Very slippery/Shoes Not Delivered

I ordered 3 pairs. 1 has been delivered, 2 pairs were supposed to be delivered Friday and don't even show to have shipped yet.

The sneakers I did receive have such slippery soles it made it feel like I was walking across a skating rink when I put them on in my house!

I have already started the return process for 1 pair and am waiting for the other 2 pairs to show up to see if I'm keeping them or sending them back.

Perfect boots - snazzy purse

Finding a boot that perfectly matched my purple coat has been a challenge, but my latest purchase was the EXACT colour of my coat, so I waited for the perfect sale opportunity to snap it up. I also found a purse in the exact red of another set of boots I own, so I snatched that up too. The boot fits perfectly (not always the case), and the purse is great!

Happy and fashionable feet

I had the greatest time shopping with my VIP points. I didn't have time for a few months to look so as a member the just deducted my payment and gave me VIP points which is much like In store credit. So had several of them and it was so hard to choose because I was in love with so many of them. So the best saving was to go to. The bundles section so 2 or three piece bundles for 1 credit. Then the 2 for 1 VIP credit another "Fabulous" way to save. Coming out with 5 pieces total not to shabby! Love it!

I ordered a pair of sandles almost two weeks ago, got a notification over a week ago saying they will be shipped, and there is still no status as to when they will be shipped. I'm not even sure if I will receive them at this point. I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of communication as to when I will be receiving my order. I will be cancelling my membership and will not order from this site again.
