JustFab's reputation is mixed, reflecting a blend of positive experiences and notable concerns. Customers frequently commend the stylish and affordable product offerings, particularly the quality of shoes, with many expressing satisfaction with their purchases and the ease of the ordering process. However, significant issues arise regarding customer service, including delays in shipping, difficulties with returns, and inconsistent product sizing. Some customers report feeling frustrated with unresponsive support and unexpected charges. Overall, while JustFab attracts loyal fans for its fashion items, it faces challenges in maintaining consistent service quality and addressing customer complaints effectively.

It was the week before Christmas and they took £35 out of my account without asking me! VIP membership aka SCAM how on earth this can be legal to take money from someone's account is beyond me! I rang them to get it back and they refused! Stay well away from this scam!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIECE OF $#*! COMPANY. I order 3 times! And every single thing I got was already broken then tell me why I had to PAY TO $#*! THAT $#*! BACK. Trust me, they'll hang up on you too when you call customer service. Worst company ever man swear to god. $#*! you $#*!es
I have been a VIP member for a long time. I go in today to try to order somethings with my credit and pretty much can not because your credit only applies to items that are $39.95. Well, many if the items on the site are that price but, they have also given me a $10 off credit for my birthday, which I cannot remove. So, I will have to pay them extra money to buy something, when they already have my $40. I called and confirmed this, shared with them how I feel about it and after they tried to talk me out of it, I cancelled my account. Never again.
I ordered two pairs of boots from JustFab the first week of December. Now it is the last week of December and I still hadn't received my packages or even got any confirmation on shipping yet. So I proceeded to call customer service which was an automated system. It told me that my package was delivered on December 16th. No it was not. So I asked to speak to a live customer service rep. I had to repeat myself multiple times and listen to the machine repeat itself over and over before I finally got to speak to an actual person. Once I got transferred to someone, she finally told me that my address was "undeliverable" and that they sent my shoes back to the warehouse. (I've received a ton of packages at this address considering I ordered a lot of Christmas gifts online and had them sent to my house) but anyways whatever, I asked to send them somewhere else and she told me that the shoes I had chosen weren't even in stock anymore. So I asked for a refund. She gave it to me without question, so that part was good. But why didn't I get notified that my package couldn't be sent? They just left me hanging for a month wondering where my shoes were that I paid $50 dollars for. They kept my money, but sold my shoes to someone else and sold out of them. DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME AT ALL. They just wanted to keep my money without me getting what I paid for. I will never order from them again.
This is an awful company to deal with. I am appalled at the customer service I have been dealing with. The quality of the merchandise is not good to begin with. Dealing with the so called "customer service" has been the worst experience of my life with any retail. I am a VIP member and am treated with such rudeness and an unwillingness to help me. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend not even wasting your time. There are many other websites with better quality products and much better service for the same cost.
This is possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. The girls on the end of the email clearly have no clue about customer service, let alone how to actually write an email as I had to chase and chase for a response and when I got one, the responses were less than helpful and likeep something you would expect from a moody teenager. As soon as I realises they'd set up a standing order which I NEVER requested, they told me I couldn't cancel. The boots I ordered never turned up and I had to cancel my bank card to stop payments! Why someone would be driving round with a personalised 'ju5t fab' car in Billericay is beyond me! Just Fab is a shocking company!
I have been trying to cancel this membership, because i dont remember when i agreed with this and i can get no answer.
I want my money back
Im very furious and i really regret using this store
I been buying for justfab for 3 years and all the clothes and shoes are amazing, good quality for the price, true size, on time delivery, i Just love it. I recommend to everyone i know.
Scam! I got two bags cuz I thought I'm gettin an amazing deal, got em both with diff email (signed up twice) same credit card next thing I know I got charged for two membership on my credit card and I don't remember reading anything about that. Tried to claim a refund no use. Called customer service no use. Opened a dispute fr my payment but they refused as just fab had evidence that I signed up but I still don't recall reading about the charges. I ordered a new credit card to not get billed again!
I want my money back!
