I've been with this company for over 2 years, each month I skip a month because I just don't feel like spending $40 ON SOMETHING THAT MIGHT NOT BE WORTH IT. All the purses I've purchased are nice, but the quality is so bad they a have started to rip from the inside. I also ordered boots (and keep in mind I only order because I forget to skip the month so my account gets charged) well the boots hurt like hell horrible I've never been in so much pain in any other shoes. The last bad experience I had was that I returned some boots that were too big for me and they only refunded the 3.40 to my bank account which was the shipping, so when I called the man told me it was refunded as a credit to the just fab account so I have one point available, so when I said okay so I guess I'll just choose something else, he said oh wait you already used that point "wtf!" piss me off so badly, I mean $40 is a lot for me to be giving to this dumb company. I am cancelling for sure.
Most horrible site i have ever enter. The goods don't have the same quality as the price they set. The 'flat' shoes with poor quality made my foot hurt like hell for the next 3 days after 15 minutes walking. The customer care never answered the phone. I have sent the letter to quit my account on their stupid website for 2 weeks and seemed that i will never get the result. And once your money is already sent to them, there is almost impossible to get it back. Don't have any word to say about Justfab. I think i need some help from the police to find out the way to contact them.
I ordered boots from this website specifically for vacation. I ordered size 6 but received one boot in a 7.5 and the other boot in a size 8. I would have had a little more sympathy if they were at least the same size but they were two different sizes! Obviously no one checks what they are sending out. I then called customer service to see if either they could rush deliver me the correct pair or at least return my money. They were not helpful at all and I could barely understand the customer service representative. They told me I could return the shoes, but would charge me a "restocking fee". I was extremely frustrated and annoyed as they made the mistake but were going to charge me a fee to return them. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
I ordered my girlfriend 6 pairs of boots as a present, she got to pick them all out and was ecstatic to recieve them. When we finally got the box, we had been shipped the wrong package. Normally that's not a huge issue, as accidents can happen, however because the wrong shipment label was placed on the wrong box, our original shipment was no where to be found. After about half an hour on the phone, the customer care rep said we could replace the order, but 4 of the 6 boots she originally wanted were sold out online. We finally were able to recieve a refund for our purchase, though we do have to re-ship the mistake order, but then we had to cancel our membership as well. Overall it was a very poor first (and last) purchase from this company.
I was absolutely furious with my encounter with JustFab. I have only (was) a member for less than a month and have had nothing but issues. I had ordered two pairs of shoes initially and there was a delivery issue. For some odd reason the post office was unable to find the addresses provided, which made zero sense being that, I have had several packages sent to the address provided. A month passed (no exaggeration) with not a single email, call, or credit applied to my account. As I'm highly busy individual I wasn't able to call sooner. When I called, each representative had zero concern/empathy towards me. I asked to cancel service and was hung up on, given the run around etc.(Mind you, not once was I irritate! Finally they cancelled and decided to refund me. Before leaving, I asked to have my address changed, so that I could receive a wishlist order. Yet again, they did not deliver (my address change nor package). When I called for the third delivery, the rep. Said he would resend the shoes on rush, but needed to update my address. Sure enough he me a promise he couldn't keep, because the shoes weren't available. I'm washing my hands of JustFab and I certainly wouldn't suggest them to ANYONE! Best of luck shoppers and management consider retraining your employees.
I was very excited to pick out two cute boots for only 30 dollars! I was planning on wearing them out tomorrow out of town. I was suppose to receive them a week ago. So I called for the second time about them, and they informed me they were shipped back to the warehouse because I wrote "29th ter" instead of "29 ter" seiously?! First of all. They didn't even email or call me about this situation so I could fix it and have sent again. So now I don't have them for tomorrow. And on top of that. Before requesting to send them back to the "correct address", one of MY boots I ordered were sold out and I had to pick another one?!? I'm extremely upset. They didn't do anything extra for me after all of this, so I just refunded my order and will never shop here again.
All of the people who are writing these bad reviews about justfab are obviously the ones who DIDNT READ the rules. Thats how the website works. I just signed up and yes, they do tell you about the 39 dollar credit every month and they DO tell you that you can just decide to skip the month. Its not a bad website its just different and most people don't pay attention when buying stuff online apparently.
Anyway, its a good site for good deals.
I love just fab all these people complaining. If you un intellectuals will take the time to read rules and regulations you would have all the information before you proceed. I love all my collection of boots from JustFab
