Only gave 1 star because there's no option for ZERO! I purchased a pair of shoes from just fab but the sizing was off. I initiated a return June 3,2024 for a store credit. Today is September 14th and i still have not received the credit. I have called multiple times and emailed and the customer service reps have assured me that i would get the refund in 48hrs, ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! At this point i do not even care for the credit anymore and will be cancelling my VIP membership.

Tennis shoes

I do not like the shoes. They're more like tennis shoes on heels instead of comfortable and soft.
I would like to trade them in and try your boots. Maybe that would be a better fit for me the flat boots.
