Order but no tracking #?

I bought some boots a couple days ago and got a email of my customer # but no tracking number. It hasn't even been shipped yet i believe. I would attempt to cancel my account already but after reading reviews, it may be useless as the customer service sucks $#*!. More people should report the site ya know!? The BBB would take them down

Neglected refund

I bought 3 items since July, boots, purse, and flats. I was dissatisfied with the items, they were already damaged and poor quality. I asked a refund for all items since July. I was only refunded the tax. I've talked to 5 representatives and Tony the supervisor, they all confirmed that I would be refunded the full amount within a week. Its been since from July to October that I've been confirmed for a refund and nothing. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. It's not a good idea to purchase from a online website when they have bad service with returns!

Well... okay.

So I went to order a pair of boots, lured by the 75% off discount. I knew that I was getting a kind of 'club' membership by doing so, and I was aware that someone would be taking money out of my account each month if I didn't order something and forgot to tell them so. I figured I would order my item and then cancel my account. When I called the company later that day, they said that my order hadn't gone out, yet, and that the discount was only for members of the club. Honestly, this is fair enough, so I didn't sweat it much, though I was disappointed.

I didn't like how they asked multiple times what they could have done differently and if there wasn't anything they could do to induce me to stay. I felt like someone more socially unsure could easily be pressed into agreeing to spend more money, but I guess that's business. I'm not sure what people are talking about regarding being kept waiting on the phone; the entire conversation took five minutes and I waited maybe 30 seconds for a human to pick up.

On the whole, I feel like I was treated fairly, and that if you have enough disposable income to want to purchase from them every month it's probably a decent deal. If, however, you wanted to 'try them out' and expect to actually be able to then cancel your membership, you're going to have to remind yourself (maybe when you get the package?). They are not doing anything illegal or immoral, but they're clearly counting on you forgetting that you have the service and getting charged in perpetuity. But again, that's the nature of the service. You have to be aware of what you're taking on.

Sure you can get 2 pairs of boots for 40 dollars, BUT you must sign up and buy shoes every month or your credit card gets charge $40.00! NOT a good place to shop! False advertisement!

JustFab is an absolute joke! They suckered me in with the $9.99 ankle boots that by the way look like the cheapest pieces of crap! I haven't worn them yet but wouldn't be surprised if they fell apart the first time I wear them! I called their customer service line to cancel the VIP membership that I had no idea was going to charge me &39.95 a month and their customer service is by far the absolute worst! They are rude and completely don't even listen to what you're asking. I wanted my debit card credited back and my membership canceled and they kept telling me they couldn't do it. Then she says that even though she's not allowed to do it, she'll credit my debit card back one of the credits I had on their site (which is two) but I have to agree to stay a member another month... NO! I told her I wanted both credits credited back to my account and asked to speak to a supervisor, after another 10-15 minutes of arguing with this rude insistent woman, she finally told me she'd go ahead and credit both credits back to my debit card for a total of $79.90. I'm still waiting to see it refunded in my account. Extremely displeased with every aspect of this so called company. Please reconsider before taking the bait of their ads with these so called "great deals".

This company gave on online deal of 70 % off a pair of boots. I ended up ordering the boots. The boots cost 15 pounds. When I got the boots it looked so cheap like what you will get in the market stall for 15 pounds so it was NEVER a discount. They then had the cheek to charge me 35 pounds to my account every month even if I never bought or ordered ANYTHING because they once gave me 70% discount. These people are CRIMINALS.

Absolute sh**!

I have a pair of wedges from this site that i got from another person, so of course i wasn't aware of any info about the site except for those commercials that make it seem amazing. Now don't get me wrong, i looove those wedges, i wear them all the time and i have no complaints. Because of this, i decided to go to the site and order a second pair of shoes myself, they have all these first time member offers and all that bs that makes it seems great. Then when you find a pair of shoes that they make look amazing on site and you decide to make a purchase they inform you that you have to become a vip member in order to purchase them. This means that you have to log onto the site between the 1-5 of every month and "skip the month" or they charge your credit card $39.95 a month for a "membership credit" AND the only way to cancel is to call. Now here is where my experience differs from most others. I see most people on this site complain about hour long phone calls to cancel because they try to convince you to stay, which they did with me but it only took about 6 minutes in total. It took a week for my shoes to arrive, which was fine. They said 7-10 days. But when they got here, the box was absolutely crushed. I thought "ok, this is fine as long as the shoes are okay." i open the box, and i was instantly disappointed beyond belief. The shoes look sooo cheaply made its terrible, there are white strings hanging off of them, when you stand up in them they look like they are falling off, the heel is way higher than advertised, they are extremely f***ing uncomfortable, it was just a complete waste of my time and money. (Note: i ordered tavia in black)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

JustFab pulled me in on their offer of 2 pairs of shoes for $39.95. This was a great deal, but I later decided that I couldn't afford $40 a month. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and NOBODY would listen to my request to cancel - they just kept trying to con me into staying. At the end of the call, the customer service rep was extremely rude and told me I never should've gotten a membership in the first place. I would recommend staying far away from JustFab. It's NOT worth it!

