JustFab's reputation is mixed, reflecting a blend of positive experiences and notable concerns. Customers frequently commend the stylish and affordable product offerings, particularly the quality of shoes, with many expressing satisfaction with their purchases and the ease of the ordering process. However, significant issues arise regarding customer service, including delays in shipping, difficulties with returns, and inconsistent product sizing. Some customers report feeling frustrated with unresponsive support and unexpected charges. Overall, while JustFab attracts loyal fans for its fashion items, it faces challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and addressing customer complaints effectively.

This site scammed me. After visiting the site due to seeing their advertisements everywhere online, I took advantage of a really good deal for shoes which I intended to be a one time thing. During the checkout process, I was offered the option to sign up for a VIP membership where I would be charged 40 dollars a month toward shoes, which I intentionally, after reading about the membership, declined. Nowhere on the site did I see that taking advantage of the deal I used to get the inexpensive shoes would automatically sign me up for this program. If this was the case, I would have expected a clear explanation before checkout, not an 'OPT OUT' option that would not be honored once the shoes were purchased. On top of that, I was supposed to have received an email notifying me that I had until the 5th of the next month to opt out of the $40 VIP automatic credit, which I also did not receive. I didn't even know I was enrolled in this program until the NEXT month when I DID receive such an email and had already been charged $40.
Seeing what had happened I called customer service who ignored my dissatisfaction and outrage, telling me I HAD signed up for this program and if I chose to cancel my account I would forfeit my $40 credit. I got off the phone with the unhelpful snide woman and she apparently canceled my account based on some dissatisfied comment I made, which again, I did not know about. I also got on a chat with a customer service person who said they couldn't help me I would have to call. So I sent an email. I received no response.
I'm am disgusted by the tactics of this site and their customer service. What I will say is that the shoes I received were of decent quality for the price, although they obviously ended up costing more than I originally thought. Oh and I was able to reactivate my account getting back the 40$ towards shoes. I don't need any more shoes, I need my money. But at least they didn't flat out steal it from me.
Do not buy from JustFab.com. This company is a scam. I saw their advertisement from my email and tempted to buy the shoes. Only after made my purchase I was being told my friends to be careful of this company because they have heard about this company. So after I received my shoes, I immediately cancelled my membership. Yet they kept on trying to persuade me to keep the membership and they can waived a month for me. I was tempted at first, but later, I decided to called them back and cancelled my monthly membership. Later I realized that they skip one month and charge me two more months later knowing that I will likely not looking at my statements. I contacted them to request for refund of my monthly charges and they kept on saying that they are unable to do so because they don't have a record to prove that I did in fact contacted them to make that cancelation. This company is definitely a scam! They should be brought up to the better business bureau. Someone need to sue them! They need to be shoot down. For those who work for them, you must have no moral instinct.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
THEY SCAMMING PEOPLE!
You have to skip every month between 1st - 5th if you don't want them to charge the membership. I did skip for July, but somehow they still charge my credit card and I was told that this is un-cancellable, so I have no choice but use this credit to buy shoes. I chose 2 shoes that were on sale (2 for 1), but then they told me that I have to pay $39.95 for the other pair since store credit is only good for 1 pair. What a scam. I amcancelling the membership for this site.
This place is a complete scam. The shoes, clothes, bags, and jewelry are all cheaply made and WAY overpriced. 40$ for a pair of cheap earrings that you could buy at Claire's for $8 is ridiculous. And that's just the quality.
When I "signed up" the only indication that this POS company would RECHARGE my credit card every single month unless I "skipped" that month by the 5th was in the fine print.
After my order came with my cheap looking purse, I totally forgot about this crappy company and their monthly emails went directly to my spam folder (as they really should.) Therefore, I racked up 3 "credits" at $40 each before I realized I was being charged. When I called for a refund, not only did I have to wait 10 minutes on hold to cancel my account (they don't let you do it online, even though you can sign up that way), the sales person informed me that they don't "do" refunds on credits. PLUS, if I cancelled my membership right there, I would just lose my $120 dollars and wouldn't be able to use it at all.
