I have been a member with JustFab for 3 years now and I absolutely love it. They have a huge selection so depending on what I need they usually have it. They also have great quality and great customer service. Anytime I have had a problem with any product whether it be a defect or it just didn't fit right they were very prompt in getting me a return label and taking care of my return or exchange. They are always having different contest to win free credits and I can't even count how many things I have received for free from them because of it. I have 10 pairs of denim now and all are amazing quality! They are always having sales and promotions. If you read the Terms & Conditions before signing up and you set a reminder on the first of the month then you never get charged when you don't want to. Yes, it is a monthly shoe club but there is no obligation to buy. I have never in 3 yrs been charged when I didn't want to be. I love JUSTFAB!

JustFab has some nice shoes, but I don't order through their website. I order JustFab shoes through Amazon, that way I am always protected. I've had a great experiences with Just Fab. Shoe selection is FABULOUS! Great prices and always seem to have sales going on... YAY! Free shipping and free returns are a big plus in my book. So happy with the Dolly boots and Lottie heels. Will definitely buy from them again:-P

We cancelled in November and they still take money off our credit card every single month. Out of 4,... we got refunded 2 months. So for the 3 time that we had concelled, this month April 19 2013 ( do the math) thye took money off our credit card again. In total, we cancelled the the 4th time. We even had to call VISA for a fraud complaint. Also, if u ask them to send u a cancellation e-mail or letter, they won't send it. WE WARNED U GUYS. Hope u share this with everyone u know. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Your 20$ shoes will end up costing 120$ TRUST ME

JustFab is a scam company that steals money from consumers. If you buy one item from their website, they start automatically charging your credit card $39.95 every month with no prior warning. They claim that you consent to the monthly charges when you purchase the item, but the warning is concealed in very small font and does not adequately explain that they will charge you the fee just by making one purchase. Even worse, when I called to cancel my membership, they didn't cancel it and continued to steal from me FIVE $39.95 charges. When I finally got through their sales robots and spoke with a supervisor, she just kept reading the tag line and said how great company is. I finally got her to refund two out of five charges that they stole, but she was still unable to show me the language that gave them the authority to charge my credit card in the first place. At that point, the supervisor supposedly cancelled my "membership" at JustFab... until April 2013, when I had another $39.95 charge from them for my "membership." This company is stealing money from people without any prior consent and should not be trusted. And to add insult to injury, the shoes that I did order that got me into this whole mess were very cheaply designed. I wouldn't even pay $5.99 for them at Payless.

Justfab is my favorite online shopping experience ever! The website is easily navigated and very helpful since they offer reviews of the items, and even have videos of a model walking in the shoes so you can see them in person. This helps you get it right the first time, but if not the returns and exchanges are free and simple! They have specials and sales all the time and constantly provide fun contests. It's also easy to earn points towards free items, all you have to do is refer two friends to get 1 credit! And you earn points on every purchase made. They make it so much fun to be a part of the company and my closet is full of fabulous shoes, bags, and jeans - without having to break the bank! And I'll always be a loyal customer because they make it clear they work hard to listen to their customers and strive to better our experience. :)

Just Fab is awesome. I have been a member for about 3 years. I love that every item is one price and everymonth they send you new items in your boutique, and if you dont see anything that you interested in you can have JustFab send you new options or you can Skip the month and wont be charged. They are always having fun contests to win credits and their Facebook page is lots of fun, where other girls will posts photos of their items and review them. I have met alot of friends through their Facebook page. And if you ever have an issue with an item they have 24/7 customer support and shipping is always free to and from.