Great Products

I have purchased from JustFab monthly for about a year now. I have never had an issue with any of the shoes, pocketbooks, or clothes I have ordered. Yes, they do automatically charge your card at the beginning of every month, BUT they give you the option to skip any month when you need to. I have done this a few times due to a tight budget for the month. I have never had any problems with them AT ALL!

After several calls to cancel my account and membership, I finally called the credit card company to decline any transaction from Just Fab. I've been told for each month for 6 months that my account was cancelled and the charge shows up on my statement. BEWARE of Just Fab, horrible customer service. Each time you call you waste 30 minutes of your life that you can never get back, and my blood pressure goes up!

Most dis-organized; un-functional operations ever. Ordered my first pair of shoes from here but received the wrong colour (there was a choice of two) I processed the exchange thinking was just an innocent mistake, only to receive the same, wrong colour again. And again. And again. I phoned customer services to explain how appalling this was; the promised to make sure the correct pair was sent the next time, and offered me a 20% discount code for the trouble; yet when the package arrived, it was the wrong colour yet again. This happened three times, until the colour I wanted, had ordered and paid for ran out. SO unimpressed. So ridiculous; and such a simple thing to correct. Never buying from here again.

Shame on those people who signed up on this site and took advantage of the discount and when billed for a member credit will ask for a refund and will even claim the money was stolen! Do you know how to read?! Seriously? Read the terms and service before complaining, the money was not even stolen it was just converted into a member credit that you can still use to make a purchase, it is still yours. Duh! You even get mad asking for a refund instead of asking it nicely since you know it was your fault. That's a bull$#*! attitude! Pathetic. Learn how to accept mistakes, it does not hurt.

I bought a few tops, pants and a bag from them - I have been a VIP member for the past six months. I am happy with the quality - they ship quite fast (a few days), and it arrives in less than a week. I just wish they have more variety - my size is always sold out when I want to order (I am a popular size, 9 for shoes, and S for clothes, but still). The most annoying part is that you have to remember to cancel the style of the month at the beginning of each month, or they send it to you automatically. I forgot to cancel last month, but I noticed they charged my VISA on time for them to refund my money.

I love this site, and I love all the shoes I've got from it, every pair. I tried another shoe dazzle and it was awful, nothing compared to it. The only thing is, I wish VIP members would get some of the great offers that new members get.

I have received my boots and love them they fit amazing however there is a defect on one boot missing a strap for the buckle. I have emailed them twice in one week no response back. I would like to exchange for another one same size.

I am an Elite member of JUSTFAB for almost 3 consecutive years now.
Everybody complaints about a lengthy Terms and Conditions stating that nobody reads it to which in fact it has provided before placing an order a fine print to tell about how VIP Works in a very clear, straightforward and leighman's term manner that there MAY BE a charge or otherwise SKIP if you don't want to make a purchase. It is so sad to read a lot of bad reviews provided by people who does not even care how to read and know about it better and take note they have 24/7 CSR to help you fully understand how it works for those who have low IQ. It's predictable that there are situations that were least to what we expect but nevertheless can be resolved by means of being so cooperative. And oh btw, Justfab is not a membership it's a fashion subscription rather wherein the concept is same to take it or leave it or to buy or not and skip. Let me tell you what, I have been charged but that was not pocketed by Justfab and it was converted into a credit which can be used in your later purchase and if you don't want it for now then you can ask for a refund. Simple as that! No need to argue. CSR (Fashion Consultants as they call it) are superb and is very knowledgeable about the product, they're fantastic and easy to deal with, it's just about a matter of respect and cooperation. Sometimes we are becoming very arrogant unknowingly thought that CSRs have hearts too. Before we end, let me ask you? How can a business continue (Especially here in US) if they are SCAM and there are CELEBRITY NAMES attached to it? Did you ever hear celebrities who are ambassadors of this business complained? I bet none!. Anyway, Justfab was Superb and is truly amazing. I just couldn't thank them for giving us branded shoes at a very affordable price and has been endorsed by a celebrity. How about giving them a try? If it ain't work then leave and go. If you feel dissatisfied about the service? Let them know, they have ears who knows how to listen and might we think they'll try to give us something we never thought.

Justfab is Great, No. I mean AWESOME and FABULOUS! Thank you bigtime.

2 YEARS ago I ordered form just fab they were taking money out of my account for over 6 month's. My bank was only able to refund 2 month's of the fees. They still owe me $120, I call in ever month and am told something different by each sales representative I speak with. They don't usually let you speak to management, and say its 8 to 12 week process, but I never get my check. They have used every excuse in the book, I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my money back. It shouldn't take 2 years to get in contact with my bank, or figure out my address, which has not changed, and instead all I am left with is excuses and getting hung up on every time I call. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE, BAD QUALITY AND A BIG SCAM!
