I am not fan of the automatic bundling in the basket it seems to make the prices more expensive

Missing item in my order

There was a missing pair of shoes in my order. When I contacted JustFab, the representative was a bit hard to communicate with and ended up canceling my membership. That was cleared up by the end of the conversation. But unfortunately, I still didn't have the pair of shoes I ordered because they were out of stock. I ended up getting store credit. I just wish they would have informed me it was out of stock when I completed my order.

When I put my order/orders in they sure don't beat the bush at all that they get right on it instantly and hall butt to get product to you as soon as possible too that I love that every bit and great that I don't have to wait for a long time to get them and that's what make this place the best to get your order/orders in I would definitely be coming here as much as I can and tell people about them for sure

The boots are great, the material & overall make and look of the boots are nice, but the best part was the price w/first pair being $10
($16 with taxes & other fees.) The ONLY thing that I would say negatively is that they took a whole lot longer than expected but other than that GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Bad logistics work

You have to work with another more serious parcel company. It is not possible that there is no communication between the "JustFab" business and the delivery subcontractor Ontrac.
Very bad experience with this parcel company, which does not have physical people in Customer Service and the telephone number they give you does not exist and they send you an SMS through an AI and you can't do anything.
I will not buy from this store again, all because there is no good logistics management
