Quit preying on people. The monthly fee for you to do nothing isn't very clear. What exactly am I getting for almost $40.00 per month? A business model based on deception will not last. I thought I was getting a pair of shoes at a good introductory rate to entice me to purchase more from the site. Nope just a way to leach money from naive people. I want my $40 back. How can you charge people to do nothing!
To those considering to sign up for the justfab or shoedazzle $39.95. Few things you should know.
-your credits will not be applied to any of the promotion offers such as 2 for $x. Xx. Or styles $9.99 or whatever great deal they're having for nonmembers. It's a one time deal apparently.
-you are allowed only one credit toward each purchase leaving you with a balance no matter how many "credits" you've racked up.
-free returns. NOT true. I tried to exchange a size and I paid a $5 reshelfing fee and never did receive my correct size.
- very stylish but my two favorites broke (where the heel is attached) the first time i wore them. Had to gimp bk home to change.
The pic is the one i tried to salvage with glue but as you can see didn't work and isn't a great look.

DO NOT! Sign up to this website unless you are FULLY understanding that you will pay £35 a month subscription, which is not advertised on its website. Ive only just noticed that they tried to take 35 pound out of my bank tonight, and i had no idea where or why it had happened. Personally i think its false advertisement as the website itself makes you think that you've had a bargain buy when in reality its day light robbery!

If I could do negative rating I would! Don't do business with these people they are very dishonest. I got my shoes OK but they will charge your account even if you skip your month and then when you call dad to try to get a refund on the money that they've taken out of your bank account without permission then they say they don't have it and referred me back to my bank to resolve the issue myself. Even after I close my account with them they choose to charge me. Do not do business with these people!

I purchased a VIP membership, then forgot about it for about 6 months... so cool, I get 6 credits right? Wrong. Credits cannot be used for shipping for one, called customer service and i swear its an automated bot that doesn't help. So I cancel my membership and I get an "e-giftcard" emailed to me for a whole TWO credits. When I tried to use them before they made the whole site members only, it says that it is not a valid gift card... SHOCKER. *Eyeroll please* So now I try to log on a couple months later because i keep getting a reminder email for these e-giftcards I cant use and the site has a "glitch"... how convenient. I wait a couple days and try again and my email and password arent working... So I try to reset. The reset email doesn't even work. I never got the link... the 24 hour chat is a bot, or someone doesn't know english, cant really tell.
Just dont do it.

Always remember to "cancel" before the 5th of every month or you will be charged $39.95 for a "membership credit". Often times, their current promotional offers will override your purchased credit of $40, thus resulting in you having to spend ADDITIONAL money (usually an extra $20 because often times the "promo" forces you to purchase additional products in order to actually get a deal, which defeats the point of already paying that monthly fee for their membership credit) unless of course you're willing to grapple with their customer services representatives over Facebook messenger and they will kindly *scoff* offer to place the order for you, on their end, while also cancelling out the current promo deal. With how sneaky they are from the get-go I definitely don't want them sneaking around, placing orders, and charging my card multiple times in one month. Needless to say, after a quick 7 minute conversation, my mistake of becoming a "VIP member" and losing $40 this month to them will hopefully soon be forgotten. Also, I was on the wait list for a black handbag after being charged the membership credit this month. They instead ordered the bag in mauve, not black, which I had specifically been on the waiting list for. After a couple of days I received another notification/email that my order was running behind. I was not notified when they cancelled that order completely and was left with my $39.95 membership credit, again.

I don't understand what is so hard about putting the right pair of shoes in a box and mailing it to the right house they sent me a 8 and I'm a size 10 this company is dumb and they don't know what they're doing because I had ordered shoes before I got this pair and it was the wrong pair of shoes so I had to order them twice they are just dumb

I had 3 credits that went unused for a year so JustFab converted them to 3 gift cards. Initially I thought that would be ok since the gift cards are not supposed to expire. After several months of trying to use them I have figured out it is a scam. You can not use thr GCs if there is a sale or promotion. There is ALWAYS a sale or promotion so they can never be used. Called customer service to try to get assistance and they told me they just recommended that I go with the promotion it was a better deal and there was nothing they could do for me to use the GCs. But since they never expire someday I should be able to use them. Are you kidding me?!

Biggest scam I've ever seen. Commercials running almost every minute saying "10$ for your first pair" but there's a catch because ladies, that luxury is just too good to be true. Of course they have in the finest print, a 16 year old with 20/20 vision couldn't see, that with your first purchase you have to pay a monthly membership fee. Disgusting marketing, a disgusting team of human beings, misleading women everywhere. Gross

Bought 4 pairs of shoes from them and so far I have been very disappointed.
With such price, I could have gone to Famous Footwear to order much better and comfortable quality ones.
The heels I received from JustFab recently hurt my feet and toes incredibly hard. I have never got such bad shoe purchases ever. It is literally trash.
I cancelled my membership and will not got back (will not recommend it at all).