I tried to cancel my membership in March, so I called their customer service. First they asked me about why I am canceling my membership. I told the girl that the exactly same shoes I saw on other websites are around $14 and they are charging $40. So the girl offered me other options without canceling the membership, like: giving me more credits or $100 gift cards. (See how much money they can make from you so that they will offer you $100 for free.) I told her I want to cancel the account completely. Then she said that I can change my account type so I can get shoe with retail price and it wont be any monthly fees. I told her no. Then she told me that she will go ahead and cancel my account completely. I thought that will be it.
Until today, while I was reviewing my bank account, I saw justfab charged me $39.99 again for the April membership. I called the customer service immediately and asked them whats going on, the account should be canceled since last month. The girl checked it and told me that it should be canceled by last agent last month. So clearly they made a "mistake". And I told her again I want to completely cancel it. She just ignored my response and started to ask me all these questions they asked like last time to get you back. Anyway, after 20 mins of talking with them, the girl finally told me that she will cancel the account and the money will be refund. Finger cross they don't forget to cancel this time.
This is a really sketchy website, where you pay way more expensive prices for the shoes that do not worth the prices you paid. The thing is that they don't give you the original brands of the shoes. Instead, they will name some really cute name, so you cannot google the brand to find out how much the shoes they really worth when you buy them. At least I know one brand they have is "soda" and when you search the price for that brand, a pair of boots can be on sale for 10 bucks.
But if you think it is convenient for you that someone will select the shoes every month and you would like to pay them way more to get the service, you can keep your account. Just remember to CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OFTEN, so that they wont make "mistake" on you!

I have been a member of justfab for just a little over 1.5 years now and have 70 items (shoes, purses, and jeans) from them. I'm always getting compliments on my justfab purchases. The shoes and purses are such great quality, and the jeans are amazingly comfy and fit me really well. I never have to wait long for my purchases to arrive - I usually receive my orders within one week of placing my order, and that's with the free standard shipping. Returns and exchanges are also super easy if an item doesn't work out for me - justfab pays for the return shipping, so I never have to worry about that. Best of all, they are ALWAYS having contests (via pinterest, twitter, facebook platform apps) AND will reward the winners accordingly, unlike some other shoe club out there. Seriously, justfab is the greatest, b/c even if you don't enter/win the many contests, it's SO easy to earn free shoes. They have so many promos/sales that you'll earn the 350 reward points in no time (350 points = 1 free item). As long as you read the terms & understand the VIP membership, you'll have NO problems at all and will absolutely fall in love with the site as well!

I've been a member of JustFab for almost 2 years old now. I love JF with their fast shipping I get my items within 3 days. But thats not all they really do care about their customers. They have a rewards program when you reach up 350 points (by purchasing) you can redeem a free credit which equals to a free shoe. Every woman love free shoes. I love their shoes and recently I have purchased their jeans, which fit me perfect. Their quality is great for 39.95 with free shipping and exchanges! They have some many selections such as iron fist, Abbey Dawn, Jessica Simpson, and of course their fabulous Jeans. You have need help or have any questions the line is open 24 hours. They also have a facebook community page you can ask questions, post pics of your new shoes, need help with style or just about anything which is awesome. The best part they are always running contests and fun stuff you can win free credits= free shoes, bag, jewelry, or jeans on their website. What more can a girl ask for:-)

I have been a member of JustFab for a few years now. I love the experience of customized boutiques, in addition to shopping by category, special features, etc. The website is easy to use and I never have a problem. Everything is spelled out for you, in black and white. The quality is always top notch, and the customer service is spot on. If they mess up, they fix it. If you are unhappy, they do whatever they can to make you happy. They also listen to their customers, and are open to suggestions. They also really interact with us, via social media (FB, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) They show that they value us, and I greatly appreciate that. Also, they frequently have contests to award their fanbase with freebies and goodies. Super fun!

I have been a customer with Just Fab for almost 3 years now. I love being with this company. Almost everything that I have purchased from them have been well made items. I also always get compliments on my items (shoes and purses) whenver i wear them out!^_^ When that happens, I always get a really good burst of confidence! Something that all women need.

There were on 2 items, out of the 20+ items that i have purchased from them, that had quality issues. Just Fab though, has always help make up for it when you address the issue to them. Plus, shipping is free both ways!

