JustFab's reputation is mixed, reflecting a blend of positive experiences and notable concerns. Customers frequently commend the stylish and affordable product offerings, particularly the quality of shoes, with many expressing satisfaction with their purchases and the ease of the ordering process. However, significant issues arise regarding customer service, including delays in shipping, difficulties with returns, and inconsistent product sizing. Some customers report feeling frustrated with unresponsive support and unexpected charges. Overall, while JustFab attracts loyal fans for its fashion items, it faces challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and addressing customer complaints effectively.

I cancelled my 'VIP membership' for JustFab a few weeks ago. They make it unclear and easily looked past that you need to call in order to finish the cancellation process. After waiting 15 minutes on hold, I got a 'consultant' to speak to about this issue. I was charged $40 without warning and I requested a refund. The consultant argued with me that they sent 2 reminder emails about the upcoming charge. I looked through my e-mail and there was no such thing. THIS IS A SCAM. I've had many friends have horrible experiences. This site is unclear about the memberships and they need to offer refunds. Shoes are pieces of crap and they don't even offer all shoe sizes. After my complaint and after telling the consultant I was going to speak badly about their site and service to everyone I know, the woman had the nerve to request I like them on Facebook. These people are scam artists and need to be shut down.
I would never recommend this site nor their products to anyone. You will be taken advantage of as a consumer and you will be let down.
Absolutely awful, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. After placing an order I read the reviews which was a stupid mistake all saying they charge you £35 a month so I was on the phone to them for 15 minutes they were rude and really unhelpful just asking if I could close the account, my account still isn't closed and I don't know how to stop getting charged that £35, I honestly don't know how the website is still running
I regret ever making my first purchase with justfab. A friend recommended this company to me and even the same friend has same regrets today.
Their sales strategy is too deceptive and aggressive. I have £70 with this company which they have refused to refund to me on the ground that they have previously issued 2 refunds before now. I even wanted to make orders with the credit but I was told I can't purchase any items on sales. Reading through their terms and condition and did not find any policy on what Items you can or can't purchase or any policy on how many times you can get a refund.
I decided to finally make my first purchase and I find out my order has been cancelled now I have to call to cancel the monthly thing. I will not be ordering if my orders will get cancelled.
These shoes are very poorly made of very cheap materials. They are made of synthetic garbage, and do not fit remotely true to size. The first two pairs I got were tall boots, one pair hit my leg directly behind the knee which is not wearable and they looked so cheap that they look like the pretend boots that come with cheap costumes. The other pair had no support in them whatsoever and no tread on the sole so I
Almost fell on my behind on the carpet in my house when trying them on. They didn't want to let me return either pair because they were on promotion but I went back & forth with them and they let me exchange for two other pairs. I will say that their customer service was helpful trying to get me sorted out into shoes I was happy with but I did have to complain on their Facebook page to get that kind of response. The two pairs of shoes I got in exchange were at least more comfortable but there was already a small rip in the vinyl garbage that the shoes were made of but I was over dealing with any more exchanges. I should've cancelled at this point but I wasn't having a problem remembering to decline the month (you have to either buy something or decline the month or they automatically charge you $39.95). In July I missed declining the month because I was on vacation (you can't do it early). At first I was not concerned about that but then I find out that I can't use my money on sale, promotional or clearance items because the money they automatically charge is
Considered a "credit" so I am only allowed to buy an item at full price. This is a disgusting business practice, none of their shoes are worth $39.95 a pair. Avoid joining this site like the plague, I'm sure I will have a hassle trying to cancel as well.
Terrible site. Stay away. They cancelled my order saying items not available. Then why on earth was I able to put in my cart and purchase. All because I didn't sign up for the VIP. I wanted to see how the product and service was before that kind of commitment. They will never get my business and I will forever worn others.
They Simply Suck. I hate how their service works. I have never seen such kind of thing before. Omg. They will charge you every month 39.50$ for Nothing. It's A SWINDLING WEBSITE. I hate it from the bottom of my heart...
To anyone who visits this website, I'd like to warn you of a few things:
1. Buying a shoe automatically subscribes you to their "membership", where they charge $39.95/month. It's very hard, if not impossible, to unsubscribe-you have to call a number, wait on hold for a while, and try to talk to a completely uncooperative representative who will not give you your money back and will either refuse to cancel your account, or tell you they will cancel your account and then won't.
