Justfab is my go to place for unique style. I always get amazing compliments. Delivery is quick and I am usually never disappointed! With that being said I have noticed the last few times I have ordered the sizes are not the same. They have recently been on the smaller size. But the quality and uniqueness always is exceptional.

I called to exchange the shoes and get a larger size 61/2.I could not understand what he was telling me. I would have to go on line to get return label. Now you have to return somewhere else. I designed to not use just fab any longer.

For the most part, I'm satisfied with Just Fab. My experience with clothing, however, is not always as rewarding as it is with footwear. It's sometimes hard to gauge my size in apparel but my shoes always fit well and often look better in person than they appear on screen. I would definitely recommend this site!

Still waiting…

I'm still waiting on 1/2 of my shoe order and it's been 2 weeks. I did receive an email with a heads up on the delay which I do appreciate, things do happen. What bothers me is that I received an additional email with a 30% off coupon - why would I want to use it? It's off putting to send a promotional email asking for more business when I haven't gotten what I've already ordered. I definitely regret signing up for this subscription.