I signed up and the second month I forgot to skip the month so they charged me $40 and gave me a credit which is fine because I knew that was part of the deal. I still haven't used my credit. I was trying to use my credit recently and discovered that you can't use it with any sale they have. So I could get 3 pairs of pants for $45 if I pay them now or I can get 1 pair of pants for $39.99 if use my credit. You already have my money! I understand trying to boost sales but this does not make for long term customers. I will be getting my one pair of pants for 39.99 and cancelling my subscription.
Ordered a pair of boots from them then called and cancelled my membership, they still charged me the monthly fee even though I skipped the month, called and demanded a refund and they hung up on me TWICE! Do not ever order from them
I felt scammed! I had no clue that they would take £35 per month out of my account - apparently it's in the small print, which is so small I never saw it. It should have been made more obvious! The whole process is confusing. You can't see immediately what payment method you have set up, the 'skip the month' process is confusing as it's only available for certain days a month and not all the time! Both me and my daughter had an account, but she used my card, so I got charged £70. I called today and spent about 40 mins on the phone trying to cancel the account and get a refund. At first they refused to give me a refund, but I was adamant and eventually they agreed. But not before they tried to persuade me over and over again to stay with him and use my 'credit'. I've received an email saying my membership has been cancelled... I've yet to see if they refund the money!
So far I have good experience with them. The only but about it is the monthly skip you have to remember to do if you don't purchase. I also ordered an iteam which they delivered but was stolen at my my pouch. I spoke to costumer service and they reship an other one for me with no cost.
After trying to contact justfab for three days to cancel my account, I finally got someone on the line today, this further let's me know that they are falsely advertising 24 hour assistance an close their lines down after hours an on the weekend... so I asked the representative to cancel my account she stated she would cancel the VIP but the credit would remain on my account for future purchases... what! I told her I wanted a full account closer withe no longer access to the site an the credit reversed back to my credit card... She stated she could not credit... now I'm mad an requested a supervisor... then she relented an issued a refund to my card and the complete closure of my account... that site is crap... I told them I could not wear the clothes or shoes because they didn't fit a curvier body type... the reason I stopped buying almost eleven months ago... beware of this site... only do a one time purchase an don't opt into the VIP.
I am currently in the process of trying to cancel my account despite having not even received my first (and last) order. I have emailed, live chatted, phoned (and got cut off half way through a conversation) and even posted a letter today.
I just wanted a pair of shoes, not a monthly membership! The small print is so small I only noticed it when my order had gone through!
I would never recommend them to anyone
I don't understand why they can take my money via Paypal. I didn't give them any information about my Paypal account and also the others bank cards I have. I have cancelled my old card which was registered with Justfab. And after a few months they came back with a good new that they have taken my money away by another card which is registered with Paypal!
Be careful you have to delete the information of your card in Paypal if even you have cancelled it. I don't know how they did but, clearly my money has gone!
I think your practice of enticing people to this great "VIP" opportunity, while having in very small, not obvious print, that you will have $40 taken out of your account each month is a horrible practice. You are taking advantage of customer after customer, which is proven by the countless complaints from others about the same issue. My 18 year old daughter learned a valuable lesson after not checking her account for 4 months and finding Just Fab took almost $200 from her. Then, she emails Just Fab asking about it and was told "it was clearly stated what you signed up for... but the good news is you have all of this store credit." She has no interest in purchasing more shoes from this company. Obviously it is not clearly stated as there are so many others that have been "scammed" by this same practice. She has filed a complaint with BBB and hopefully she will get every penny back. I hope others do the same! I see a class action lawsuit in Just Fab's very near future!
I ordered a pair of boots as a christmas present for a friend when I was in my college town. I ordered them two weeks in advance before I was going to head back home for the holidays. They literally took forever to ship them! Because of this, I e-mailed them and their customer service sucked! They didn't even answer my questions. Anyway, I can't get the pair of boots, until I come back from break which is in a month because they didn't come in on time, so I left my college town before I received them in the mail. By the time I get them, its going to be way past christmas. Now I have to buy my friend another present because of JustFabs stupid and slow shipping service.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
