I was not able to find much that I liked on JustFab. The quality of what I did buy was so/so, and often you were out of things that looked interesting. In spite of the prices being cheap, I found it was not a fun shopping experience at all.
Their stuff is hit or miss when and to quality as it is even though the price point might be low. Their return and exchange policy sucks especially when they're an online business and you can only shop online they should have a better return and exchange policy not like we can go and try the stupid shoes or jeans on! Do you know how hard it is to find a pair of jeans especially online are you insane not to let us return them are you insane I hope you go out of business I was keeping all items only wanted to return 2 and get a store credit since I was a VIP for a few years now. I cancelled VIP, lost a buyer over 30 bucks. Great Team not:-(

I have found some nice items on this site. I just used my JF Brand Gift Card and got my boots and a pair of gloves for FREE! Can't beat that with a shoe! LOL

Bad styles. Cheaply manufactured clothes. Inconsistent sizing. Terrible program to use credits at only $39 items and not just applied to balance. Took me a YEAR to find things I liked enough to buy and use my credits correctly.

I ordered this adorable tiger skirt which I loved, BUT I wore it once and it immediately ripped with normal movements. I loved the skirt so I'm so disappointed that it ripped :(

I like the different types of shoes and choices. Colors & size vary... sometimes it does not have them.
I do like the reminder to order or cancel. However, i do forget so i wish there was a way i could reply to the reminder email if i want to order or not.

The subscription would be nice if the shoes were worth anything. I only came here for the shoes. The pairs I did receive either didn't fit at all, or did not fit well. Too tight and stiff. None were even half what I expected for $40 a month.

The shipping took forever until one day I get a message that my order was lost they were going to send it again but was ok to keep both orders. One the insinuated I steal the first order when I neve it received it. I received the second order and the shoes look really cheap they still on the boxes because I dont like them they are very bad qualitty.

Just fab is a scam. After you sign up it's like a membership and charge you monthly. They took money out of my account and didn't want to return it. Then they gave me credit so it wouldn't go to waste, but I find I out I have spend a big amount to make points in order to use my credit. It was such a waste. Top it off my sandals are coming apart. Just fab is a rip offf! No one go on there and shop! I would give this a negative stars but that's not an option.

I've bought shirred from Just Fab for years. I left just fab and just recently returned. I've made 4 purchases this year. Everyone of my purchases the shoes didn't fit. I've returned them, exchanged them and still very dissatisfied. Actually im closing my account today. But i have credit on my account. So i guess I'm have to bought another pair of shoes that i won't be satisfied with.

The site makes you click skip this month twice, which caused my to get charged twice. With the credit I was charged I bought two pairs of shoes, after waiting three months I still have not received them. Customer service refuses to help me.

The style of the shoe is so cute and the fit is good. The gold heel is not functional though and causes issues when walking. It is not sturdy enough.

Shoes are very poorly made size is never true, shoes are extremely overpriced only reason I made more than one purchase was because I they took my money and refused to give it back outside of credits.

My last transaction I have yet to receive. Honestly don't understand why it takes to long. I've already tried cancelling because I've received shipment so late. Every other company I've ordered from during the pandemic has been on time as schedule. Just fab I would not recommend to anyone.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
