Everything about this company is annoying. Just stay away. Easy to sign-up, nearly impossible to cancel. They will keep charging your card until you have 2 hours to sit on the phone with them and cancel. Then, once you cancel, they wont refund for all the charges they already took from you - just tell you to buy something else with that credit. Then when you use the credit, the system auto-signs you up again!
Justfab is a scam. If you forget to skip the month, which is written in very fine print when you sign up, they claim they will take $39.95 from your account on the 6th of the month. They usually wait two weeks for that. Then, they say you have a credit for one item, even if that item is less than $39.95. You cannot make-up the sum with two items and you cannot take advantage of any sales, like BOGO, with the credit. I purchased a pair of boots with zippers on the side 8 months ago and have only worn them 10-15 times and the zipper pulls have broken. For $40, zippers should be worth more than 30 pulls, I replaced them with bread ties because I DONT HAVE $40 to FIX them!
I called and demanded my money back and to cancel my account. Instead of refunding my money back to me they double charged my account and I called again demanding my money back a second time within 2 days. All while a family member is on their deathbed.

I realized when I joined JustFab that I was going to be getting cheap shoes. I don't really care about getting cheap shoes or name brand shoes as long as they are wearable and they look good. I haven't had a problem with any of the shoes that I've received. Yet. I have not had a problem with shipping or anything like that. I understand the being charged every month also. I won't be able to tell how their customer service is until I decide that I want to cancel my membership. So we'll see how that goes.

I got sucked in again!
I signed up for the VIP a year ago.& I forgot to purchase or skip & my card was charged. So I decided to go make a purchase with that credit but it wouldnt let me use is. So I called & canceled my membership with $79 in my just fab account. So I responded to an email telling me I could use those credits I thought I had lost... I made a purchase with no problem but they made me sign back up as a VIP to do so... fast far ward 6 days & I get an email saying I for got to shop. So I went in & checked skip shop. I guess it didn't register. So they charged me 39.99 ok so I called them & asked what in the word happened & they tell me they won't give me a refund. But I can use it for any purchase in the store. I tell them I've tried that before & it doesnt so cancel my membership... he now tells me I have 70 worth of credit & I should use it before my 30 days is up. I tell him yeah right & he says pick something out & call customer service to help you with your purchase... alot of run around & bs... I'm pissed that I lost all that money. Its crap.& the boots I bought dont fit right anyway!

I got a pair of boots from just fab 2 years ago, they have scammed every month by taking £70 out of my account each month, I have tried contacting to cancel and to avail. This company is awlful, ripping off people without a care in the world, this company has had well over a grand off me

I have been trying to get hold of this company to cancel and get a refund. My daughter bought a pair of boots from them and then 3 weeks later they took another £35 from her account. I have had a look at their ads and website. It does not make it clear that it is a subscription that you are joining and it does not make it easy to unsubscribe, which I believe is unlawful. I have read a few of the reviews on here, tell me Ivy, JustFabs representative, how many of those people that you 'promised to get in contact with' have actually heard from your company. My daughter has reported you to PayPal and I will be reporting every one of your ads that I see online as you are scamming people. Will be interesting to see if I actually get a response...

They took money out of my account without permission and i had not option to skip the month
Itried to sort this out with an agent, but they converted my credit into store credit so that they could not transfer the money back into my bank account. I did not know what store credit was, and they did not tell me that once it was there, i cannot have the money back.

Had hundreds of dollars in "my account". Anytime I ever selected anything that I wanted to purchase, it was never in stock. Even when 1 item out of 11 was available, when I got to the shopping bag, it said that my credit card would be charged for the order. The site would not let me change my credit card information. I called in and the representative hung up on me when I asked why my credit card would be charged. (No, I wasn't yelling or cursing). It is by far the worst website experience I have ever had. I believe the performance issues are intentional so that customers can't use their accumulated funds. No order # - the system would not let me order without charging my card.

Let my curiosity get the best of me, just as I suspected when you can't actually see and feel the product in real life. I signed up and got a discount for 1st order, received as expected. The quality of the product is no different than going down the street to Walmart. You get what you pay for. My feet hurt!

I have never order anything from the site. I was going to today because they send me a free justfab kids outfit for 1st time buyers, and i would have to pay shipping. Which was only 4.95 so i said i would try this out before i purchase shoes for myself. As I'm putting in my information i ran accross a warning stating that the product has lead in it and it could cause harm such as cancer, deformaties etc. I took a screen shot for all to see. Please guys be aware and READ up on this stuff BEFORE purchasing merchandise from sites unknown. They almost had me. Thing is I WAS buying this for my daughter and what if this product had lead in it and she wears the clothing and becomes super sick? Really? Why is this product being sold?

My daughter paid £12.70 for a pair of shoes and one month later had £35 taken from her account. This is something that the company will do every month unless you request to skip a month or cancel. DO NOT EVEN GET INVOLVED! Google "Dodgy Just Fab" and you will find out what a shabby outfit this is.

Very bad customer service since past 2 week weeks i booked for return collection no one form came to collet it. When i rang just fab they rescheduled to day same thing happend 3 times. They are soo rubbish and disorganised is collecting stuff and refusing to give my refund payment for them not collecting my stuff.

They sent me a size 7 instead of a 10, which wouldn't have been an issue but they are out of the shoe I ordered. Now I'm going to have to send my order back and it could take weeks for me to be rembursed, and after already receiving my order late this is very inconvenient. Do not order from this website unless you enjoy being "helped" by automated bots.

I couldn't be happier with JustFab. The quality of their purses and shoes is above and beyond what you would expect for the price. Their clothes are pretty awesome too! Just remember if you don't want anything for the month to go to the site and cancel. I have never had a problem with them and I have been a customer for almost 5 years.

I went online to buy some shoes. I found the ones that I wanted and checked out there was a discount added that was the "2styles for $39.95" I input my card information and it said something along the lines of being a VIP member. I assumed I was such because I bought more than one pair.
At that point as the payment page is loading I see in the background in fine print a "monthly fee of $35 that can be skipped on the 5th month" I'm thinking I didn't ask for that nor did I want that. I simply wanted the shoes that I bought. At the bottom of the confirmation page there is a small box that reads "if I want to cancel the membership I have to WRITE or HAND DELVIER a letter the JustFab corporate office within in THREE days of my purchase date stating that I don't want to be member in order to cancel and STOP the payments.
That my friends is a SCAM. This is what stops people from doing business with a company. All I wanted was the by the shoes and I had plans on buying more next week but that TURNED me off. Don't force me into a monthly payment plan, and then in small print explain that I have 3 days to send you a hand written note explaining that I don't want the service that YOU pushed into my purchase.
That is WRONG... and the other reviews clearly show that I am not lying or over the time. So I am now writing this letter and preparing to pay for mail to ensure that POS don't try to lie and steal my money. I'LL NEVER SHOP ON THIS SITE AGAIN I DONT CARE HOW CUTE THIER SHOES ARE!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
