I've been trying to see when it's coming and it was ready to ship on 9/13. It's 9/23 and I'm still waiting for it to ship. I had them before and am really sad now because I usually had it by now.
I love the shoes. The color, the style, everything! I was so excited to receive them. I ordered them in my normal shoe size. When they came and I tried them on they were too snug and my toe hit the top. :( I'm really bummed, but hopefully someone else will love them as much as I would've.

I loved the boots as soon as I opened the box! After successfully putting on my left book, I proceeded onto the right. Halfway up my calf the zipper split open at the lower foot section. Not sure if it was the quality (or lack of) of the zipper, or perhaps me.
Either way, I loved the design and look of them, just won't be able to wear them.

I like JustFab. The quality of their products is excellent, and their service is excellent. I needed to make an exchange for size, and it was an extremely easy process.
I was sent the wrong pair of shoes TWICE IN A ROW, was unable to create a return on my own because the return button is nonfunctional, and had to fight with customer service to even get a return label created. Then, they deleted my completely accurate review simply because it was negative. Clearly, JustFab have proven themselves to be entirely untrustworthy, and in so doing have lost a loyal customer.

By the time I was just looking for the oxfords and found Justfab. The shoes were excellent when I received and tried on.
After placing my order, I waited about two weeks before emailing customer service to ask why my package was still saying "awaiting carrier pick up". They were VERY unhelpful stating that I would have to wait two more days before I can get any assistance because I was still in the delivery window. Yet, my package still hadn't shipped so there was no way it would be delivered within two days. After waiting the two days and still no update to my order, they told me I can reorder if I'd like. I told them I never canceled my order so I don't understand why I'm having to reorder. It's been almost three weeks now and still have not received my order.

My shoes are great but now you have tacked on a stupid magazine subscription at check out. I am very unhappy that now I have to figure out how to cancel this. I will be canceling my just fab subscription at the same time! I don't have time for this crap!😡

It indicates that my red boots were delivered along with the booties, and I did not receive them at all. I received a shipment with my sneakers a few days later - still no red boots and I have yet to receive them to date.

I love the styles, bundles and credit options on the site. Unfortunately the tummy shaping pants only have tummy control in the top 2" so wasn't effective, the sports bras fit uncomfortably tight, and the shoes I ordered came in the right box but we're actually a 1/2 size larger. The other items I ordered were great. I appreciate the easy return options.
I ordered faux suede jacket. When I received it, thought it would be more on the faux suede side hen velour type. Its still a nice jacket, but not really faux suede. It's what I call a velour type jacket.

I waited in the chat but noone came on. I want to cancel membership. This website is a scam. I lost 3 credits without warning. When I complained I was told justfab sends emails to let you know points are expiring. They did not send an email. I found out by accident. I work hard for my money and since you did not offer me something I do not wish to be a member and I will tell everyone I know what a scam this company is. You should make it easy for people to discontinue their membership but of course you are going to force me to spend time on the phone. The worst website! I will never be a member again.

I bought these as they looked comfortable to wear, as I have a problem finding comfortable shoes as I am very flat footed, and to much of an arch can be miserable!, for more than a few minutes.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
