An item I received and wore 2 times, came apart terribly and I was very upset/sad about it. Customer service answered an email right away and told me they would replace ASAP. Within a few days I had shipping confirmation on the item and I am looking forward to receiving it and wearing it! Thank you JustFab!

False info on website

They say they carry wide but every time i buy they send normal width and just had to send 2 more pairs back so i called and was notified that they no longer offer wide but the web site says they do

I ordered pants and they were NO WHERE near the color i requested... I sent multiple clothes back due to they are not true to size. Heck, I cancelled that account months ago and I am just now getting this email. I need to verify that they arent stil lchargning me bc it starts with "Thank for your recent purchase". The clothes are VERY overpriced for their look. Most shirts are cheap looking. I like their pants' fit even though the colors dont match the pictures. I can't believe I fell for the initial deal and got baited in for MONTHS.

Awful return policy

I have used justfab twice now with two different accounts. I should have learned the first time to not go back but the deals were too good. I should have ran away. I bought two pair of boots. They didn't fit and were bad quality. I returned them. I didn't hear back from them for 3 MONTHS even after multiple calls. FINALLY I got a response and they gave me store credit, not a refund. So then I had to buy something from them since I had all this useless credit. The kick in the crotch? They don't let you use store credit with any deals they have going (which the deals are basically the ONLY thing good about their ridiculous VIP program). So whereas before I bought 2 pairs of shoes before, now I could only get one at full price!
So, in summary this site works great if you never have to return anything, because if you do you WILL get majorly screwed over.

Customer Service is lacking!

The shopping with Just Fab is wonderful; however, the customer service is lacking. I skipped a month on the 2nd, and then on the 5th my card was charged for the month. I immediately called to speak with someone since 3 days earlier I had gotten online and skipped the month. The customer service agent told me I was charged because I did not skip the month. I tried to explain to her the day amd time I had gotten online and signed in and skipped the month, so I should have not been charged. She basically called me a liar, and said that is the monthly charge. The fact that I was not even listened too about the issue, which I had proof of with a screen shot, was more than upsetting. Websites have errors all the time, but this associate would not even entertain that possibility. She called me a liar and, I cancelled my subscription and will not use them again. Customer service should have handled that much differently. It is a shame because I enjoyed that service, but everyone should be treated with consideration and respect. If you do use Just Fab, hope you have no issue that you must contact them on because you will be highly disappointed if not outraged.
