I did not know that I had became a VIP member of justfab and was in a panick for the money they had taken out which I saw on my bank statement. I am have been having a rough time with chronic illness and still trying to figure things out so I have doctor's to see and pay. I had explained this to the justfab customer service need I say I was very upset but they had cancelled my membership and put the money back into my account I can't thank you enough for being so understanding.

Ordered a pair of shoes from just fab and shoe dazzle (both owned by the same company) on my fathers credit card (it was a birthday gift from him to me)... had NO idea they were charging him $39.95 per month x2 for a YEAR... my father did not understand what the monthly charges were and assumed they were something necessary (he is elderly)... with I finally saw a credit card statement and noticed the charges I called justfab and shoe dazzle to try and get a refund as I had over $1,000 in credit with both companies... shoe dazzle refunded my father $400 but said the rest had to be a gift card... justfab didn't refund anything. So I have $800 credit to use in stupid shoes and I placed an order 3 weeks ago trying to use some of this absurd amount of credit and have no received anything yet. Absolutely appalled by this company.

I have never written a review in my life, but I ordered boots from this site and yes they were so very cute. Ton of compliments. But one week later they were falling all to pieces. Very cheap! Waist of money!

I love this company. I've been a customer since 2016. I've never had a problem. I've taken boots back with no issues and the customer service have been nothing but helpful every time I've called. I've gotten two other people ordering from justfab as well and they love this company too. The products are all nice and well made. I have had my first pair for two years and I've never treated them and I wear them in the snow, rain any weather and they still look new. I have gotten so many compliments on my boots from so many people. I would highly recommend Justfab. I added a picture of my boots that are two years old and wear them every day. I also sent a picture of four pairs of boots that I just received three days ago in the mail and they only took 4 days to come in.

Not sure as where I should start... I have been a member with Justfab for over 2 years. I speculated fraud with my account back in the spring of 2018 when I had previously seen a large sum built up in my account to use. It was when I went to shop when the dollar amount was at $0. I started to question my sanity. Now, because there is NOT a transaction history with purchases and balances I had to call in and speak to customer support. He sent me an outline of the transactions from my bank account over the last two years without the purchases and balances, like I requested. Needless to say, I am a busy person and didn't want to investigate any further so I settled to believe them. A few months go by and I noticed that there was another charge to my account and I couldn't quite remember if I canceled my membership or not, but seeing as this was months, I must have. 6 months later I noticed a rather surprising charge to my account. So I thought 'well I should go check my online account', where the Store Credits shows as $0. I do my own little investigating and noticed they charged for the previous month too. So why is this not showing in my store credits? I looked further into it and calculated all the monthly transactions over the past 2+ years and took the difference between the credits I have used from my purchases and there is a total of roughly $270 missing. I am very disappointed to find this out.
**UPDATE** Called in again for a balance showing the monthly charges for the VIP membership and all my orders, they will NOT provide this in an email for me.

Ordering from the company is a disaster. I have ordered a handful of times and each time I have my products have come in wrong, damaged or inconsistent sizes. This goes back to over a year ago. One pair of boots was covered in black marks, another was the same style and size just a different color and when they were laid flat next to each other they were 2 completely different sizes tho labeled the same. The most recent order is what has me leaving this review today. I ordered brown boots and they came in "Taupe" and a courtesy I returned them and was promised the brown boots, weeks later after they received the wrong ones back. THEN that order was "delayed" a couple of days for who knows what, and when my boots came in they were yet again TAUPE! I called them, AGAIN to then of course be told I need to return the iteam blah blah blah, nope heck no i am not wasting my time again. So they sent me another pair and expedited it and assured me they would contact the warehouse and make sure the brown boots were the on way and I could return the others when I felt like it. Well, here we are today and my 3rd pair of TAUPE boots have come in. Heck no I am not a JustFab employed delivery person, I am definitely not sending back yet another pair of boots before I get a refund or before I get the right pair of boots. They would not assist me unless I returned these boots. Which may I add are not even for sale on the website for TAUPE. Terrible customer service, terrible expectations you have that you think your customers should deal with and do for you. Do not order from this company do not waste your time on the cheap crap made boots, they are not worth the time you are going to spend trying to get something you want and like.

They try to get you to buy shoes offering great deals. Then they charge shipping so it ends up not even being a deal. They offered me free $10.00 in my account. I login then there is NO $10.00 to use towards my order. I do not trust this site!

Ordered my first boots. Ok good deal. Didn't want to keep the membership, because I don't want to keep buying more shoes every month... or whatever else. So I tried to cancel. The chat took 3 mins in between every comment. And it was always a comment trying to get me to stay on. No I want to cancel. Period. Thanks. Then I was disconnected. So I decided to call. Lady says I can cancel but my order would have to cancel as well. Never ever heard of that nonsense before. But I can cancel in a few days once it ships? After that phone call, I decided to call back. Literally 2 mins after the first call. A different lady tells me my order shipped. That I can cancel now but only After some more bs of trying to get me to change my mind. I then checked my email for the shipping... there was an email an hour before I placed the first call, saying the order shipped. So whom ever talked to me the first time... lied. I thought this place was neat until having to cancel. Let's hope the boots aren't cheap...

It is impossible to get information about a gift card if you aren't a member. Their customer service is awful and it takes several phone calls to get answers.

I was fooled into thinking I was getting a promotion on Black Friday and subscribed into $39.95 a month to which I didn't agree to. I phoned my bank after a NSF fee($45.00) was issued to which after they charged me $39.95 ( in Canada) ended up being $55.04 which was $100.00 dollars( roughly) taken out of my account close to Christmas. I called Justfab and they told me they would refund me and cancel my subscription. I was refunded the money... and literally the same day they took the same amount back out. I had to cancel my debit/visa card and an investigation from my bank is in process. I talked to other people I know about this and a friend and co-worker has been scammed by them with little sympathy or recognition to what they have gone through ( one of them being a mother and loosing her child days before.) Both didn't get their money back... Legit a scam!

I order something on Ciber Monday and as right now I haven't receive my order I ask and they keep said that my package is in Sacramento since last week, but don't know when is going to be delivered
After I read all the bad reviews on this website we need to get together and close this business, because I think is a scam what they do, they said 5-7 business days for deliver and 3 weeks later nothing, and that is 15 business days, and when you call customer services they don't know nothing and give you the wrong info! So please don't buy from this place, tell your friends and family post on social media the bad business practices that they do!

They charge you 39.95 every month automatically, if you forget to skip it in the beginning of month, they are not allow you to cancel it and you are forced to buy their shoes. Second, $#*!ty online service

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
