You have to call to cancel your membership! This costs as well!
The adviser who dealt with me was pleasant enough, but intended on reading out their policy over and over again.
She also kept and saying that "We are really sorry that you have decided to cancel your membership, but..." that BUT was always followed by saying something to try and get you to remain a member, she even said that is she was myself then she would stay with JustFab!
Had to explain 3 + times that i just wanted to cancel the membership, full stop, right now, today! I was becoming extremely frustrated.
She then tried to fob me off by saying, "you do realise that if you cancel, you will have to pay full price for our products"
YES I KNOW BUT I WONT BE BUYING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF CANCELLING!
All in all it took me 10 mins 10 seconds to CANCEL my account, dread to think how much that has cost me!
Overall do not buy from this company! Cancel A. S.A. P and don't take the rubbish that the operators obviously are reading out to you!
But also check your bank account to make sure they are not being sneaky and still taking money from you - as ive read in other reviews!
My wife signed up for a good deal and used my card for purchase. Then I look later to see the 39.95 charge? WTF. I called and told the rep I was the husband and wanted money back and then cancel the account with JustFab asap. She started explaining the policy. I interrupted her furiously saying I don't give a Sh$% about your policy. I didn't call to hear your policy. Give me my money back and cancel the account. She was quiet for a moment and then refunded my money. So ladies, have your man call for the refund. They said I'll get my money back 3-5 business days and cannot cancel account until I get refunded? And then I can cancel the account. Now it shows I did get my money back. But I still have to call back and wait more than 30 minutes to cancel the account before they charge again. I Thanked the rep for the refund but they still should be shut down and they will still get 1 star for sneaking in money like this. Very absurd!
Stay away from this site! I was unknowingly charged $39.95 for a membership that I was not aware of. When I called to inquire about the charge I was told that I could not be refunded and when asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on by the representative. After calling back, I finally spoke with a manager name Lakeisha, and she told me that the only way she'd refund my money is if I kept the membership which means that I still would get charged every month. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and know that when a deal seems too good to be true then it normally is! BUYER BEWARE!

HOWEVER today on the 13th September I noticed £35 leave my bank. I immediately rang them assuming it was a mistake.
The customer service man explained I had signed up to the VIP account where if I don't let them know before the 5th of the month they automatically take out £35!
WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO TELL THEM NOT TO TAKE OUR MONEY EACH MONTH!?
They are a money grabbing company who assume people will forget to skip the month so they get an extra £35 for free!

There's a class action lawsuit against this company for good reason. Hidden among the deals is a serious detail: You are automatically signed up for a membership in which you are automatically charged $40 a month for a shoe credit unless, every month, you opt-out. You can only cancel this membership by calling a customer service number where you will be on hold for an indeterminate amount of time and, when you finally speak to a representative, you will be bombarded with "deals" trying to keep you in the program. Even after that, the reps are apparently "slow" at actually cancelling your membership for you and an aural confirmation doesn't necessarily mean your membership has been cancelled right away.
Just stay away, it's not worth it.
I love just fab. I ordered a pair of knee high boots for only 20! The quality was good, not real leather of course. I wouldn't expect it for the price. There was a promotion going on which is why i paid half of what they originally were priced at. I have ordered other times since. I would highly recommend this site!