I have been a JustFab member for almost 4 years, I have never encountered any issues with shipping or quality. On my most recent order, the boots I purchased were a little higher than I thought. I called for an exchange, they sent me the replacement ones no problems! At the time they were having issues with thier return shipping lables, so I got to keep the ones that were a little to high! Shipping has never been an issue and I live in Ontario, Canada, 7 days through Canada Post!
One of the main reasons I joined is that they carry shoes in size 11. For anyone with a shoes size 11 and up will know what I am talking about! Over the years I have had so many issues trying to find heels in my size, nice styles and for a decent price In store or online! With JustFab I find all the styles, that I like that actually fit!
As for the membership, I have never had an issue, when I first signed up I forgot once, but used the credit. I get the emails on the first of the month to skip and I do. I mainly buy my shoes when they have the sales, which are really great! I am also a person who reads the fine print on everything, maybe that is why I have had never had a problem with their 'membership' skip by the 5th of each month and dont get charged.
I will continue to be a member with them for as long as they still operate!

The customer service is okay however, the company has gotten worse over the years. I typically would get my shoes pretty quickly from here but all the orders I've placed this year have been slow. I placed an order August 2nd and received the shipping notification August 3rd. I waited and waited and decided to call Aug 16th. They told me they would ship my order again and it would get to me 3-5 business days. I called today aug 31 because I have yet to receive my order. After 15 mins on the phone the customer service rep tells me my order was out of stock and that's why it never shipped! I told him I wanted my money back and he said that would take 8-10 weeks! I had to settle for the store credit but I am never buying from justFab again.

I've been a VIP member for a long time and my status was bumped to elite. Before this, I would put items in my cart and the sale price would disappear. Also, I had a credit for $39.99 because I forgot to skip the month and a few months later went to use it. A chat rep stated to me that I would have to order over $39.99 to get the credit or it didn't apply. Since virtually almost everything at that time that I wanted to order was $39.95, that meant I had to order more than one item and spend more money than I wanted too. The other day I went to place an order with another credit I had, because again I forgot to skip the month and when I placed the items in my cart, the sale price disappeared. I spoke to someone on chat and they corrected the prices for me and I was able to order. However, after that order I received a $20 credit for getting promoted to elite status. I went to buy a jacket that was on sale for $28.17... but when I put it in my cart it was the VIP price of $48.95. I again contacted a chat rep and they refused to give me the sale price. Stating I couldn't combine the $20.00 offer with a sale price. No where does it state this on the $20 offer that was offered to me that I earned. I told the rep I'd buy something else close to $20 and cancel my membership. Get this! The rep tells me I can earn points for reviews for more great offers and discounts and to send recommendations of JustFab to friends. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Didn't even recognize the fact they lost a customer, nor did they care. They should be investigated by their State Attorney General for false advertising and misleading the consumer. I am submitting this review everywhere I can to warn consumers.
Please note: I could not submit this review without an order number, so I submitted the order number where I had an issue using the 1st $39.99 credit I received. This review was based upon my last straw with the experience I had to day with the rep. I never placed my order because they refused to give me the sale price that was listed on the site.

I purchased from you about 2 years ago and fell victim to your scam. You say its in the terms and conditions but you cant get the T&C's up to ready them. I struggled to get my money back and ended up in a loss. You continue to advertise your website on face book hoping to prey on customers to fall for your scam AND very successful you must be by the looks of your profits. WHY is this not illegal for miss-selling. Please provide me with your governing body in order to formally complain as whilst I may not be able to retrieve the rest of my money I refuse to sit back and let you continue to profit from working class people.

Ordered one months ago didn't realize I was being charged every month. Called April 2018 said a check would be issued would take 8-10weeks. I wasn't happy but I accepted it. August 7 2018 still NO refund called said check would be issued 8-10weeks and I would have a email sent with tracking number. August 15 2018 still NO EMAIL NO REFUND. Called again August 25,2018. AGAIN said a check will be issued 8-10weeks and a email with tracking number. Sounds like they are trying to give me the run around to avoid giving me back MY money.

JUSTFAB Is So Full Of It. Okay So a friend of mine got me two gifts cards from this site. Total Of $118.95. And On My First Order With JUSTFAB I got Two Pairs of shoes($69.00). And they took forever to ship them. And the MFs Made My Zip code WRONG & Also they had one pair of my shoes,. In the wrong size! Took forever to get some help from them. FREE Returns. But you must have a Printer to Print out the Return Label. And not everyone has a printer! Also They Had a Great Promotion Going On. When I got ready to check out. I found out I Could Only Use The Promotion or My Store Credit Which is My Gift Cards On File(My Account). I Am Very Unhappy With This Company. Shipping is FREE on orders over $39.00 Which Sucks. They Made Out My Return Label. But Guess What? They Still Have The Dang Zip Code WRONG! And Customer Service SUCKS! They Need To Have People Who Understands English! I HATE JUSTFAB. I Don't Want to be a Member With Them No Longer! But I Still Have a Whole Lot Of Store Credit With them. They need to find away to just give me my money back. Because I'm So Done With Them! Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
