I have been a member for so long because it was always extremely hard for me to find my size (11) in stores and I was tired of the headache and heartbreak. Thank goodness I found JustFab. I have been able to get exactly what I want. Only a couple block heels I've bought with the backing and single strap have had too much space in the back so it didn't feel secure and too big, but other than that, I've had an amazing experience and will continue to use JustFab for my go-to shoe shopping!
I placed my order on 11-Sep which took 2 or 3 days to ship first of all. Finally, on 13-Sep I received an email that my package is shipped and will be delivered on 19-Sep.
With give tracking info, I tried to track my parcel which was being delivered by Purolator. I contacted Purolator on 18-Sep as package was not even picked up. Purolator mentioned they hadn't received any packages yet and the package will be delivered to them in Canada and then they will be able to deliver it. Looking into it, I contacted JustFab to look into this situation. While talking to the agent, he was not trying to answer my question, simply saying 'ok', 'sure'. I had to ask him clearly to check what's happening behind the scenes. Then he said he will check and he never replied to my messages while I waited for 15 minutes. I guess, then another agent started asking same things again 'how can he help me' when I explained whole situation more than once. I mentioned about explaining it earlier then he said he thinks I am checking into it. I felt so frustrating at this point so had to leave chat.
Next day, the shipping date was been changed without any notice. Yesterday, it was 19 and now its 25 Sep.
Before placing an order the website mentions lesser days for delivery and after payment is done things change to different directions.
Overall, I am experiencing a very crappy experience with JustFab. It was mentioned by a someone to try and after this I am never interested in getting back to it. It was first and last time experience with Justfab and it went horrible. Save you time, money and mind peace. It's NOT worth it,

I have been a customer of JustFab for several years. While I don't always find my style - because I am 67 - I have purchased many lovely sweaters & shoes from JustFab. I receive lots of compliments whenever I wear them. I tell them about JustFab, including the VIP program. I love the VIP program. It makes it easy to purchase because I know the money is there for me to use. Thank you, JustFab.
I bought a couple more of the long sweaters. I love them so much. Keeps me warm and are so soft and comfortable. The silver walking shoes are a bit bright, but I just need to break them in so they don't look like neon. LOL
I love JustFab. I just wish you had a larger selection of clothing that I like, but there is enough for now that I have no trouble spending my VIP rewards.

I had a wonderful experience! Ordering was easy and fast. The shoes were delivered quickly and I love the quality. You have a customer for life!
Site is easy to shop and prices are great. Returns can be done unless its a final sale. Sizes sometimes run a little small other times a little big so be sure to read reviews and descriptions.
Received items quickly and they weren't damaged and actually fit for once.
Overall everything was spotless.
Only thing is i didn't buy the right size had to send it back and do an exchange.

I have narrow feet and I have been finding fashionable shoes that actually fit. If they don't the return/refund is super easy.
I have a hard time find shoe that fit me because I have narrow feet. I have been buying shoe for years here and find shoes that fit and those that don't they readily accept my returns. I love being a customer and will continue to make this my shoe store.
All the shoes I ordered are great quality! I've been wearing my boots for 5 years and are still amazing!

My package was delivered to the wrong address and contacted customer service they said they will send a replacement but I never received it! Stole my money!

I reached out because I needed to find out the status of my refund. They quickly explained everything was on its way and that they already processed my refund. Which they did. Perfect

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
