Not the quality that I expected

One pair of boots has an extremely slippery sole and are very stiff fitting. The other pair is tight around the upper ankle are and are also stiff. The left zipper is not the best either.

Love the prices and selections!

My JustFab membership is fantastic! I love the discounts and the selections of items is wonderful. I wish the return policy were not so costly. I have purchased products in the past that do not fit, but cost too much to return. I'm still holding on to a pair of boots from last year that I could not get my ankle into, and this year I have two more pair with the same issue. The price for these boots was phenomenal, so I am not complaining. I just wish I could gift them, or return them. They are beautiful boots!

I ordered dozens and dozens of footwear through JustFab, had an issue at the beginning, and issue was solved, shipping always been fairly quick. I received my last order within the deadline. Which I am happy, one of the boot in the back, look like it has be worn, in the back of the foot looks a bit worn( as if the back was kicked against something)

Customer serivce terrible

Each and every time the oversees personnel cannot help or think outside the box, nor human to human.
Every experience is as if they read and /or follow templates that do not necessarily apply to individual situations. I have had to fight for my needs. Asking for a 'supervisor' is ALWAYS necessary as the agents are absolutely not qualified to deal with people - only 'scripts'. Supervisors are similar and provide only a 50% improvement. Just fab, over the year has issued mistakes and simply apologizes with no fixing, even ehen they screw up. When i need the fix, they cant bec 'the system' wont let them - when they screw up. Infact that is one example of several. The perosnnel are robotic, cannot deal with humans and need to get away from their scripts. Confidence is low at this point. After using a credit that was a whole problem in its own right, i will be removing myself form the membership,
