck after a couple of days and log in. Fortunately I was successful. I input all my credits from the email but could not find the total of all the credits until I added something in my cart and checked out. I added more and more to the cart to find my limit. Only until after I went over my credit amount did I find my limit because I would have a subtotal amount. I decided to just spend all my credits at once so I wouldn't have to deal with this site anymore.

This was the second time I had placed this order and both times the color that I wanted was wrong. Plus the time before that my order never came. This is the most trouble I have had since I have been a member.

What I got was not the same as on the picture. And then the packaging was damaged as well, half open. And the box where in the shoes came was so damaged.

I had been a member of JustFab VIP for 6+ years. I forgot to make a purchase for a month in early 2024, and when I went to use the $49 credit, I put 2 pairs of heels in my cart. (I'm making up the numbers, I can't remember the exact amounts.) At checkout, my $49 credit was taken off of 1 pair of shoes that was on clearance for $14.99, and they expected me to pay for the remaining $50. I started a Chat with Customer Service. In the past, I had always been given my full credit value and could use it on any item, including clearance items and sale items. Well, apparently not anymore! The person 'helping' me was extremely rude, she agreed to then switch the credit to the more expensive pair of shoes, the credit was for $30. I have no clue how Just Fab does there math, but I should have only had to pay Appx $6 in total for the 2 pairs of heels, as I had just paid $49. She kept insisting the $49 was 1 Point. Well…NO, I gave you $49, I wanted to redeem that $49. I ended up paying something like $35 on top of the $49 credit. Needless to say I'm furious and as soon as I got my shoes, I quite the program. I wouldn't recommend joining their VIP program. They kept my $$ and made pay more on top of it. Goodbye 'JustFab', I've broken up with you!

I had a subscription for years but the one time I have a problem my account is cancelled and I ask for my subscription to be refunded and that didn't happen. I had several credit remaining so that why I ordered one more item. Only gave me 20 credit. Not worth the hassle if you need to return an item

Just Fab doesn't have much selection when it comes to Plus Size clothing. I would say they are not inclusive. I ordered a bunch of shoes and even the sneakers are snug across the top of the toes and pinch a bit. I'm a big girl, but I'm not THAT big where my feet don't normally fit shoes! I do quite enjoy the two pairs of flip flops I ordered. They are well made and very comfortable, which is why I'm giving at least 3 stars instead of 1.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
