I sent back a blazer that was very cheaply made but still haven't received a credit after about a month. Not a word. I've not been super happy with the shoes I've bought either but for some reason I keep trying again with the same results. I guess that makes me crazy...so... I wouldn't recommend it!

I never received my order. I contacted customer service and they gave me "store credit" which wasn't even the full value of what I bought since I used vip points. Now if I reorder I wonder what the chances of my order actually coming are

I love love love the merchandise so this is why I stay BUT I do not understand the deals/savings/prices at the end of the day! It makes me feel bamboozled every time when they say for example, shoes for $7. I come to the checkout and it says regular $125 (which is ridiculous) $7 sale but this this this fee, and use your membership, now you're paying $30 USD but wait, currency exchange now you're paying $50 CAD. But I'm supposed to feel like it's such a deal because they were regularly $125 usd! And don't get me started on shipping! These companies don't need to charge so much if Amazon doesn't charge at all! It's bs!

Had no idea I was signing up to have $49.99a month taken out of my account each month. I cancelled after the first $49.99 was taken out, but that doesn't even show up as a store credit. So, apparently they keep your money if you cancel. Nice to know. Will never purchase anything from justfab again. The shoes I bought prior to this were uncomfortable anyway. Very unsatisfied with this whole experience. Not to mention I never received an email back from the company after I tried to reach out after having money taken out of my account.

My friend comment on my shoe and it fit perfect.am happy and i will llet all my friends know where i got them.
I've always had no issues with JustFab and have used them for years but this last purchase, I had a problem with shipping. It went to an old address and was shipped back to the company and I've tried messaging but it's not a real person-ai bot instead and can't seem to help me out. I finally got tired of it and just took it as a loss. Very frustrated.

Have been using this company for 6 years now and never have had an issue
I called multiple times to track down my order and was met with more confusion and further phone calls trying to locate it. I was then offered 30% off of an order that was soley placed using store credits... therefore making that irrelevant to use. It was the longest process ever, just to recieve clothes that are poor quality and did not fit.

Most of my orders are great. However, it is hard to maintain the account with your auto charge unless we cancel within 5 days of the month.
The vest and pants go nicely together. The fabric is lightweight yet holds its shape. Good value.

I that I have the choice to skip a month if I don't wear them any shoes but when I do need them, I know I can count on just to give me the style I like. And I will continue to be a customer as long as I am happy and have a good customer service
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
