Oversized, soft denim on a unique green wash. Fit is perfect oversized not like I am wearing three sizes too large. Sleeve length and cut is flattering. Love it.
I was sent an used item for my purchase and these shoes are not cheap! The design needed more arch support don't find the in-step/arch area to be comfortable as such your feet burns and your feet has no support. The quality of the actual item is okay. But send me a used shoe! Trying to upload the proof of the used item and the system is not allowing it..

The website interface needs a bit of work to make the shopping experience more successful.The silver sling back was definitely a huge regret based on what I received. It was an ugly cheap shiny silver material. The buckle on the shoes was a thumbs down 👎. I must say though that the wide width was a good idea. But I was hoping to rock this one with a nice pants suit for work and I was really disappointed 😞. It's more like a church shoes as you know church shoes can be anything. This shoes had no classiness to it at all. Looks like a costume for Vegas girls.my wedge slippers 😍 love love love. Super comfortable 😌, classy style that can dress up or down. Shipping was quick tbh...well done 👏

I still haven't received two pair of the shoes I ordered and I'm not even sure I want to keep the ones I did receive. What is taking so long?!?!?! You shouldn't be promoting a sale and styles you don't have on hand and making people wait without an option to cancel. I ordered these shoes for my birthday which has spay passed! This is ridiculous!

I got my items fast, and when two of the things I ordered didn't fit the way I wanted, returning them was very simple.
Got one package on time and due to shipping delays got the second a day early than expected.
I wish justfab had better selection for larger sizes like 11
Great so far I but on the pricy side but the quality is good once my order wasn't going through and customer service was great
My order was expedited…the earrings broke when I tried to put them on. The shoes came a WEEK LATE. My original order was supposed to take 14 BUSINESS DAYS‼ When I placed my order it said 2-3 business days. Justfab apologized said their website needed to be updated and gave me over night shipping…THAT STILL TOOK A WEEK! AND ARRIVED LATE! This is a horrible experience not the same Justfab from years ago. In the age of Amazon…this is unacceptable.

Cost of the shoes is always less than the monthly fee you pay which seems like there getting the better end of the stick. Almost seems better to skip the month and then just pick out and buy shoes whenever. Why even have a subscription at that point. Half the shoes don't even ship to my location. I have been with this subscription for years and the quality is going downhill. Purchased two pairs of kids shoes and they were destroyed within weeks of just street walking. Save your money I'm cancelling

Placed an order for first day of school! Never received after 3 was! Customer service rep didn't want to return my funds! Thinking of canceling the whole account none of the shoes are ever knew anyway I have just about every pair that they make in my size which is 12

Purchased two pairs of shows, the opening on one pair is so tight a baby couldn't get their feet in them. I requested to send back and I am still waiting for a label to send them back.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