The things you require your employees to say over the phone when we're trying to cancel the account is ridiculous. I didn't call to hear your employee trying to convince me, basically begging me to not cancel for 10 minutes. I can't believe I ever gave this website my information. Justfab.com is a SCAM! Everything will seem fine AT FIRST-- until you try to cancel your membership with them. I had to scream at the lady on the phone because she REFUSED to cancel my account. Then they will lie and say it's canceled, but all of your info is still stored in their site and they wont remove it even if you ask. If you try to Live chat with someone they will just DISCONNECT on you. RUDE. I had to call my bank and have my card blocked and sent out a new one just in case these *** try something SKETCHY!
I signed up to buy a pair of shoes because I saw the advertised discounts. Lucky for me, I paid attention to the VIP Membership notice, so as soon as I got my stuff and noticed the "39.95 monthly charge" mentioned, I looked to cancel my account IMMEDIATELY!
They must REALLY want to scam me out of as much money as possible because cancelling my membership was much more difficult than it should have been. First, I had to call them. It's not a "click a button and you're free" option, like Facebook. No, you have to call them. So I did. The person I got (David) seemed nice enough, but when I told him I wanted to cancel, he began telling me about all the discounts and perks I can get as a VIP member. He told me to just give them a try for about another month or so since I'm a new member -- I told him no, I just want to cancel my account. We went on another roundabout conversation where he explained to me about the membership again and asked me to stay. Getting impatient but still trying to stay polite, I told him again I just wanted to cancel my account right away. He told me he would do so.
After that, I decided to look up some reviews about JustFab to see what they're all about, and I guess I did myself a huge favor by taking action as soon as I did because I saw a lot of people getting scammed by them!
I read a review saying the person was still able to log into their account after their membership was supposedly "cancelled," so I tried logging into mine, as well. Still there. I gave it an hour or so - maybe it needs to be processed? Nope. Still there. So I called back to make sure they really cancelled my account. I got Lucas, and he informed me that my membership was, indeed, terminated. Okay, thank you! Still wondering why my account is there. Also, the fact that I didn't receive any "cancellation confirmation" email from them or anything makes feel even less inclined to trust them (I even checked my junk mail; nothing!). So I called a THIRD time just to make sure (because after reading all the bad reviews about their shady business, I felt really unsafe), and I got Christine, and she explained to me that I will always be able to log into my account even if my membership is cancelled, but to make sure it is, I can try adding an item to my shopping bag; if I don't have that option, that means my membership is terminated and I will no longer be charged and don't need to "Skip a Month."
So after hanging up with her, I double checked everything, just to make sure. It seems that I'm safe from them. But just to be absolutely positive, I am going to my bank tomorrow to see if I can block them from charging my account. After reading shady reviews about JustFab one after another, it feels like if you don't treat it like the plague and take every precaution imaginable, you will get the short end of the stick.
I've gotten several things from JustFab over several months. It's an okay site. I'm planning on cancelling because I simply don't need a new pair of shoes every month. The quality on each item varies, but it's generally not too bad, and I get compliments on all of the items. We'll see what happens when I try to cancel (after I finally get rid of all these credits I have built up. My first pair of shoes was the wrong order, and the last purse I got smelled bad and had cheap clasps, but otherwise the stuff is pretty durable.
They should be legally warned as the whole website is managed by incompetent people.
I have unsubscribed from their newsletter at least 5 or 6 times, and I have even written directly to the website. But I still receive their emails and newsletters from Justfab.
Now, I have marked all the emails as spam, so they go directly in my spam folder, but I receive 3 or 4 a week, and this is getting ridiculous!
After signing up to there introductory offer, I was shocked to see £35 disappear out of my account this month. My original bag purchased broke after using it 3 times. I email JustFab to complain and was expecting a reponse within 24-48hrs... Still no reply 5 days later. I have just come off the phone to complain about the £35 taken from account and to clarify that I wanted nothing more to do with this company, and was told that I wouldnt get a refund and by cancelling i would lose my £35!...
I then enquired about my email response and was told that they had over 500 emails to reply to and thats why my response was delayed!...
They are quick to take your money, give you low quality products and have rubbish customer service.

I had a horrible experience with JustFab! First off, the whole VIP membership thing is a total scam! They don't tell you the whole truth about it and i found out the truth when I saw that JustFab had taken $39.95 out of my bank account. This made me VERY upset considering in my eyes that is a lot of money that can be used for other things like saving up for a car. Also, the customer service was the worst I have ever seen with a site like this. I called several times and I spoke to a handful of people who just wouldn't give me the right information that I need and some of the people I talked to even refused to refund my money and basically told me to suck it up and I should just buy something so the money gets used. I even talked to someone online about my issue and they were extremely rude! So, next time I called I asked repeatedly to talk to the supervisor and once i finally got to the supervisor she was extremely rude to me as well! I finally demanded that they refund my money to me and they did but it will take several days. I immediately shut down my account with JustFab for that awful experience. Never go to this site it is horrible!
This website is a SCHEME! I ordered a purse got it... it was cute but not worth the 39.95$. I had skipped the following month on the 3rd well on the 7th I was charged 39.95$. I called customer service & talked to 3 different ladies they ALL said I was not charged, but my bank said it was JUSTFAB.COM who charged my bank account for 39.95$ on Aug. 7th 2013. So they took my money and gave me NO credit towards the website nor gave me my money back even tho i SKIPPED the month on the 3rd and they CLAIM I was never charged. Im reporting them and telling everyone I know about this.
Awful and deceptive business plan. Got my daughter suckered into "keeping" the VIP plan when she clearly called in June to cancel the plan. They socked us again this month with $40 membership fee, I called and both the manager and representative insisted that we wanted to keep the plan in June. They refused the refund. I will be quite glad to see this business go under. Don't believe me just go their site and look at the pop up -- See where they even mention about the monthly plan!

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
