Was ready to place a order then I had to read the agreement it was worse than buying a car. Way to much info. So after reading the reviews which most are good. I still don't like the fact they will charge my credit card by the 5th of every month if I order or not. I'm not going to remember to order. I just wanted to buy a few things for my girls for Christmas. But I will buy from a Department store. I had gone back and removed all my info and did not place a order. So im writing this review for a copy.

I was a long time member with no issues until last week. I noticed they had a Sale on their boots and i decided to make a purchase. The total at time of check out was $56 and some change well the next day I noticed they billed me $182.30. I called the Co. Right away and asked them to stop the payment and refund me the money. I knew that the shipment had not been delivered at the time I called. The Co refused to stop the shipment and they did not want to give me the money back. My choice now is to return the merchandise and pay $23.80 for a restocking fee and maybe then the money will be returned to me. Really?!
I just bought my first pair of boots from JustFab and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort. I was skeptical of buying from them but then a coworker showed me the quality of the boots she bought and I thought I would give it a try. YES, if you sign up for the VIP membership it becomes YOUR responsibility to either SKIP THE MONTH or cancel your membership so that you don't get charged. Don't get angry with a company's policy simply because you failed to read the fine print. Is it a bit of a pain? Yeah, sure. But totally worth it in my book to get 75% off your first purchase. I just set a calendar reminder for the first of every month so I don't forget to skip a month. You can always cancel your membership if you don't want to deal with the hassle. I can't speak to JustFab's customer service because I haven't dealt with them as of yet, but in terms of their boots, I'm LOVING what I purchased.
Just Fab is fraud website... as they charge 39 USD at the beginning of each month without telling you and then it shows $39.00 discount for the item you buy... Very bad stuff... DO not buy from this website. I called customer service and spoke to supervisor and he just hung up on me, as he didn't had any answer... Very bad customer service.
I ordered two pairs of jeans, two purses, and preordered the Bella Trix booties. All items came as described and had no issue with the shipping as I received the items with in two days on both occasions. The issue for me came with the VIP Membership charge. I was fully aware that I would be charged the $39.95 per month. I made the decision to call and cancel my membership after I received my items, because I had no interest in paying $40. I called and they persuaded me to "give them a chance" and disclosed to me that I would always have the opportunity to skip a month if I wasn't interested in paying he $40.00 for that month. Shortly after ending the phone call, I made sure to skip the month. However, two weeks after my purchase (on the 5th) I was charged $39.95. This angered me beyond belief because I knew for a fact that I skipped a month and this put me into the negative with my Bank! I called JustFab to ask for a refund, because I was sure I had skipped the month. They claimed that I did not "successfully" skip the month and no refund could be issued because it is store credit. How does that make sense? At first, I was just going to use the $39.95 because it was "too late" as they said, so I decided to purchase a bag. I canceled this order right after, canceled my account and the $39.95 credit was removed from my JustFab account (but I never received a refund from them). I called my bank and opened a dispute. The investigation from my bank took two month's but they came to the conclusion that JustFab was in the wrong. This was extremely disappointing because I actually like the items on the site, just not how they conduct business.
I work for an online shoe retailer similar to yours and i understand business but i am very frustrated and disappointed with the ethics of your company. I know that this email will most likely be sent to a customer service representative and it will probably be deleted and not even bothered to be read.
I ordered two pairs of shoes at the end of september and was satisfied with the products and would have shopped again with your company. I noticed today a charge of about $55 on my credit THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I called and was prompted by a ridiculous automated service which i do not appreciate. After i was connected to customer service i advised the customer service person of the unknown charge and he advised me the charge was for the VIP membership. I told him i did not authorize this charge and was very distraught. I had no idea i was signing up for fraudulent activity and bad business. Perhaps it was in the fine print but had i known that i was being charged FIFTY FIVE dollars a month for a service that is free on any other shoe retailer website, i would not have signed up. This information on my VIP membership was NOT available to me and was unclear if it was. To shop you MUST be signed up for this membership and the "skip this month" option was not made available to be whatsoever. I did not know i was involved in a paid membership or any of the details about your websites offerings until i was talking to customer service today.
The person i talked to was prompt and advised me exactly what i needed to know and i understand customer service is trained to say what they do. However i feel bad for anyone that works for your company because they are fooling customers into a ridiculous "membership" and this is terrible business. I will be telling everyone i know about your scam and will not wish to ever shop with your company again. Im sure you will be tricking more and more people every day but hopefully these people realize your company is absolutely untrustworthy. I will be filing a formal complaint to the better business bureau.
I now have seen many reviews, videos, posts and comments about your website with situations similar to mine and people having issues canceling their account! Trying to sway customers into keeping their account is absolute $#*!! If someone wants to cancel, your customer service representatives should CANCEL the account, not offer them bogus points systems and other nonsense. I will be sending this email to your company as well as posting it to all of your social media sites and notifying everyone i know about your terrible company.
