Got two pairs of shoes both fit technically but were super uncomfortable and walking was just plain awkward. Jacket was just too boxy and the dress a really strange length. I loved the casual feel, but it was a really weird fit.

It is not your fault I cannot find shoes to fit me. One pair I kept I gave away. The other pair I wore. But I had to send back the last 2 pair I bought. Just not for me I guess.

Disappointed that whether the Just Fab shoe is a pump, a wedge or a flat, all have been uncomfortable to wear and/or not correctly manufactured straight out the box (i. E. missing stones, threading coming apart). I have $20 shoes that have proven to be better than these.

I ordered this beautiful satin tank top, however I received the wrong size. I ordered a size xs but when I received my order, an xl was in an xs packaging and I had to exhange. That process was easy BUT when I received the exchange, there was a size m in an xs packaging! I was tired of it and I decided to keep the medium since I liked the design of the tank top too much.

Site is hard to navigate profike, can't change address, thought I fixed it and package still was sent to wrong address for the second time and now rerouted back to justfab. Have not received items.

I would have loved to keep the shoes had I only been able to wear both shoes. The zipper was stuck/broken on the right shoe and of course, they no longer had my size when I tried to exchange.

Sandle straps slide off my heels when I walk, tennis shoes are mis-sized, I normally wear a 9-9.5, these are 9.5 & too short, too late to return so I'm trying to stretch them out
Love the new app for JustFab. Makes using the site so much easier. Love my JustFab. With the app I can access my account quicker and from my phone. It's a great new way to look at what I like to shop for.

The sizing was wrong, & when I returned the unworn shoes as well as all the free junk that came with them, imagine my surprise when the credit I received was for $7.95! Inferior quality items & inferior customer retention policies.

I have a few weddings coming up this summer, and usually criticized because I typically wear black. So I found these gorgeous looking blue heels that would spice any outfit up. I couldn't wait to debut them this past weekend, but they're too big! About half a size! So now I've mailed them back and am waiting to have the correct size resent. Thank you JustFab for making returns and exchanges so easy. I know I won't have a headache, like I've had w/ so many other retailers. But I'll have to scurry to find something for this weekend, because I still haven't received my dream shoes. Fingers crossed, they come in before Sat afternoon!

I think some of the products can be hit or miss. I also don't like that the monthly credit can be way less than a lot of the items. I do like the gym clothes they offer.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
