If I had paid more for the shoes ($10), I would definitely return them. The heel support is nonexistent. I purchased the sneakers because reviewers wrote they wore them for a long time on walking tours & long shifts on their feet (eg nurses). The first time I wore the shoes I could tell the heel support was poor to nonexistent as my feet hurt, my knees hurt & my lower back hurt. I do not recommend.
The first pair of shoes I bought on JustFab made my feet bleed and looked like they had been worn prior to my purchasing them.

I bought a pair of boots I've been wanting for a couple years. I love the ones I purchased from JustFab! They fit perfectly & I love them.
Being plus size, I ordered the wide calf. They are far too big.

The leggings i ordered are very well put together, great fabric and sewing.
JustFab is very easy to shop, but it is easy to get overwhelmed with the options. There is an excellent exchange process and the boots are always the most comfortable of all the shoes.
Affordable prices with great selection of shoes from casual to seasonal shoes. Great quality as well.
Return in form of store credit so not satisfying,I just don't see me ordering from u again

I loved this look, everything is good, delivery a time
Still haven't received my order. Received a text my package couldn't be delivered I reached out and the pin drop location they had was literally my front yard. Have gotten the run around from both company and delivery company. Worst customer service ever. I don't expect to ever receive my package or a refund. If it was possible to give a negative star review they would receive an entire galaxy.

I haven't bought from just fab in awhile. But I got an email with their 10$ sale so I revisited them and ended up buying 2 pair if boots and a pair of booties. I've always liked their products and this order was no different.
The shoes came and they were actually nicer than I thought they would be.
My order got "rerouted" multiple times without anyone reaching out to me.and I've still yet to receive it

My shoes arrived in a very timely manner, and upon opening the box, they are just as described and pictured on the website and they are the perfect fit.
I love all my pair of shoes for a great price and a fraction of the cost i would buy more.
First thing justfab did was give my email to this spammer. So i cancelled my membership. If you think no more of your customers than to sell their info, i will give them another dime

My shoes I received was beautiful. So comfy and it came perfect.The material on all my shoes were made with nice quality. I would highly recommend.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