My advice is STAY FAR AWAY. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Not as organized as other shoe clubs, it's kinda confusing to find everything. I'm a member to shoedazzle, justfab, and sole society. I find this one to be least user friendly. IMO Shoedazzle is the same price, trendier shoes, and now you are not charged monthly fees.
Highly misleading. They entice you with really cute styles of shoes, boots, etc. and then you can never find those styles that are available. I'm glad I didn't sign up because I also found out they charge you each month if you don't buy... um, huh?!?! No way, Jose. I cancelled my membership and unsubscribed from everything and they will not stop sending me emails. Very annoying.
I wish I would have done some research on this website. I went ahead and joined just a week ago and purchased a pair of shoes and when I received it, the pair of heels that I got was not exactly what I purchased. The shoe was similar to what I ordered but not exact... so of course I was mad. I called justfabulous.com to complain and canceled my membership and returned the shoes. All I have to say is don't waist your time and money with this low end website. You will not get what you ordered. Cheap shoes and runs big... SO DISAPPOINTED!
JustFabulous which is an online SHOE CLUB offers beautiful shoes, jewelry and handbags at a wonderful price. I have been a member for several months and have purchased 15 pairs of shoes and 2 handbags. The best part is that several of my shoes were chosen FOR ME (I chose to purchase them of course. ;) by my own amazing fashion stylists! I have had to return two pairs of shoes due to sizing issues and I must say that they have amazing customer service with FREE easy hassle free shipping on all returns. All you do is print the return slip and mail, should it be an exchange they ship your exchange the second the post office scans the package in! Unlike with most "clubs" (DVD, music, etc...) where you have to make a commitment to buy and/or they just send you something without notification you simply only click an easy button asking JustFab to "skip this month" to avoid being charged a credit redeemable for a pair of shoes/bag/jewelry and should you never want to purchase again all you have to do is cancel via their customer service link, no real commitment. ALL of this information is available in the Terms of service, customer service reps remind you every time you call in and it is listed in EVERY email they send out. JustFab also reminds you in a special email to click to skip the month should you forget. I am VERY happy with my membership to Just Fabulous and never miss a month! Just be sure to read the terms of service in it's ENTIRETY, make sure to have justfab emails unrestricted so they do't go into spam and you will never have a problem! Thanks for the great shoes and bags Just Fabulous!
Justfab is a great site. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about but I have been nothing but satisfied. The customer service is good (they might try to haggle you). The shoes are cute and are of the quality that I love. The packages come in a week and that 4-7 day shipping is FREE. SO you can listen to the other people if you want but I love Justfab. By the way, the reason why they got charged is because they didn't skip the month option that will prevent you from being charged in the first five days of each month.
What did I get from Just Fabulous shoes? I was forced to pay $17.85 to return two pair of shoes and cancel my membership! What a mistake. I will never recommend or purchased anything from Just Fabulous again. I bought two pair of shoes that were sent to me in one box. The shoes seemed cheap and I decided to return them and cancel the membership. Through the conversation with customer service I realized that if I wanted to stay a member, Just Fabulous would do anything to help me. I was offered extra member points to stay as well as a second pair of shoes on my next order 1/2 off and to top that I would not be charged for my return. When I told them thanks but that I still wanted to return the shoes I received and cancel my membership, they would not budge on anything. I was forced to pay the $5.95 restocking fee for each pair of shoes I bought even though they were being returned in ONE box (the same box they were sent in) and also $5.95 to refund the shipping fee they paid to send them to me! Never again!
You are told nowhere on the website that you will be automatically charged $39.95 whether you buy shoes or not. You have to decline the offered shoes between the 1rst and 5th of the month or you get charged $39.95 for shoes you did not get. When you call, you will told that you cannot cancel, just skip a month by clicking (between the 1-5 of the month). This is a scam that once they get yout credit card you cannot get out of. Most certain that they will not give a refund for anything.