2. If you aren't happy with your purchase, nice try on getting your money back. You can either get store credit (which, by the time you're done dealing with them, you almost certainly won't want) or get your money back with a $5.95 "restocking fee" that you only get when you want your money back instead of store credit which, as the phone representative said, was for "reasons [she] didn't understand".
3. Don't be mislead by their promotions. For example, they recently had a promotion for $20 off any shoe (which would make the net charge $19.95), but when I ordered my shoe, they still charged me $39.95 and refused to give me my money back.
So yeah, they have millions of subscribers... subscribers who aren't even aware that they're subscribed and are being charged $40 per month. For even more stories, go to http://www.scambook.com/blog/2011/10/justfab-com-justfabulous-class-action-lawsuit/f interest with this website.
I'm just going to keep this short. Don't give them your contact information (especially you email address), because no matter how many times you try to unsubscribe, how many times you send emails to their office (for me it was around 12 times!) and how many times you try to call their customer service (3 times for me), they will still keep on sending you very annoying emails about their deals several times a week. It is unbelievably annoying how horrible their customer service is and how much they spam you will junk mail. Just don't even visit this site.
Just garbage, i've tried to cancel my account twice. First time i was naieve and she talked me into keeping it. I forgot to skip a month, and used my credit toward a pair of shoes i thought were just so so. Didn't want to fight for my money back that bad. Just tried calling 8 times because i used the wrong shipping address. 24-7 is a lie.
Ponzi scheme.
There is one dilemma about trying to be fashionable and based from my own experiences, I can say a lot about this. When you want to always look your best, looking for a means to understand what goes what where can be overwhelming as styles and designs change as quick as they come. Some magazines and fashion blogs I have visited turned out to also make things worse.
The web based site called as JustFab can be easily accessed online. Offering a personalized shopping experience, gaining access to all the hot trends and styles in clothes, shoes, bags and accessories will be brought to you straight from the fashion halls by a personal stylist.
Many of my friends have already visited the site they are running and so far all I am hearing from them are positive comments. Make a visit there too one of these days.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I bought my first pair of shoes there without reading the terms and conditions -- my own fault-- but I have been trying to cancel my account now for a few days. Each time I call, they give me some bull$#*! advertisement for a cruise or a rebate card or whatever else and when you don't say that you want to redeem that promotion, the call automatically hangs up. I tried contacting the site and using live chat, but they just tell me that the only way to cancel is on the phone. Balls. I'll probably just get a new card.
I canceled this membership twice, once in April and again in May. Both times I got an email saying "sorry to lose you as a customer" only to get charged again the next month! Did not even get a "your boutique is ready email" either of those months so thought I was all good. Then today I call and they tell me I did not cancel and just got an automatically generated email from them that meant nothing. The lady I talked to spoke horrible English and refused to get me a supervisor. She tried telling me there was nothing she could do and then offer reward points?!?!? Really?!?!? I just want my STOLEN money back and my account to be closed. I don't want anything to do with them and others should stay away!
I signed up to purchase 2 pairs of shoes from JustFab that my wife told me she liked. They ended up sending the wrong colors for both shoes. I called to cancel the membership and get a refund on the shoes. The person I spoke with told me that the only way I could get a refund was if I left the membership active; so I did that with the understanding that I would cancel out when I received a refund. I returned the shoes but once JustFab received them, they issued me store credit only. It was a huge process to get them to return the funds to my card. I then tried to cancel out the membership and was told that I could not. I was told by the customer service representative that only the account holder could cancel. Well, I was the account holder, but because I was a man, the customer service representative did not believe I signed up for their service and refused to cancel out the membership. I called again and got the same runaround from the next agent I spoke with. This company thrives by forcing people to sign up for their membership and then refusing the cancel them out. I have had to cancel my card to ensure that this company will not charge me again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I had the hardest time talking to anyone that was kind here at "JustFab" WORST SERVICE and PRODUCT... I won't return anything because then I just have to buy something else...
I have spent HUNDREDS of Dollars on this website and I haven't found ANYTHING satisfactory ex) jewelery, purses, and especially shoes. Every person I've talked to/ been in contact with has no idea what they are doing, ESPECIALLY the last lady I talked to. SHE WAS SO RUDE (May 24th/2013), She actually told me that if I had a complaint I shouldn't call back because they didn't want to deal with it.
