I ordered one singular pair of shoes more than a year ago, and ever since then they've been charging my card month after month (I did not know until I looked just a little bit ago.) and it's been hundreds of dollars and I did not order these things. Last June, I called to dispuit the payment and they refunded me what they owed at that point and after that they did it again and have been doing it for six months. Don't know if this is an employee at Just fab thinking they can just get away with using my card when I haven't ordered anything except a $39.95 pair of shoes and have proof of this because I'm logged into my account on my iPhone and have been ever since I ordered the 1 pair! They've been charging me for shoes I did not order, and certainly did not receive. Noticed somebody else said this happened to them too! Avoid ordering from just fab!
I like looking through their stuff, just the sizing is off on somethings. Other than that they have great prices and decent items.

I signed up to buy 1 pair of shoes. When I received them they weren't very comfortable but I let it go since I had purchased them. The next thing I know I have been charged almost 80$ for 2 months with out recieving any products or emails saying I would be charged. When I called customer service they told me that they charge my credit card every month so "I don't have to use my credit card at checkout". Literally the biggest SCAM! Do not sign up for any shoes because they will charge you every month after that!

THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS! They will send you the items that your order, yes, but they will charge your card random amounts of money without you noticing, so check your transaction history! I know this because both my mom and I have accounts with them, and both my mom and I were charged $60 on our cards the same day (even though we didnt order anything) for nothing.

Just coming off maternity leave and don't have the funds for JustFab to automatically pull from my account. I politely ask to cancel and a refund and they can't make they happen. Quick to take your money but can't seem to refund. Asked multiple times to cancel to finally get it through the persons head that I'm done. I understand I'm suppose to "skip" but I would assume JustFab would be more customer friendly on this subject. Now my account is in the negative and I have a newborn to support. I ordered a variety of items. It took them over 10 days to ship. The items are really bad quality. You can get the same things on Ali Express.
Of the two boots that I ordered, one was the wrong color. They both feel like cardboard and are very uncomfortable. The purses are also junk... bad stitching, poor materials (all tags say "man made materials) for everything.
The clothing I ordered fit properly, but again... poor quality. All polyester.
It's a waste of money because you can't combine your credits with any of the sales, and virtually every thing is non returnable. It took me 15 minutes on chat to cancel, but I'm glad that I did.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
