I love the white boucle jacket and the fit is perfect in large. I also am happy with the black & purple knit midi skirts. The orange jacket though is too big in xl but you did not have a large in stock. Could you please send me paperwork to return it as I don't have a printer. If someone returns a large I would like to exchange the extra large for a large as it is a nice jacket. Thank you

My original order had been missing since 5/28 where it was missing from the facility. They advised me I was 1 day away from their delivery policy would kick in. They asked me to wait another day and call back if I didn't receive therapy. I gave it another week (give or take a day). This call was completely different. The client service person went right into action, got her supervisor and immediately pushed through a replacement order and the pkg was here in just over a week. She was extremely thankful for my patience and resolved the issue accordingly. I was happy and thankful to hear someone still practices good customer service!

I was very happy with this program for a long time, but not any more.
I purchased 9 pairs of shoes expedited shipping as I had a vacation to leave for within 5 days. 7 pairs of shoes came leaving 2 to be shipped. On the day of my shoes didn't arrive called JustFab 3 times and tried to explain that I will be not be available that box will be stolen or whatever weather condition will get to that box. They advised for me to call FedEX, who stated that the package is schedule to be delivered today between 9:30AM- 8pm. FedEx stated that they can deliver close to 10 Am if Justfab change it in their system to AM delivery. I mean why wasn't that don't when expedited is 2-3 days and that was passed. Justfab explain that they is nothing they could do and the order would be deliver when its delivered basically.
Upon hanging up, a few hours later I received an email saying my membership was canceled. I was highly confused because I didn't request this and I wasn't not rude to the customer representatives I dealt with.

The materials are decent, the sizing is WAY off in their clothing. I am typically a XS or S and the coveralls as example are MASSIVE. The length is appropriate but the hip and bum could fit 4 of me.

4 toddler shoes/sandals, 1 toddler dress, i toddler hat and sunglasses, and one toddler tshirt and shorts. 2 sneakers, 2 dress shoes, 1 sandals, 2 bikinis, a swim wrap, and two purses for me!
I'm still waiting for my last interm which was supposed to be delivered last week Wednesday

Forgot to skip. Had to use credit. Item was not worth the amount charged for credit. Especially having to pay shipping on top of cost of credit.
Hopefully one day I get around to calling to cancel my account...

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
