They scam you with there VIP membership, you think you are just getting $39.95 for 2 pair of shoes, but in really small print at the very end it actually says JUSTFAB will charge you $39.95 every month! For nothing! No where else on the entire website says this, they push the VIP membership for those first cheap shoes and then in small fine print tell you you will be charged every month! I am not the only one who got scammed, I have now recently read hundreds of reviews even years ago that the same thing happened to them.
Never order from again. I became a vip member and they decied to take £35 a month from my account witch was ment to be 'free' but wasn't they told me i had member cridet of £35 witch was 'free' but infact it all came from my bank account! I got a bank statement and realised they had been taking £35 a month of me! Please be carefull and DONT become a member unless your willing to pay £35 a month for 'free' boots & clothes that your actually paying for.
They withdrew $120 from my bank account because i didn't shop at all for 3 months, i'm not an online shopper, didn't know where the charges came from and couldn't get a hold of a real person to find out, had to cancel my card and went to cancel my account which is how I found out they charge you a "membership fee". It is my fault but nothing I can do now expect warn others. Not saying it's a bad place to shop, just saying to be careful.

I ordered my items on 26/11 (12 days ago) and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I called last week after receiving an incorrect tracking number. The person I spoke to told me she will resend my tracking number straight away, I'm still waiting for that email. She assured me I would be receiving my order early this week. Seeing as I haven't received it yet I decided to call them again (as I'm unable to track the order myself). I was told by the customer services rep today that it appears that the items have been returned to the courier. This is quite frustrating as they never attempted to deliver the items(the delivery address is my work address), she then went on to say that they have to investigate as to where my order is and that could take up to 48hours. I feel that they should have offered to dispatch another order seeing as it's clear I did not receive my items yet & I should not be penalised for their courier's mistake. I feel like they were very quick to take and keep my money but do not update the customers accordingly regarding the delivery of the items. I've also not been offered a suitable solution/ compensation for their lack of communication and terrible couriers!
I bought a single pair of boots from this site(that don't even fit by the way) and since then I've had to remember to skip the month but this month I totally forgot About the dumb site and now I'm out $39.95 and my bank account is in the negatives and there's nothing I could do about it. That money was going to go to q Christmas present and now is just wasted money. I am so upset.

If you read the agreement you're signing up for it will tell you that they charge you $39.95 a month unless you go into your boutique and skip that month! Don't sign up for something unless you know what's going on...
It's does not work for me maybe for someone else, but it's definitely not my cup of tea. I have credits with them they charge $39.99 a month if not careful. I have not used my credits and I haven't found anything I like from their site. I hate it! I wish I could get the money I have as credits back so I can shop elsewhere but I'm cancelling my vip membership and my money went to waste at just fab the fist pair of shoes were okay I guess but no. Just fab is not for me. I really wish they could return my money to my bank account since I'm not using it on their site :/ . It feels like a f****** scam honestly. Don't recommend it. I wouldn't waste my money on this site plus the mall has really good sells if you look. Screw this piece of scum site Sorry not sorry.
All I ordered from JustFab was a pair of shoes a few months ago. Each month (without even purchasing anything) they charge me $39.99. Seriously? While technically it's not a scam, because of the "fine print", this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm a broke college kid as it is... I've been trying to call for the past half hour and it's still busy. Save your money and your time from this website.
DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE! They scam you and try to screw you out of your money! I will NEVER order from here again and I will never give my recommendation to anyone to order here. What a terrible company! They should be ashamed.
I deleted my account after I had a $40 charge on my credit card for 3 months in a row frome just fab they fail to tell u when u sign up and make an account that they charge u $40 for EVERY month u don't buy something I DON'T WANT TO BE FORCED to buy stuff EVERY SINGLE MONTH! Sometimes I've got $$ to spend and sometimes I DON'T!
They appear to have a very small inventory and once you order they delay the shipment and when you call you will be made promises from someone from another country that your order will be shipped "tomorrow". They only ship from 1-5 days of each month. They don't like to give refunds and try to credit your money instead. Cute stuff on line but they can't "deliver"
What a scam this website is. The products are horrible quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. I called to return them and they offered full refund. All seemed fine. I canceled the account and a month later I am billed $39.95 which I can use "as credit towards my membership for future purchase".
Why would they charge a membership fee for a closed account without permission from the CC holder? I have tried to get this resolved for 2 weeks now and they still have not provided a refund. This is a scam! I would not recommend this site to anyone.

They force to entoll in the vip subscription that forces you to pay 39$ every month for them for no reason, try to canc it and you will have to deal with $#*!ty customer service who would awfully cancel that subscription. Save yourself the headache, it is not worth the money
I placed an order on 9/19/15 and received damaged shoes, I'm still waiting on my replacement. I called them today to find out I only get back half of what I paid for, as if I canceled my order. Customer service were no help nor was the manager. For future reference plz got to a store and by your shoes because JustFab are a bunch of scam artist that want half your money for not having the shoes you order.
I tried both shoes and a purse from here. Ill fitting, low quality items with terrible obviously fake-looking leather. The two calls I made to customer service were long and there were definitely some communication issues despite the reasons for calling being very simple. Of course when you try to cancel your VIP membership, they give you the run around.
While this site is not a scam, they weren't following their own rules. It states that items can be exchanged for another item (they carry shoes, purses, clothing, etc) but when I called they tried to insist if I was returning shoes, I needed to exchange for shoes, when that wasn't what was stated in their own fine print.
Just because you can't figure something out, either because you didn't read everything or didn't put in the effort to find out from a rep, don't call things a scam. I've been with JustFab for a couple years now and would like to answer some questions for those people so quick to judge.
1. VIP or not, $39.95 WILL BE CHARGED MONTHLY unless you decide to skip a month.
2. If you want to skip a month, you have 5 days at the first of each month. Go to "Your Boutique" during the 1st and 5th of the month and there will be a button to "Skip a Month". Click on that button and you will not be charged for that month. You can skip as many months as you like... no limit. If you still are having trouble, call and talk to a representative and they will be happy to walk you thru it. REMEMBER: if you miss that 5 day skip period... IT'S ON YOU. Deal with it. Put it on your calendar if you need to.
I have been very pleased with the quality for such reasonable prices, If you don't like the site or it's system, that's fine, cancel... BUT DON'T LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT AND CALL SOMETHING A SCAM JUST BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
I love the shoes I order them for myself and as gifts! Perfect sizing! Although I had the VIP they charged me every month and I didn't know but they gave me all the money back in credits! Very pleased!
My daughter purchased something and then the charges started coming on the credit card - if you do not pay attention they charge each month and then the credit builds up - than you have to spend the money before you close the account or you loose all the money. I just closed the account and took the $39.99 hit just to be done with it. They try very hard to talk you out of closing the account. Just be aware of what you are signing up for - and keep a tab on your kids using your credit card.
I want to inform you that if you want to skip a month you have from the 1st to the 4th of each month to do it, then the 5th they charge you $39.95. I called today to ask why I can't skip a month and they informed me of this, also when you forget to skip a month, there is no number at the top that states you have $39.95 credit, it just states you have (_) credits. Causing people to not realize they have been charged and how it adds up so quickly. I have to order something to use the $79.00 or lose it, but then once an order is placed until you receive the item you can't cancel the subscription/membership or your order will be cancelled as well and you lose the money and the product... They sure do have their scam down to t "T"
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
