I became a VIP member because they had a new member offer for boots. I purchased the boots but wasn't super impressed with the quality. Now I haven't cancelled my membership and accumulated >$120 in credits, but the items are all over-priced. They don't have any useful discounts for existing VIP members and only use discounts to lure new members in. Once you're a member, you're stuck paying full price and losing money every month for credits.

Always find something I want for myself or often as gifts! So easy and dependable! I don't care for the Mall experience, and I know I can always find something I NEED and I can trust the sizes and fits, and the shipping and service. Its a lifesaver!
Bought 2 pairs of shoes and they did not fit. Called over one week ago- They said they will send a prepaid canadapost lable and once they get the shoes they will give me a refund. Called 4 times and also chat with them and contacted on facebook - Sill no lable.
I also ask to cancell membership. Hope they will not take any money as they told me my membership was cancelled.

An absolute disgrace of a company. Despite skipping the month they still take money from your bank account. That is just one of many things to complain about. Nothing but problem after problem and not to mention changing their rules every time i have had to complain. 0 stars. Only negative things to say about this company... it wouldn't be so bad if the quality of clothing was to a good standard but again, they failed on that too.
The material is awesome. The customer service is marvelous. Delivery of your ordered products are right on time.

Ive got lots of credits and dont find much to buy. I tried to cancel so I wouldnt get more credits, but couldnt until I used all the credits. I wait each month and that builds more credits. Should be able to cancel any new months while still being able to spend the credits.

I saw something I wanted in an email that I received. I clicked on it and tried to select a size and couldn't. I don't know what Just Fab has done to their website but It is terrible. I am a long-time customer and have gotten so frustrated with this glitch that I haven't purchased much lately.

I purchased one item from JustFab and placed one order from Fabletics 3 years ago, and even after calling both companies after my purchases to take me off their "VIP list", both sites continued to charge me $39/mo each for the past 3 years. But surprisingly, after 3 years of not receiving any emails from JustFab/Fabletics, I received one last week stating I had a credit on my account. I called them regarding this matter, and was told that they continued to charge me for 3 years ($39/mo by JustFab and another $39/mo from Fabletics) and could only refund my money for 6 months and give me a credit on an electronic gift card. Seeing as they would not budge on giving me more of my money back I agreed to their minimal refund, and received an email w the electronic gift card. When I opened up my account on their website to use said gift card, they put me on their "VIP list" AGAIN and started to charge me AGAIN. This whole company is a scam. They rob of anyone who inputs their credit card information into their system even AFTER cancelling their memberships. Buyers beware!
Just to update my review, Justfab refunded my money a few days after I called to complain. They were good a responding fast and taking care of an unhappy client.

I bought a pair of boots in October for about $15. They were just ok, kind of cheap looking. Yesterday I checked my bank statement and found that they have been charging me $39.95 since then. A total of $199.75 for a "VIP membership" I never willingly sign up for. Supposedly they charge $39.95 a month if you don't buy anything before the 5th of the month. What a ripoff! I called cancelled that crazy membership, closed the account and hopefully I'll get my money back within a week, as promised. What kind of business model is that? Terrible, do not shop there!
They take your VIP membership charge every month of $39.95 BUT you have to call to use it. I had two credits for a total of $79.95 wanted to purchase a satchel and sandals for spring but it would only let me use one credit.
I called to cancel my membership and was told I have to call them to use both. Really!? My money you are holding. I don't think I need your permission to use them both.
So much for my girls secret midnight shopping spree.

I signed up for the vip membership, but you have to remember to skip EVERY SINGLE MONTH OR they will charge your card on file for every month you don't skip. They give you what they call a "member credit". I forgot to skip two months, so I was expecting to be able to shop for something around $80, but it won't let you combine the credit and if there's already a sale on an item it still makes you have to pay, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS $80 OF YOUR MONEY. It's a total scam, don't get caught in it. Also, I bought a purse that looks nothing like the one they had on their site. Total rip off and cheap material.

I bought two pairs poor of shoes made out of cardboard that blistered my feet. Wore it once and put in the trash! Only to found out that my account have been deducted with a reccurrent $39.95 VIP membership that I never signed up for. I called them was hard... long story short, SAVE YOURSELF, its a SCAM!

There is a $40 membership fee per month just to buy for any product on line. Me and Six other women bought a pair of shoes for our bridesmaid dresses. For one, they are HORRIBLE shoes. They looked nothing like the picture and they are the MOST uncomfortable and cheaply build shoes I have ever had. After I bought these shoes I called their hot line and canceled my account so I would not get charged $40 per month any more. After I got my bank statement a few months later I saw that, despite me canceling my account and having phone proof of it, I had still been charged the $40 for four months. I talked to a representative for the company about this and all they could do was cancel my account and give me my money back as JustFab credit. I explained that I did not want anything to do with this website considering i have already canceled my account and this was an issue on their end not mine, but apparently that is not their problem and there is nothing they can do about it other then give me credit to the website. Two more of the bridesmaids also had this EXACT issue. This place is SUCH a SCAM!

Such a scam. Bought $10 shoes that I loved, but I was not aware that the VIP membership would charge me $39.95 a month (the email that let me know didn't even go to my primary inbox, so I didn't see it). I called to try canceling and was put on hold for an extended period of time, then the consultant kept trying to get me to stick with the VIP account by going on and on about the benefits. I finally managed to cancel it, but I am definitely not giving them my service again.

They have a few nice outfits, but most of the time you will not find what you are looking for. Do not, under any circumstances, sign up for the VIP membership. At is a scam and the only "privilege " you will get is $39.95 being taken out of your account, You have until the 5th of the month to skip the payment, but too often you will experience technical issues and it will seem like you skipped the month successfully until you see the charge on your bank.

The first time wearing one of the shirts, 2 buttons came off. The other shirt now has a hole in the seam. Im growing more and more disappointed in the clothing. I end up getting rid of clothing quickly due to holes, poor quality.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