So I was browsing through facebook and I saw an ad for fall boots from justfab. It said for first time customers you can pick any pair of boots for $9.99 so I looked through the selection and picked the ones I wanted and paid for them. The total came out to be $14.96. Well come to find out, in order to get that 9.99 deal you have to be a VIP member but nowhere did it ask me if I wanted to be a VIP member or the regulations of being one. So, with me now being a VIP member, it automatically takes $40 out of my account every single month. I called and canceled and the lady was pushy and I had to speak with two different ladies before I could cancel because they would do everything they could to scam me some more. Just save yourself the hassle.
I didn't have any problems besides my boots getting in a day late. They looked exactly like the picture and I could cancel my account after so I had no monthly charges. Everything went smoothly
I actually love all the shoes I have from Justfab, but the prices used to be cheaper and the deals better... and I always have a skip the month alarm so I remember but that part pisses me off. They would have more customers if they got rid of that because people feel it is a scam. Over all the choices of shoes are good, and delivery is fast... they are always out of my size though which I find frustrating. Its cheaper to order certain things like knee high boots from Justfab then getting them from Aldo or whatever. Personally I love Justfab, but I hate that they force you to pay if you forget to skip the month, but they sometimes will reverse it. I dislike the customer service, they do not get back to you ever.
They make you pay £35 a month without your concent and then you ring them to get your money back and your phone bill is through the roof! The WORST $#*!ing website ever. Absolute bollox. Kate Hudson needs a slap and to stop ripping us normal folk off!
I ordered some wedges from them. They looked cute on the outside, but as I walked in them, I lost my footing on a bumpy road and fell. When I got up, I seen that all the straps on the top of my foot broke off, exposing staples under the fake wood. I'm never ordering from them again.
Doesn't explain the whol eVIP thing properly. Took an extra £35 out of my account and said I can spend it online. When I said I didn't want to spend it they said I either spend it or they keep it as they will not refund it... guess what... they kept my money! FUMING!
I just got off the phone with their customer service department because after almost two years of zero activity on my account they charged my bank the $39.95. Due to this charge my account over drafted and I got three $26.00 fees because of them. I called the service department and they wouldn't admit to the false charges and said I had never canceled my account even though there had never been a charge in that almost two years. They would refund my charge but when asked about compensation for the $79 they caused in fees they basically said not my problem. And that they were happy with how they had served me. The shoes are uncomfortable and cheap. Don't bother with this.
I have been using JustFab for years and have been really happy with my purchases. I have grown my shoe collection on a budget:-) A lot of people complain about the subscription part, but you can skip the month so you won't be charged. Also, it says when you make your first purchase how it works and you have to agree to finish your order with the discount pricing. Also, the charges are for credits to get items. Love their customer service, airways have a great experience with their webchat. Free exchanges, no questions asked.
This company are thieving robbers who take £35 out of your account without permission!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes off of this site and thought they would be good quality but I was wrong! I sent the shoes back and realised that they have been charging me £35 a month for nothing!
I rang them to cancel the account and get a refund which they did. Just noticed this month another £35 has come out? A have rang them again and they say I'm not entitled to a refund? Will be going to the fscs to get advise for fraud

So don't be surprised when your $10 below average product shows up and within a month you now own a $50 below average product.
But don't worry if you give them more money you can have a second below average product! Yes that's right you have to spend more than your 39.95 credit to get it applied to your second purchase.

If you find this page after their 5 day cancellation window be prepared to continue this "awesome shopping experience". If you find this page before your five day allowance set 100 reminders to return and cancel (they want you to forget because your stupid and they want you trapped) once you have completed this you have won the game; congratulations.

Wrong again! After trying to explain and rationalize to a computer you might manage to get transfered to an "English as a second language" correspondent. They will repeat the small print to you multiple times and then tell you its your fault for ever being stupid"
Also by this point the product you received originally has fallen apart.
These people are crooks and their products are sub par. They purposely confuse and trick you into a string of charges by hiding information and trapping you.

I just called them ask for my money back three months each mouth 39.95 for some VIP thing, the lady was nice but I can only get two months back! Just dont want to deal with them anymore and asked her to delete my account there, no more purchase no more worries! Thats it! Everyone just pay attention to their VIP credit thing! Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
