I hated my experience with Just Fab. Customer service was awful, and even ended up cancelling my order DESPITE me telling them I didn't want it cancelled. I've used them a couple of times, and honestly hated it everyone. Yes, they have cheap shoes. But so does Target or even any other site online. The hassle is 0/10 not worth it.

I purchased 7 bags as gifts. & as I pulled them from the box they where bigger than expected which is good in my book because the where still compact. Each person loved there bag & is already wearing.
JustFab clothes is just an ad to promote other brands, apparently. The pants I got one looks like I have a kangaroo belly bag (i have no belly). The other ones feels and look like those $6 pants from Walmart

I made a purchase and ended up checking the shipping a few hours later. The status said "cancelled" so i ended up calling customer service and they had deleted my account for whatever reason. Made a new one with a new email (because the old email kept saying it wasn't valid), and come to find out THIS PURCHASE WAS CANCELLED TOO. I called once again to see what the problem was and they said it was fraudulent activity due to using the same billing info for different emails yet they were still trying to charge me for the "VIP fee". It is a SCAM! Stay away and purchase elsewhere! All of the negative reviews are SPOT ON. Customer service isn't any help either.
Also note: if i had not checked the fine print on the website about shipping, i never would have known my orders were randomly cancelled to begin with. No emails were ever sent to update me.

I've been a VIP member of JustFab for years. It can be a little bit irritating having to skip the month every first week, but I've just gotten used to it. I've bought a few shoes from them and some of them have been great while others are extremely uncomfortable. Overall, they're not the greatest quality. My biggest problem is their customer service. I recently forgot to skip the month so I was charged $39.95 with that credit being applied to my membership account. Since I didn't want to waste it, I went onto the site to use the credit. I bought a pair of shoes at full price along with some items that were on sale. I had to chat with a consultant online to get the sale items and use the membership credit in the same order, but he was able to apply everything to my account and the total came out to just over $18. I placed the order and next thing I know, I got a notification from my bank account saying that I was charged $75! I went back and checked my receipt when I placed the order and it said $18 and explained all of the promotions and discounts that had been applied. When I called JustFab to figure this all out, they essentially called me a liar. Their manager got very rude and sarcastic and read the terms and conditions for the promotions and sales out loud to me. He made sure to point out that multiple promos can't be used together. I tried to explain that I talked to their consultants and that they were the ones who applied the promotions to the order while they were initially helping me, but he insisted that I was wrong. How can a company say they are charging you $18 and then take $75 out of my bank account. This site is a complete scam and they have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Just trying to cancel your membership is a hassle. If you take anything from this long and ranting review, DO NOT TRUST JUSTFAB!

I have not used my justfab account in some-time. I logged in and discovered I had 0 credits. This is not the first time this has happened. I remembered getting an email a few months back stating my credit was being converted to a certificate because it had been a year since I'd order anything. I've been unsuccessful in receiving a response, my credits, or an EXPLANATION! I'm more than UPSET!

I was surprised by how cheap it is on Black Friday deal, a boot for $11, but justfab automatically charged you for VIP membership $39.95 monthly without me knowing. I tried to cancel the membership by live chat, but they instead ask me to skip the VIP this month. I think need to called them instead. I don't want to be charged at all in the future.

This company took a 126.00 out of my account for VIP member ship, for kidfab, and another 39.95 for something else and I have $25 overdraft fee. Im so mad I cancel everything. I had bill to pay today like my electric bill and internet bill I hope they don't cut me off.

Yes you have to remember to skip the month but it is a great website and has brilliant offers. If you buy often enough like me they give you credits. I earnt £45 from referring 3 friends! And then they gave me a £20 credit for free twice! Seems too good to be true but it wasnt, and their customer service is brilliant
I forgot once and rang up and they refunded me the £35, love the website and the shoes been a member for over a year and really pleased

My daughter bought some boots in August for $15.87. She thought it was a great deal until we realized we were getting billed $49.95 a month. When we caught this in December, we called and cancelled the VIP membership and asked for credit on this insane and surprise monthly charge. They gave us credit for 3 months, but not the 1st month. So the boots actually cost us $65.82. Not a great deal after all. Watch these guys. I wouldn't do business with them!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
