Convenience with nice sales

I ordered several pieces of clothing and shoes. The loafers and the flats were great. My body suit was a little large but the sweater and leggings were great. These are items I picked to jump start my fall wardrobe. The packaging was great.

It was very easy to order hardest part was so many choices
I have been looking for a few items an they exceeded my expectations sizes are pretty accurate as well
I bought a size or two up on a denim skirt an I should have stayed at my size
Plus I got them all on sale
So very happy

Wide Width--Not Very!

Pumps advertised as wide width were not very wide. They pinched my toes almost as much as the normal width of shoes.

Cheap

I have been a Just Fab customer for over 10+ years. When their prices were in Canadian Dollars. Every pair of shoes I owned was Just Fab.
I have been ordering stuff and I have to return every item lately. Clothes are a hit and miss with size and fabric, and shoes are so cheap nowadays, the material, the style, very disappointed. I can't wait to pray for a miracle and find something worth the 3 credits I've had for over a year to move one from this brand.
Also, because I have been so disappointed, I noticed they have man stuff now. I told my husband to pick 3 items so I can spend those credits and they DON'T ship to Canada. Unreal.

Pink Boots

Repeated disappointment

Reached out to customer service because my bag didn't ship. They canceled my order and told me I could repurchase. Then the exact same thing happened again.
No compensation or fixes.

I asked for wide calf didn't get it plus the heels are higher than what the picture shows and where's the return receipt for my purchase? You guys make it difficult to return Items and you took money out of my account without permission I didn't sign up for your merchandise again I'm just not happy with your products your shoes make my feet look really big

I like the shoes, but I don't want anything sent to me. I.tried canceling my membership but the guy talked me into being on hold for 90 days and not be charged. I really want to cancel my membership now and not wait for 90 days