From their add, I purchased a pair of shoes. They did not fit, so I returned them. They did credit my account. A month later they put a $39.95 charge against my bank account. When I called about it, they told me that when I made my purchase the month before, I was agreeing to their $39.95/month "club fee." I saw nowhere on that order form when I purchased that I was agreeing to a "club fee." When I called about it, they said I could not get that back, that I could "skip a month" and use that money the next month on a pair of shoes. Unbelievable! I was refused my request to speak to a supervisor, or to have his extension to call him, or to have his email to contact him. That was all "private." Horrible! My only recourse is to cancel my bank card that they are charging, which I will definately do.
I order 2 pairs of shoes off of their website, when the shoes got there, not only were they already falling apart, the didnt fit whatsoever. ( I guess because the shoes are so horribly made, they dont fit true to size) I called to see if I could return them, they told me NO before I could finish my sentence, so i asked about exchanging them for a different size. I sat on the phone for 20 mins trying to tell the lady im stuck with two pairs of shoes that dont fit me. And she kept saying too bad no exchanges, and that I should of read the fine print when clearly it says you can exchange! Seriously beyond pissed by that point so I said fine cancel my membership, don't you know their sending me the right sizes now. As soon as I receive them Im canceling my membership. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Not to mention, all of their customer service is in the same room, so you get to hear all of the other customer service people talk to customers.
I bought a pair of shoes from this site and it came pretty soon to my dorm. They are a tad stripper-ish but I think it's funny and I still wear them out. They make me about 6'... but I like being tall :) They do look pretty good, though! And I knew they were about 5" heels but they aren't too uncomfortable, I can walk in them totally fine (and even run a little). Just make sure to cancel membership if you don't want to be charged each month or you can just skip for the month.
Thought I had just ordered one pair of shoes, then $39.95 charges kept showing up on my bank statement. I called to have them refund my money, but they said once the amount is charged it becomes a store credit and is not refundable to your bank account. I had no clue I was signing up to a monthly club. Also in the FAQ section it doesn't say that they can't refund "store credits", that is buried in the fine print. Now have had to call bank to dispute the charges.
The merchandise is CRAP.
Compared to other shoe club sites justfab doesn't offer enough interesting or fashionable shows to rival other clubs or to maintain a healthy membership quota. I've been a member and haven't made a single purchase thus far and it's been three months of reviewing their selections and requesting alternates. The other products offered such as apparel and accessories also seem subpar.
I like the idea of this site, but I've been very unsatisfied with the few purchases I've made and now have multiple credits (can't get a refund) and no way to use them. Most months I don't see any options I want to purchase and if you don't "skip the month" within the first 5 days of the month, you're charged automatically. I was traveling out of the country without wireless and didn't skip the month and found yet another credit on my account. This is incredibly frustrating. Another month I did chose the "skip this month" option, but was still charged. This is not acceptable.
I can't cancel the account without losing my credits and find it incredibly annoying that I can't get a refund for items I purchase and don't like. The shoes have been incredibly uncomfortable the one bag I bought started falling apart on the straps just two months after purchasing.
I would absolutely not recommend this site to anyone.
I recently purchased aonline gift certificiate for a friend at www.justfab.com. I gave my credit card # for the amount, and when My friend tried to make a purchase with the certificiate, She was told that She would have to provide payment (She would later be reimbursed) and She would be responsible for purchasing a new pair every month. There was absolutly no disclaimer stating any of this upon purchesing a gift certificiate. Why, after having My credit card info, did they insist upon Her providing Her credit card info (or cash)? Please follow up with this company...
Very tricky! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD! It's one of those companies you HAVE to read the small print and KEEP THE DATES/ NAMES of who you spoke to when you call in with problems or to cancel. I ordered a purse that showed up having the quality of material looking shabby (not at all like the photo). I paid out of pocket because the company didn't honor the return policy. I called into cancel and gave them a 2nd chance on quality control only to be let down again.
This company caters to women who don't have time to shop. I am very busy and didn't notice till 4 months later I was being billed 39.95 a month. I tried calling the *******906 cust. Service line only to find out it's barely answered. If you are diligent like me and continue to follow up and wait you need to have names and dates of each time to get even part of your $ back.
Best I can recommend is DON'T GET INVOLVED. I wish someone had posted this before I ended up paying 4 months of a membership I never intended to get.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
