Just tried to get in touch with the JustFab customer service to replace a pair of black loafers I purchased roughly 1 month ago. Mind you I wore them twice and they are falling apart! She said she would send me another pair. I thought great! Then she started talking about a return label. Not for nothing but i don't see a point in purchasing a package to $#*! them back when they should just be replacing them for free! I have used them often and I've never had any issues until now. This place is a rip of charge my credit card lots of times vip member that I never noticed sighting up for and if I kept it I would get my 105 back to spend on there shop which I never wanted in the first place so don't get vip. They take 35quid out your card every month dam cheek scam I should learn from this mistake don't buy online total rip of place

Shipping is the worstttt! I've canceled my Fabletics, Shoedazzle, and now Justfab due to them shipping with pitney bowes! It takes 3 weeks for my items to arrive!

I loved my membership with JustFab. Friends had told me about JustFab, but I didn't believe it. Unit I tried it for myself. The choices of and styles are awesome. JustFab has fantastic prices. I really hate that I had to cancel it. I hope to be able to join JustFab again.

I appreciate the wide calf boots and the width is normally good. I just have to be cautious bc some boots are to narrow.

The return policy is wonderful, return in original package and in time you'll receive the replacement. In my case, I had to get a size smaller. I love the match with my dress.

I ordered a pair of shoes and put in for an exchange to get a smaller size. I promptly sent the shoes back. I tracked the shoes that I sent back to see when they would be shipping my replacement. When the tracking kept saying that they were waiting arrival to the warehouse, I called customer service to see what the issue was and to make sure my replacement shoes would be held in case they sold out. He assured me they would. I called back another time of two when the delivery continued to be delayed with no other indication. I logged onto my account again to check the status and found that the order had been cancelled without any notice to me. The shoes had sold out and clearly my size had not been saved. Beyond this, my vip credit had been returned but the nine dollars that i spent in fees, shipping, and tax had not been returned. I chatted with another associate and asked for a refund from my vip credit as well as the shipping and fees. He said that neither could be refunded. I told him that I would accept holding onto the vip credit to use later but that I received no item so I would like a refund on the shipping and fees. After spending a lot of time on the chat, he finally was able to refund the fees. Overall the process was awful and sneaky and after using my last credit, I plan to close my account.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
