I had gift cards that the first associate wouldn't help me with because he said there was no way he could help me with over the phone.He said Ihad to do it online. I called back and a woman answered and helped do it over the phone which was nice of her. They shipped my shoes to my old address twice even after confirming the shipping address

My bf bought me some shoes only to find out h had been signed up for a monthly subscription later. We're trying to cancel it rn but nothing is working. This is an awful website and the customer service is ridiculously bad. I've been on the phone, he's still with the online chat and nothing. So far they've taken £105 and they're now trying to get us to spend "points". Also, the last thing is that the shoes were awful and the heal actually broke on one of them. Threw them in the trash on the night out. Just cheaply made and not worth the price at all. Stay clear of this site!

I was completely uninformed of the VIP member charge. I did not even know i had signed up for that membership. I was added to the membership without my knowledge. I only used the website for one order and then i saw a 40 dollar charge on my account almost one month and a half later! Absolutely enraged me and I will definitely be asking for a refund and will not shop here anymore or recommend it to ANYONE.

I ordered shoes from them and was automatically signed up for membership. I never realized they were taking 39.00 out of my account each month. I called to cancel and was told to spend my credits first. (Credits are accumulated with each 39.95 they take each month from your account) Each time they take 39.95 it equals 1 credit. So I had 4 credits and decided I might as well at least use the credits. Not too much to choose from! Everything was crap and the item that I did like we ALWAYS out of my size. When I finally found some items and received them, it was not at all of good quality. Fabric was crap, color was crap. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF. Any of the positive comments that you see must be their employees leaving the comments just so they can balance out from having so many negative comments. Im shocked that they are even allowed to have this crap business.

Pls do not purchase anything from Justfab when u order anything they will by themselves add us in membership and will charge $39.95 + the amount of thing u purchase on your card which is not even
Authorized from us from 10th of december to 6th January i called them 5 times and asked for the refund and they will have same answer it will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days and will give u reference number and when u call next time transaction number but they will never send you the refund confirmation receipt to your email. And the shoes i purchase was even not that much comfortable after 3 hours my feets were swollen pls do not buy anything from JustFAB

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