I am still in the process of trying to cancel this account because nobody will let me. I tried last month and they said it was done and then I was charged AGAIN for this month called back and they said they have no record of my call. I informed her I have the record with me with the duration of the call being 14.23 minutes... My phone company printed me off the record. I am still being charged and I no longer have a valid credit card which I tried explaining to the very rude lady and she informed me it didn't matter and they would continue to charge whatever card was valid on the purchase because that's apart of my contract with them...( So I'm not being charged my Mother is because she bought the last item on JustFab for my wedding) I don't want to be a customer anymore I just want my last credit back so I can cancel the account.
VERY DISSATISFIED! I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP HERE.
Like everyone else said in their reviews, they charge you 39.95 every month, if you don't choose the "skip this month" option. They choose the rules, so i suppose i should have abided by them, but it is a poor policy. The online chat customer service agent was helpful but gave wrong information twice and i was only able to get the correct information out of her by repeating what she told me back to her, which was annoying. Then i called to get a refund for the money that was charged to my credit account, and they only gave me one courtesy refund. I have not yet cancelled my "vip membership" because now i have 39.95 in credit that i have to spend, unfortunately. What a ridiculous, scamming site.
0 stars. This dot com is equivalent to a pyramid or ponzi scheme. They deceptively have you join, then stake a claim on $40 a month on your credit card.
VERY BAD business practice. They were sued in a class action lawsuit in 2011 and have really only been operational for a few years.
NEGATIVE star
They will treat you very poorly, its amazing a place like this can exist in a competitive economy!?
I placed 1 order with this company for 2 items and both items were very poor quality! Customer service was ok ONCE you got through on the telephone number which took me 2 days to speak to someone! They also took a fair amount of money from my account without me knowing and refused to refund it so i immediately closed my account with them! Company is a scam!
Oh lordy, where do I start with JustFab.com?!
It gets two stars because I DID use the site for over a year.
It was easy to use, bright and colorful, was accurate with the descriptions, products, sizing, and prices.
So why two stars?
Well, it goes beyond the website. The customer service via online chat is completely useless. One says one thing and another says something completely different, leaving the user scratching their head and asking WTF?!
I had a couple of returns, one took care of it in a way that was EXCELLENT (sent replacements and call tag for the old and I got the replacements the day FedEx/UPS picked up the old). The other person for the returns, totally screwed the pooch, in a matter of speaking, telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that they don't do returns like that and obviously I was confused.
Their customer service, as I said, is lacking. You can enroll on their site (read the fine print because they'll charge you every month unless you utalize the 5 day window to decline their questionable selections for you). BUT, here's the real kicker: you CAN'T CANCEL ONLINE! You ahve to call them, then you don't get a cancelation confirmation number. You get a chick on the phone that says IT'S CANCELED. Then, in my case, I was billed the following month and had to dispute it through my bank.
Honestly, I wouldn't NEVER recommend JustFab simply because their customer service is so lacking.
I was so excited about this website, I thought it looked great and had such great items. NO, they are very talented at making their merchandise appear a lot nicer on the website. When I received my first purchase of two purses, they both looked SO CHEAP. I mean cheap like meant for a 5 year old playing dress up. The most fake looking leather I have ever seen. What looked like some type of nice faux fur, classy animal print on one was actually this disgusting faux leather. I was extremely disappointed in this purchase. On top of that, THE WHOLE THING TURNED INTO A HORRIBLE, NEVER ENDING EXPERIENCE. I had issues returning it, a lot of issues (even though they advertise free, easy returns), and was automatically signed up for "VIP" membership, which must be in the fine print when you make a purchase, and means that I am now charged $40 monthly credit. I DO NOT want this and I have had issues with refunds and canceling. The first time they told me I would receive an email offer to "skip the month", so I have kept my eyes peeled for that email. Just today got an email that I have been charged the credit, no refund. I called and she said it must have gone to spam, and I cannot get a refund. NO, I get at least 2 emails a day from them, they do not go to my spam. I asked to cancel, just be taken off the automatic payment, but she told me I would have to cancel my whole account and that credit would just become theirs. RIDICULOUS. I told her I don't think this is how "VIP Members" should be treated. I thought this website would be legit because it is Kimora's, but DO NOT BE FOOLED. I would NEVER recommend purchasing or creating an account with justfab. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And I am currently stuck in it because I have this May Credit that I have to use before I can hopefully cancel. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
