My daughters boots fell apart within a week of having them I canceled our subscription and they keep trying to charge my card I've called like six or seven times and they still repeatedly try to charge my card and they keep telling me that my card is not being charged but I have the bank statement to prove it

I ordered a pair of booties and when they finally arrived they were too big had to exchange them. I ordered these in October 2020 they received my exchange on November 2020 here it is almost February 2021 and I've yet to receive my exchange order. At this point I don't even want them. Also this was my first time purchasing from just fab and I didn't know they would charge a monthly fee until I read some reviews. Very disappointed stay away from this site

The first time I tried to cancel, the agent was very pushy on giving the VIP membership another try. I gave it another try for a month, so I bought two pants to claim the credits I had in my account, at least. The pants were a horrible fit, so I tried to return it. I already had my return label processed however, I missed the 7-day window so I contacted the customer service to print me another one. The agent wouldn't print one off because the 30-day policy has already passed.
It's frustrating to think that you guys charged me at least 4 months of membership that was very hard to cancel and can't get a refund of.
And, on top of that, your products weren't even satisfactory! They're low quality and didn't fit right—the stitching was coming off already right out of the package.
For potential members, steer off this store! I'd rather you just go to your local Walmart and get a much better quality on clothes and shoes AND be able to return and get a refund without questions asked.

A couple months ago i had purchased a pair of boots that were $10 which were not that bad of quality, but still not the best. Justfab randomly charged me $39.99 because "i signed up" for the vip membership which i never did. My mom and i sat on the phone for an hour with customer service fighting with the man trying to get the money put back on my card. They never did and we just took it as a loss. Months go by and i randomly got another charge for $39.99. Again, on the phone with customer service trying to get now $80 in total put back on my card. This website is cheap, but not worth the money at all. Never buying anything from here again and will encourage everyone i know not to buy from here as well. Justfab is sneaky and they know what they are doing. If you do even consider buying something from this site, i wish u luck.

I bought shoes from Just Fab for £10. Without my knowledge they charged me £35 FOR 2 months for VIP membership whitch i never asked for. Now I can't even access my Just Fab account to spend money I have been charged for.

This company is disgusting! I bought a pair of shoes, feeling skeptical the whole time. When my shoes arrived, they weren't what I was expecting but hey they were only $10. I couldn't complain. So I didn't even initiate a return. I hadn't even made an account with these people because I didn't expect to even continue shopping with them. Then I notice a charge for $39.95? There customer service number rings busy all day everyday and no one returns emails. If anyone can point me in the direction of getting my money back peacefully, I'd appreciate it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are scammers. And can only make money by taking peoples money. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I hope your company gets shut down. Or better yet, you're in debt for the rest of your miserable life.

I ordered shoes for my anniversary and they send me someone else's order! So I call get put on hold for over an hour for someone to tell me I have to print off a label and send the stuff back before I can even get a refund then once they receive there stuff it will take up to 2 weeks for my refund to hit my card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, not only do I not have shoes for my anniversary I now have to waste my gas, my time and my money to go somewhere to print a label (witch they don't refund for) go to the post office and wait in line and return something I didn't even order that I had nothing to do with just to get my money back? WOW. What a RIP off. Don't order from them don't wast your time or energy this is a horrible company. I will be canceling my membership.

I hardly ever like the shoes and the shoes i have purchased usually have to be tossed out within a few years. Over the years i have gained "credits" since i forgot to skip the month. After a while they issue you gift cards with the dollar amount but its over email and obviously easy to lose track of. I called to recover my gift cards because surely they keep track of that. Well NO they told me they "expire" and they basically keep all of my money! WTF. Super scammy, never want to do business with them again.

I get charged 39$ a month for a v. i. p membership i didnt even want because i bought my first pair of shoes for 16$ & you didnt even have it in writing what a scam seriously and i havent even got my shoes or tracking number, cant even cancel the "v. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VIP WITH JUST FAB, DON'T EVEN SHOP HERE. PERIOD!
I have been a devoted VIP member with Just Fab for many, many years. I have spent way over thousands of dollars paying VIP membership every month, I placed a 15 shoe order recently, and they canceled my order without even notifying me via email. After months of waiting on my shoes to be delivered to no avail, I finally log in to see that they have canceled my order. I contacted customer service, and she stated they canceled my order because I have multiple accounts. (WHAT?!?!) I DON'T HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. Then the agent comes back and tells me she misspoke and it's because my billing and shipping address are different. OKAY?!? IS THAT NOT OKAY?! Even if it is not okay, DON'T YOU THINK YOU SHOULD EMAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW THIS?! The agent then claims that usually, they email out if there is an issue, but there must have been a GLITCH in their system?! A glitch!? Your whole company is a glitch. I then ask if they can reprocess my order since the error is on their end, and she claims they cannot do that; I have to. So, of course, I go to reorder the same shoes, and they are ALL SOLD OUT OF MY SIZE. Now I am sitting here with a bunch of credit with them that I don't even want. You'd think after me being a devoted VIP customer for YEARS, they'd treat this customer a little better. This is a TOTAL nightmare! Do NOT shop here! Save yourself the headache! Ugh! Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!

Sneaky company. Charged me for the membership subscription and wouldn't refund it to me upon the morning I realised that the money had been taken from my account. Beyond gutted that I ended up buying a pair of pretty poor quality boots for £10 (+£3.95 postage) and got charged for the membership, has meant that I have paid £13.95 + £35 for a hidden subscription? So £48.95 for a pair of pretty poor quality shoes. Furious at the service that they would not refund me for this! Would NOT recommend.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