I feel that most of the complaints Just Fab gets are from people who haven't read the terms and conditions. ALWAYS read them BEFORE putting you credit card info on a website. Even if you get charged because you forgot to skip the month (which is mentioned in the terms and conditions), you get store credit which can be used to buy one of many great items.

It's also great getting free items as well, with their loyalty program. You get points per dollar on each purchase. Once reaching 350 pts, you get to get a free item of your choice! 350 sounds like a lot, but Just Fab always has sales, specials, and promotions that will help you get more bang for your buck!

All in all, I love Just fab, and I'm hoping that more people will give them a chance. Because once you give them a chance, you will never want to leave them!

I have been a member of JustFab for almost two years. My experience with them has been absolutely amazing. The products are diverse and fabulous; with a lot of styles and colors from which to choose. Customer service is amazing, the stylists are knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as needed with you. In my almost two years of membership I have never had an issue and frequently refer my friends to the site. Everyone enjoys the ease of the website for shopping and the convenience of 24/7 customer service, as well as, a fun and interactive Facebook page (there is always some sort of fun promotion or contest happening). It truly is a wonderful company that not only takes care of its customers but takes our needs into consideration!

I signed up over a year ago when I saw the buy one get one free deal. Two pairs of adorable shoes for $39.95?! YES PLEASE! Of course I read through all the terms & conditions and it is a monthly subscription site, so each month you could be charged $39.95 on your card (equaling one credit on JustFab, which allows you to purchase any one of the items... a pair of shoes, a handbag, etc.)

I shop on a budget, so to get a fabulous handbag or fun pair of shoes for $40 is pretty reasonable for me, and I LOVE the styles on JustFab. If I don't have it in my budget for the month, I simply sign into JustFab.com with my username and password and skip the month under my boutique (must do this the 1st through the 5th). Honestly though, JustFab has become a place that I always have something on my want list and it would be rare for me to skip a month now!

The brand as a whole is very in tune with their customers' needs, and very engaged with them on social media sites like twitter and facebook. I absolutely LOVE JustFab! The products are great and I've been completely satisfied with my purchases, with only a couple of exceptions. Both times they paid return shipping and refunded my money without a single hassle. I have been a JustFab customer for coming up on two years now... I fell in love with their product instantly, the quality is superb and their customer service aims to please their customers. JF hosts amazing contests one of which I won myself last year. I won a trip to L. A all expense paid trip for me and a friend, hotel, flight, limo service JF is a legit company all the way around. I have purchased over 150 items and have never had a problem with being charged when I didn't want to be hence skipping the month between the 1st and 5th of every month but even if someone forgets to skip they credit your account for any item of your choosing on their site LOVE JF! JF customer for life <3

I have been with Justfab.com for close to 2 years and absolutely love the company! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and go above and beyond to meet customer expectations! Justfab is the type of company that when a customer asks for something, they say YES, and figure out how to make that yes work. For example, I was using a code for a 2 for 39.95 sale on flats and my internet wouldn't let me use the code, so I called and the lines were having some issues, the woman I spoke with stayed online with me, and got everything taken care of even though the lines were going in and out! Even when the company was having technical difficulties they made sure everything worked out for me! The shipping is always free with a 39.95 purchase and they always have awesome deals, promotions and contests! Even with the great prices, they are always giving MORE! Justfab is an awesome company and always going above and beyond for their customer. I love Justfab!

I've been a JustFab member since 2011 and I love it! I specially love their Customer Service. They are wonderful and you can't beat it. Their products are great at great prices and if you ever have a problem with it, CS will fix it quickly. They go above and beyond for their customers. They won't give you an attitude when you return a product for whatever reason, specially if it's defective neither ask for a proof (like pics like the competition does) which is hard for us sometimes because we are working or lack of time. Best of all it's a 24/7 help from CS and free shipping!:)
I love that JustFab spoil us so much with all their contest, promotions and rewards.
