I purchased 2 pairs of sandals, as I had had decent luck finding wider-fitting footwear with justfab in the past. Unfortunately, both pairs were extremely narrow and my feet just hang over the edge completely. I'll have to see if I can return them for a refund (minus the shipping costs of course ππΌ). Very disappointing!
The shoes did not fit how I wanted them to. So now I am requesting for a refund and unfortunately have to send them back. However I have previously received shoes from JustFab and love them.

All of the products that I have purchased look amazing in the pictures on the website the fact that JustFab has my shoe size which is a size 12 women is such Joy to me because it is so hard to find that size shoe for women in dress shoes and boots. I plan to buy other products from JustFab but right now I'm just working on the girly shoes.

All my shoes are size 8.5 and they all fit me perfectly. This heels that I ordered, however, is really big on me. It's one size bigger than my usual size even though I ordered my size. Very disappointed. I will be returning them.

We made an order, shoes, t-shirts, everything came in time without any delays. It seems to me that the order came even earlier than expected, but it doesn't matter. The quality is supreme! The cloth is breathing and doesn't stretch.
This company does not value its customers. I have been a monthly subscription member for quite a long time. I ordered four items for a specific event on a specific date. I ordered Express delivery giving me ample time. The company did not ship my order express even though I paid for it. This was brought to their attention. They did not then express ship me the items or give me any sort of credits. All they did was refund me the extra shipping. I decided that in this economy my loyalty is worth more, so I went to a different company. The quality of the items or services provided is not worth it.

I stocked up for all those special summer events. Mostly shoes and a couple of hand bags. Now I'm all set. Great styles and I took advantage of great deals. The shipment came on time and the shoes all fit and I love what I received. The best purchase of the year.
I love the shoes. It's just that they all have some type of slippery velvet material on the bottom. It makes the shoes slippery when I walk. The customer service is wonderful though and very helpful. The problem I have with the shoes isn't enough to make me want to return them. The shoes look and feel great.

This purse and shoes combo is so cute! I've paired them with an elevated casual outfit to make it more chic and I've also worn them to work to ie a business casual outfit together. The gold hardware on the shoes and purse are a plus for me.
It the new credit system feels scammy, like an item that is $20 can be 1 credit but a credit is more then that so it forces you to get something more expensive or loose money. On top of that i don't have a lot of options since I'm plus size so shoes and clothes are always a maybe. And unfortunately I hate returning things so unfit clothes just sit under my bed until forever. And there aren't even a lot of options for plus size so I'm very limited in what i can get. I signed up she's ago because my sister loved the cheap cute shoes which is great for her petite size. But with the changes to the credit and not a lot of options for me I won't be here for long.

I purchased the top over a month ago and decided to purchase the bottom hoping the color would match. The color was perfect and so was the fit.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