When you ACCEPT the VIP Membership, you all need to actually READ what it says! If you would hve done that you would know that you have to skip the month or pay the 39.95 a month! The blame is on yourselves for not reading the document they enclosed!

Obviously this site is questionable. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
But all of you calling it a scam have obviously not read the fine print, which is foolish.
This is why you read the terms of service before you just accept it.
It clearly and repeatedly states SEVERAL time about the monthly charge that happens after your first purchase and that you need to either call to cancel or skip months. Very clearly stated. If your credit card is getting charged and you didn't know, it's not their fault. You agreed to the terms of service... that you did not read. They don't have to refund you just because you're too dumb to read what you are legally accepting.
That being said, of course it's not a great site. Unless you are buying a ton of crap every month, it's a rip off.
But a rip off and a scam are not the same.
Read the freaking terms of service.
Something along along the same lines happened to me but when I called customer service they actually agreed to give me a refund. They told me it would take up to 5-7 business days but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 2 weeks. Then I called again and the computer operator told me it was my banks fault but I insisted on speaking to an actual person. I finally got to speak with someone and they told me that my refund was never processed. If this happens to you, be sure to ask for refund processing number so you don't have to wait an additional "5-7" business days.
I purchased three pairs of booties for their $10 boot sale almost two months ago. I received my shipment and was overall pleased with the shoes. However, the problem started when I checked my bank account and saw that they not only charged me the $10 plus tax for the three pairs of shoes, but charged me a second time for full price of $39.45! I contacted my local bank on the matter and they informed me that I was cheated during the transaction. I am currently in a battle to get back my $120. I will not be shopping at Just Fab again..
I ordered the Teigarhorn boots! The quality is outstanding. The price was right too! This is my first time buying from this site. They are lovely and warm. Full of fur. They are funky looking but I really like that. I certainly will buy from this site again. The delivery was fast, 3 business days. Thank you so much Justfab. Keep up the good quality!
Absolute joke, was tricked into this "VIP membership" scheme, claiming I was sent emails when I wasn't, anyway called to cancel after they took £44 from y account and they said they couldn't refund me, nonsense of course they could, so for an easy life I ordered an outfit and cancelled my account, then got an email saying my order was cancelled cos of high demand and I would not be charged. They took the money out of my account regardless and now I have cancelled my account so can't get back on to do anything about it! Will never order anything from this company again, it was fabletics I had the problem with FYI but same company
I agree with all the others, It is a trap I would not order from this company. I ordered a pair of boots that I thought as a first time customer I would get at 17$ but received the boots, started wearing them and then noticed my credit card was charged 55$. I called them was not refunded, this lady just kept babbling on and on, totally losing me every time (which I believe is the intend). And I guess I was also signed up for VIP which I did not do, and I would have to order every month from them, or go into my account to skip a month they said. That's BS, I've cancelled my membership, will never order again, not happy at all with this company or their service. I'm warning you never order from them, you'll be sorry.
This website is a literal trap to steal $40 bucks from people. There is this "fine print" that apparently says thatr if you purchase from them, they have the right to charge you again at the beginning of the month. When I called to attempt to cancel and be reimbursed they refused it and said "it clearly states the terms no our website, and you agreed to them." Yes, apparently I did, but what terrible customer service to downright almost STEAL from a person and tell then that you need to purchase from them because they will not reimburse you for the money they took from your account. It's a scam, and I will tell everyone not to use them unless they want to just give them $40 out of your pocket for sub par quality shoes. My whole experience was just awful!
Be careful bc there agreement in which you must agree to accept terms and conditions of before you order has very FINE print. I ordered my daughter some boots which bc were delivered and fit just fine, however a mnth later I find a $39.95 charge on my debit card which I didn't authorize or so I didn't think I did. Well apparently as others have mentioned if u don't go on there website EVERY month and skip that month after the 5th of that month your card will be charged with no refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
If the website is taking you're money just skip the months. Or cancel your card. That's what I'll prob do if for whatever reason they don't answer the phone. But I just ordered 7 pairs of shoes from them. It's really only worth it to get the sign up deals. Then cancel the account. I wouldn't pay them $40 for. L a pair of shoes when I just bout them for 75% off the first time. Just cancel your acct after your order arrives and skip the month if it's not to you before the 5th. Then call and cancel your acct. The next time you want to order a lot of shoes at once like I did, create a new account and do the same process. That way they aren't scamming you. I did the same with shoedazzle.
I seem 2 be addicted 2 just fab. They have a excellent product and shipping is so fast. I always get my package like a day or two early than my expected delivery date. I'm very happy with what I ordered and would definitely recommend this site to family members and friends!
Literally a trap, you buy this infernal site and have to pay monthly using or not the credit. This month I was charged 39.95 and 40.00, and was researching the goods, immediately they have cashed in my account. Dishonest company. NOT COMPREMMMMM!
Just fab is a nice cheap website but dont let them fool you i bout $9.99 boots and i they say i was going to have to pay $39.95 a month and soon as it hits my door im sending them right back i can buy boots in store and take it home for that price. Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
