I got shoes from justfab and not 5 hrs later it split from the sole. They wouldn't issue me my full refund so I lost out on $50. They just gave me back $2 & store credit which sucks why would I buy shoes from them again. Cheap shoes at a high price. So canceled my subscription.
I have been very frustrated with the Just Fab website. They have nearly NO customer service available. You can not reach them most of the time. I have "cancelled" my subscription 3 times now(which took hours) and they are STILL charging me 40 dollars a month. Unacceptable. I never leave bad reviews so this shows me how much they are pissing me off.

I order flats from this company, they gave me blisters the first day in wore them. On top of that I signed up for VIP not knowing or realizing they would charge me monthly $39 for it if* I didn't buy a pair of shoes. My understanding of the VIP was for. Just E-mails and updates on sales like most stores. Now i have 8$ to my account, cancelled my VIP. They say I can't use my credit of I cancel my VIP. They suggested I buy shoes. I don't want your cheap A$$ shoes. Sitting here livid, not worth it. Payless is better9

This website simply doesn't work... I had my order cancelled 3 times because they didn't have items in stock (after the order was confirmed). I finally got something to ship on my 4th try. It was stuck in Greenwood, IN from March 10 - May 10. I've now been told they shipped it BACK to the corporate warehouse and now they are suddenly out of stock of the items I ordered? I understood the first three times but how could something be out of stock after it was packaged and "on the way". Customer service blamed it on covid. (I'm sympathetic to all issues developed from covid but you can't blame it for everything- their excuse didn't make logical sense).

Horrible experience! I never got a refund, after chasing JUstfab for 5 months I asked to send me random pairs just to get away with them. Their customer representative is not helpful for the most part and was merely scripted records. Finally, a supervisor helped me and I made a forceful purchase because a refund was an endless wait.

You guys scammed me. I was charged $40 twice for a membership that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR and when I called customer service the FIRST TIME, THEY LIED TO ME and said my "membership" was canceled. Then I get another $40 charge so I had to call you're customer service AGAIN and literally scream for my membership to be canceled, then I FINALLY got refunded all $80 because I hadn't even gotten refunded the first time. You guys are a joke, a scam, and a fraud. I sincerely hope you go bankrupt.

I am still a little confused on how the points work and don't understand why I don't have any credits because I didn't skip a month, but I also didn't order anything>

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
